There's nothing else to do on each map besides kill some random enemies.

Simply wrong

Idk I think a lot of the charm of BG1 is exploration and it provides it in a very pure form -- each map has something somewhere and revealing it is fun

1 and 2 are masterpieces but you have to be immune to outdated ui / graphics

They're not scared, they're on the same team. Any conflicts between them are strictly Kayfabe

"Man" is just an external label that seems to indicate some underlying difference, living life as a man is a process of discovery of what the essence of a man is

You can't understand what a man is if you are not one....

How can you identify with something without knowing what it is?

The Gilded Age didn't end because corporations had a change of heart lol

Well, they had a change of mind. They realized that they could truly solidify their power by working with the unions instead of against them, making any true, new competitors have to jump through the same hoops. That and they used it for near infinite PR.

It's not an interview, it's an attempt to fabricate narratives with out of context clips, gotcha and leading questions, etc..

As if how we judge a person or their actions should be done by reference to a global mean or average of all the ethical weights behind all actions.... So, today, murder is a little less bad because there are fewer bad consequences of murder, in totality, across the globe, but tomorrow the proper crime to commit will be rape.

I'd guess this may have something to do with the recent Executive Orders about AI. Maybe he wasn't on board...?

They need to pick one. They can either:

Live as a cohesive yet dispersed "diaspora" that gets its tentacles into every country and every institution and the subverts them to become comfortable with their group's interest over their own (such as unrestricted immigration, economic "globalism," sympathy for Communism, etc) OR

Have the entire Free World build and sustain for it a new ethno-State in its "ancient home" by dint of pure international realpolitik (something akin to the CCP and USSR banding together to recreate a "Cherokee State" in the middle of North America and grinding Americans into the proverbial dust).

The two are both heavy asks, but given that their ethos are also contradictory...? YOU SHOULD ONLY GET TO PICK ONE

Woke was born in the student protests of 1968. So yes, it was mature in the 80s and 90s, but normies were unaware or deluded enough to think nothing was happening ("college isn't the real world" ... durp)

UK is cuck central and has been since at least 1776.

The fact the world's largest franchise is still tied up with these morons is incredible.

Public schools are abuse period.

It was just as woke and insane, but that insanity wasn't visible to normies because social media didn't exist.

2
cryogen 2 points ago +2 / -0

the foundations of woke were already well installed, but the targets of woke were different. It seems "less" woke only because many of the assumptions in media that you take for granted were baked in wokeness from before you were born

As an exmormon I can speak to this. Mormons literally believe that as members of the LDS church they enter into the Jewish covenants. They have "Patriarchal blessings" wherein someone's "tribal heritage" (meaning of the 12 tribes of Israel) is supposedly revealed. The Book of Mormon purports to recount the colonization of the Americas by a group of... You guessed it, Jews. Mormons are born out of the 19th century American mysticism traditions in which Jews, Jewishness, and the Bible are at once exotic and sacred.

Not quite true. While Disney does "own" the IP, the public is perfectly capable of shrugging and saying "nah, not canon." In the long run, this is what must happen.

Sorry Christcucks but when your ideal of manhood literally sacrificed himself for the sins of the world, it's basically impossible to not be a cuck ... (hence... Christcuck...) "Turn the other cheek" and "the meek shall inherit the Earth" is like the mission statement of the Republican Generals.....

Nietzsche was right about Christians.

The most dangerous sort. Can mimic authenticity too well.
