Even if it helps people with gender dysphoria, how much does it help them? Is it worth all the medical problems they will suffer?
How about the fact that 80 to 90% of kids that do not get "gender affirming care" grow out of gender dysphoria but almost 100% that do get it remain with gender dysphoria?
Is helping, at most 20% to have some non-defined feel better worth 80% to be trans when they could be without it?
Being trans is horrible, hormones, operations, lower life expectancy, high levels of suicide, depression etc. Both mind and body suffer. No one should have to go thru it if we can avoid it.

If I'm honest, I also feel sorry for them as well. Definitely repulsed and disgusted, but nearly all of them also faced sexual abuse growing up. There's a clear connection, and it follows the same pattern as all other forms of abuse, that those who abuse others were most often also abused themselves. It's why it's called a cycle. And troon grooming is no different.
It doesn't excuse their abuse, just like it doesn't excuse any other abuse.
