Lethn has some opinions that go against some groups of people on this forum, but also has opinions that everyone seems to agree with. No one is going to be 100% in agreement. If your red line is criticism of your religion in a way you don't agree with, then so be it.
(And on the "conflation with the left", I haven't read everything Lethn has written, but a lot of Christian sects got subverted by progressivism and Zionism since the late 19th century. MMORPGs are essentially just transactional databases with a large botting incentive while the game is active. So there's a big foothold to reverse engineer the server. I don't think anyone is ever going to reverse engineer the server for an action FPS from scratch because of the server side physics and prediction requirements. Your best hope would be leaked source code.
Dead games are a serious concern. Not everything can be reverse engineered or recreated. Piracy is the minimum action needed to protect games.

I would be open to considering a system where I pay a monthly fee to access a studio's entire library. I am not interested in paying $60+ for a game and then a monthly fee in order to play it. I think that's a big part of why Google's Stadia failed.
It's why I'm moving more and more towards purchases that I can control, like how GoG provides actual installation executables or Comics that come as honest to god .pdfs that I can do whatever I want with.
You think that's bad? My friend just recently had his League of Legends account permanently banned because he said "report jungle" at the end of the game.
The rationale for the ban was that telling people to report another player doesn't promote a positive safe environment to game in and is offensive. In the same game the jungle my friend said to report bad said "kill all Japanese people".

Since I'm sure they will be banning people for things that don't actually violate their terms of service- for example, I don't think the quote in the OP would meet any reasonable standard of harrassment- I don't want to give an angry gamer a cause of action in court for billing for services they are no longer providing. They get sued, the plaintiff maybe you will get access to all sorts of information that they don't want out there
