She became known as 2P as a play on her name 2B and the palette swap for the 2nd player. 2P became so popular in fan media that she got officially recognized as a separate character in the Nier canon and added to the mobile game.
Edit: The fan artist dishwasher1910 basically drew an Egyptian outfit for 2P and this cosplayer used it as the template for creating the costume in real life.
