There are two options here. Either they go after employers because it's simply a more efficient means of incentivizing invaders to fuck off back to their home countries because there's no money to be made here anymore, or lean into the turn and just start stacking invader bodies in the street alongside everyone who tries to protect them because they're filthy fucking traitors to the nation and therefor have earned their ignoble deaths.
Unfortunately neither option is in the interest of the kiked administration employing them.
Going after the employers never works because it's trivial for the illegals to get fake IDs with stolen SSNs on them.
Until they get found out and then you nail the employers to the wall for having shitty background checks. Just nails them to the wall by their nuts whenever it gets found out they hired an illegal. Incentivize discriminatory hiring practices to only hire white guys.
I have bad news for you.
The employers are, for the most part, golden. They've all been checking through the, RealID system, which says Dave from Buffalo here who speaks no English is, indeed good to work. It doesn't matter that the RealID was issued based on fraud, and it doesn't matter that the employer knows that Dave isn't from Buffalo. The only thing that matters is Dave has a piece of plastic and the employer checked it.
There's an entire industry built around identity theft to create an army of Daves for employers to hire, and none of them will ever be held accountable. In fact, if any employer has the scruples to side-eye Dave and say, "y'know, I don't think you're here legally," there will be an army of ACLU lawyers ready to sue on behalf of Dave and make sure that the employer goes out of business.
It's all a scam. It's all built-in. There will be no accountability for this.
and everyone involved in said industry needs to be publicly drawn and quartered.
That's a catch-22, employers who look too closely at browns with sketchy IDs end up in trouble for "racial profiling". Which is, of course, BS.
The fines are currently too low, less than an employee on minimum wage gets paid in a year. There is a 3 month prison sentence, but corporations never get that.
