To be fair, they are correct, giving out higher, appropriate, fines to employers of illegal immigrants(from the current low thousands to something closer to a million, which would be appropriate given the cost to government and low chance of catching an illegal employer) and adding fines for leasing and loaning to illegal invaders would be more effective than the current manually wrangle them away method.
But that isn't current law, and it wouldn't work for the gang bangers.
It would be a good idea for the SBA to immediately suspend all funds to loans that may have gone to these organizations if they find an employer with illegal employees, or that are being investigated for fraud.
