It's always cracked me up how they demand 'respect my pronouns' and other nonsense, while devaluing the whole concept of sex or gender. If you're saying everyone can have their own "gender identity," your pronouns are all "you."
It's all nonsense. "Gender affirming" surgery implies that getting a dick makes you the male gender. And removing it makes you the female gender. So then they acknowledge that gender = specific genitals. And they also acknowledge that gender = sex. It's wrong to assume someone's gender. Apparently we shouldn't have any way of knowing, yet they do shit like body mutilating, hormones therapy, chest binders to trick people into thinking they are something other than what they are, ie they WANT people to assume their gender based on their appearance.
Its because it all extends out from the gays and their community, wherein a person is defined by their "top or bottom" status to a point where its basically used as a standin for being the man or women in the relationship. Even their subgenres of gays are defined along lines of how manly/womanly it makes you (with bears and twinks being the hard masculine or feminine appearances).

The upside to that is that Warmachine/Hordes models are so cheap it's crazy, I've picked up entire armies worth of units for pennies. Privateer Press themselves were selling their entire legacy warhouse stock for 75-95% a couple months ago.
If the same happens to GW, so be it, there's a few things I'd still like to grab that would just be too much hassle to 3d print.

Check my house, you'll find not one piece of 40k merch. Not even that 40k munchkin game or the FFG sourcebooks. Not even the Cain books.
Eh I disagree, again using Warmachine as an example, that franchise is pretty much dead.
Now whether I pick up older models for pennies from secondhand sellers will not change that an iota. They're not seeing any of that money and it's only going to be used with games with my mates. If Warhammer goes the same way, I'm not going to unilaterally throw all my 40k stuff away, there's 40+ years of rulesets and lore there you can interact with and not give GW a dime.

The pendulum has just swung back, their former staff have since revealed they almost completely went out of business the last time they became out of touch in the aughts. They turned it around in late 10s but they've gone right back to it and with 3d printers and a huge explosion in paints they're in trouble.
I submit that these days although the universe is more popular than ever, the overall trend for Warhammer fanbase has been one of decline, despite the best efforts of the GW corporation.

I think what makes 40k somewhat unique in this sort of context is just how far they will have to subvert it in order to make it serve the leftist agenda. Like you can subtly change a lot of properties to make them more leftist without breaking them entirely, but 40k will have to be bent so far that it will almost assuredly snap.
