The State operates on lethal force. Your vote is an attempt to direct that lethal force at other human beings. It should be an intentional act.
If you can 'forget' to tell your pitbull who to bite, you shouldn't have a dog. If you can 'forget' to tell your government who to point guns at until something gets done, you shouldn't have the vote.
The answer is no one. Even if a pitbull bit a terrorist about to blow up an elementary school full of students, someone would demand that such a dangerous animal be put down.

Even if they were, there's better vulgar word response-to-prompt games out now. The marketplace for this kind of thing is surprisingly competitive, and drives a lot of product evolution.
Most overrated game I’ve ever played. It’s for drunk and or stupid people that don’t realize the results of the game are completely arbitrary.
The two times I’ve played it I always felt dirty afterwards. Not because of the vulgarity but because there’s no point to the game. I’d rather play Monopoly and I truly truly loathe that game.

This is good analysis. It's sort of like drinking card games that are ubiquitous and rampant in college. It allows young adults to push past prior reservations against drinking alcohol--places the locus of control outside of themselves, leaving them blameless. It's not "I choose to drink," it's "Oops, the rules of the game says I have to drink!"

I have a theory that it's actually the relative conservatives that move out of blue states. It's just that when they get to red states, they are then the liberals. And in any case the red state conservatives are more than replaced by immigrants. So the net of what you get is bluer red states and bluer blue states.
