As I watch all of my childhood pop culture heroes of the 80's and 90's flip their messages from traditional American ideals to creating videos where they literally say, "Fuck your freedoms", I can only imagine that they've either sold out, are pedophiles or their families are being threatened. The latter is, I guess, preferred because then I can say they are under duress and not some greedy asshole on a level that I can't comprehend....them being already filthy rich.

In the opinion part they're trying to spin the data so it looks like republicans are dumb about some things, but the poll data is as good as any other gallup (not great, but not two order of magnitude off).
Another one from year prior shows the same thing, and worse because this one shows that smart democrats were only marginally closer than the MSNBC drones whereas smart republicans were spot on.
