To be fair, they are correct, giving out higher, appropriate, fines to employers of illegal immigrants(from the current low thousands to something closer to a million, which would be appropriate given the cost to government and low chance of catching an illegal employer) and adding fines for leasing and loaning to illegal invaders would be more effective than the current manually wrangle them away method.
But that isn't current law, and it wouldn't work for the gang bangers.
It would be a good idea for the SBA to immediately suspend all funds to loans that may have gone to these organizations if they find an employer with illegal employees, or that are being investigated for fraud.

The employers are, for the most part, golden. They've all been checking through the, RealID system, which says Dave from Buffalo here who speaks no English is, indeed good to work. It doesn't matter that the RealID was issued based on fraud, and it doesn't matter that the employer knows that Dave isn't from Buffalo. The only thing that matters is Dave has a piece of plastic and the employer checked it.
There's an entire industry built around identity theft to create an army of Daves for employers to hire, and none of them will ever be held accountable. In fact, if any employer has the scruples to side-eye Dave and say, "y'know, I don't think you're here legally," there will be an army of ACLU lawyers ready to sue on behalf of Dave and make sure that the employer goes out of business.

If you wanted to make a notable dent in illegal immigration, you'd have had to be deporting at like two every minute since Trump was sworn in, all the way to the end of his term. And that's not even to get all of them. Liberals have so thoroughly sabotaged immigration enforcement and our demographics that it's hard to imagine a realistic way to solve it under our current system.
If you want remigration you need to make the country inhospitable for illegals and you're not achieving that by trying to deport them one by one. Sending ICE in and not doing anything else is not just incredibly inefficient it's utterly retarded in a city like Minneapolis.

Many red states are full of illegals.
And the law enforcement in those states collaborate with ICE to at least release the ones they have in their custody to them. I wouldn't expect them to go out of their way to round up every single illegal in their State, even if that would be the optimal way to go about it in order to have the most significant impact on crime rates in America. They should, but it's beyond their expertise and could be considered outside of their purview.

Congratulations, this is the first mass deportation effort since Hart-Cellar. Border Crossings have basically stopped. ICE is actively removing hundreds of thousands of illegals so far. The backlog goes back to the early 2000's. Again, you're looking at MN alone, but the statistics are far better.

This is not exactly a good idea because we no longer have the number of border crossings to flood them with. You may be able to get the apprehension numbers still because those are always higher than deportation numbers, like almost twice as high. I wanna say it was within the first 6 weeks of Trump’s second term where he or somebody else ordered ICE to stop releasing the weekly deportation numbers to the public that have been available for years on ICE’s website. They hid those numbers because the deports were less than 500 a day, which is no where near record breaking.
