I saw where you looked it up and said it was fake. I’m not outraged but I think these are dumb. I wouldn’t be surprised if such a warning existed. I watch a lot of classic tv and in the last few years a warning has come on before All in the Family ( although some sort of warning came on when it originally aired the first time). I watched a movies with Al Jolson and before the movie they felt the need to provide context about black face. When I read Uncle Tom’s Cabin someone warned me about harsh language. I should’ve done some research but a warning like this wouldn’t surprise me.

The only thing I could find was ScreenRant demanding Sileng Hill 2 Remake have a trigger warning because "PEOPLE WILL DIE" but not because of the lack of minorities.

The original thread isn't evidence. What we need is the actual video of the game opening, which apparently hasn't been released yet in the first place.
There's no way to know whether this is in the game. The only media that has been released for the Silent Hill 2 remake are trailers, and a sort of interview with the development team. Whatever "leaks" have been published are just re-uploads of these with pure speculation. Nothing that has been put out has even hinted at a racial trigger warning.
