No sane person looking at the 14th amendment would understand that either the language or the spirit of the 14th amendment is meant to apply to people specifically crawling over the border to birth their spawn on American soil.

"Chapo speak". Have you ever actually analyzed a document before? It's quite clear that the exception is there because of diplomatic immunity, as ambassadors are traditionally the only people who are not subject to the laws of the state in which they reside, which is why ambassadors can be expelled but not prosecuted without having their immunity stripped by their home country.

You read "born in" skipped "under the jurisdiction thereof" (probably because you misinterpreted it) and came up with birthright citizenship.

The Slaughter-House Cases

In the Slaughter-House Cases, 83 U.S. (16 Wall.) 36 (1873)[b]—a civil rights case not dealing specifically with birthright citizenship—a majority of the Supreme Court mentioned in passing that "the phrase 'subject to its jurisdiction' was intended to exclude from its operation children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign States born within the United States".

Obviously there is room for some change here, like how illegal immigrants who haven't become citizens themselves would be "subjects of foreign States"

You quite literally quote the same cases that are the basis of why I'm telling you that you are incorrect.

It is quite obvious that they were solely there because diplomatic immunity is such that they are effectively unable to be prosecuted by the home countries laws if they are an ambassador (if you don't want to piss the other country off).

It is, in fact, quite possible that the entire Lincoln and post-Lincoln administration is made up of retards and the denial of this is quite astonishing.

Someone already 110% correctly called it out, but the whole 14th Amendment thing is absolute bullshit propaganda, like with a lot of what these fuckers try to pull. It's amazing how they care so much about specific amendments when it suits them, but completely ignore a bunch of the big ones like 1A, 2A, 4A, 10A (they flipflop on this one big time though) and so on.

"Subject to the jurisdiction thereof" is huge, and cannot be applied to illegal invaders. The whole reason it was worded that was, as I recall, was to not provide birthright citizenship. This barred people like the American-born children of foreign diplomats from instantly becoming US citizens. The idea that the same amendment means if a pregnant illegal sneaks across the border and pops out a baby they're Americans is absurd on its face.

The 14th also talks about protecting the rights of specifically American citizens.

TL;DR: They're lying about the 14th Amendment. This is not shocking, and is par for the course.

If you compare it to the percentage that is liberal/conservative, black Democrats are the most conservative and white Democrats the least.

90% of blacks vote Democrat, but 60% oppose common sense. 40% of whites vote Democrat, but 44% oppose common sense.

This fits well with polls showing that white liberals are more liberal on race issues than actual minorities.

Quotas, or LIMITATIONS, you dimwit - exist to prevent immigration from doing what we see now, where enough immigrants come in that they form their own miniature regions, states within a state that prevent assimmilation. Quotas also exist to ensure that immigrants never reach a significant percentage of the population by factoring in their pop. growth rates to ensure they're lower than natives. Strictly limited immigration far below what we have now is useful to facilitate trade and allow the host nation to acquire technology from the immigrants.

We do need mass deportation of the useless invaders, my post was explaining why immigration wasn't a huge problem a hundred years ago when we had quotas. Those quotas are commonly decried as "racist" by leftist dimwits in education, when everyone discussing the issue should understand the real reasons they were in place. Because arguing for quota immigration is more effective than absolutist positions that reject logic like yours, and it's a useful tool to destroy the racism fallacious argument leftists like to throw around.

Throwing out naturalized citizenship is a step much farther beyond. Do you have any logistics to how that happens without going full authoritarian? Serious answer: It would certainly go a long way in repairing the USA. Think about it; 50 million+ less (mostly low quality) people means less crime, lower pollution (ie trash, rats, roaches, car exhaust, power plants not driven as hard, etc), a LOT less traffic, a LOT more housing for those native born, wages would soar, and the cost of just about everything would drop like a rock because of less demand (food, electricity, gasoline, healthcare, you name it).

Most people that overstay visas self-deport.

After 180 days is an automatic 3 year ban, over a year is a 10 year ban and permanent ban if you're caught by immigration. They came over here for tourism, college, work, and overstay but they know the rules and don't want to be banned forever.

So there are a lot of visa overstays, but they're different people every year.

I've been paying attention for ten years. Of course propaganda can be used to shatter people's minds. But first and foremost in people's minds is always their self-interest. You may disagree or find their self-interest repellent, I'm sure you do if they find it in their interests to say that "as a white person, I have many privileges".

But while we both obviously cannot look into people's minds, I find the odds of them doing it because of 'empathy' or any other positive spin you could put on it at zero. Propaganda has persuaded them that this is the way to increase their social standing. So this is what they do.

Also "white guilt" is an expression of their racism; these white liberals believe Whites are superior and that's why we have to always help the Browns, not hold them accountable, not judge them by merit or the standards of Western civilization.

So their core beliefs don't even need to change, just put them in an environment where they socially benefit from deporting illegals and they'll be the first in line to volunteer.

I've lived in a place with a lot of Mexicans and I can promise you that they are generations away from not being pro-tribe. All the legals ones wouldn't dare speak against the illegals because most of their family still is and is unwilling to change that fact. They themselves are only legal thanks to being born here and exploiting loopholes like that.

Most of the country is still completely devoid of illegals and ripe for them to descend upon like locusts.
