I ask again….. why do I need to hear so much about people who believe they are the opposite sex? Without reading the article I’m going to assume they are whining because they can’t go by whatever pretend identity they have

The main complaint is that they never updated their ID which is legally required to vote in certain states… apparently being too lazy to fill out a form online and update your voter registration which is required by law is now “discrimination”

Too many midwits are allowed to vote, anyway. Anything that cuts out the low info and low effort is a good thing and I'm done pretending it's not. If you can't fill out a single form, you can sit and spin.

The guy who got sent to jail for the 'Democrats vote on Wednesday' meme was doing society a service. Anybody stupid enough to fall for it had no business voting anyways.

How oppressive. I mean this is worse than Rwanda

Yes, I don't think these people regard Rwanda as remotely bad enough as their plight of having to live in Murica as someone who sliced off his balls.

Just by their own 200k number, this article is worried about 0.059% of the population having issues voting.

Similar strategy video game companies use.

“I had to out myself as transgender,” said Seaton, now 24. He had legally changed his name at the time, but the gender marker on his Tennessee ID still said “female.” That outing, he said, “can be brutally dangerous, especially where I was living, which is a conservative suburb.”

Riiigghhttt, those evil conservatives are going to hunt you down for you gender delusional cosplaying…

“It’s not just embarrassing, but it’s terrifying to have to do that — to try to read the room and see, like, are they going to kick me out? It can be really dehumanizing to have your whole identity nitpicked just so that you can cast your ballot and have your voice be heard,” added Seaton, a transgender justice advocate for the American Civil Liberties Union of Tennessee.

So your self absorbed victimhood of things that didn’t actually happen means we should lower voter ID laws?

“People who might be inclined to harass marginalized voters at the polls are more aware of trans people’s existence,” said Olivia Hunt, the policy director at the National Center for Transgender Equality. “So I expect that we’re going to hear more stories of trans people being harassed, whether by voters, poll workers, poll monitors or other folks who are present during the election.”

Harassed= Made to verify their ID…

As of October, 35 states require or request voters to show ID at the polls, which can be a barrier for transgender people who don’t have an ID that reflects their legal name or gender identity. Nine states require people who change their name to publish an announcement. Georgia, Indiana, Missouri and Wyoming have both a voter ID law and a name publication requirement.

It sounds like they haven’t updated their ID which means they aren’t legally allowed to vote…. It’s the exact same for anyone who moves, gets married, etc…

Proponents of voter identification laws say they prevent fraud and protect election integrity, but critics say they disproportionately affect Black voters, students, the elderly, disabled people, those who are low-income and trans voters. For example, 8% of white eligible voting-age citizens didn’t have valid government-issued photo IDs, compared with 25% of Black voting-age citizens and 16% of Hispanics, according to 2012 data from the nonpartisan Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University School of Law.

You mean people make choices?! Next you’ll say we can’t use ID to verify age for menthol cigarettes because racism. There’s no barrier to stop them from getting an ID.

They always whine about having to out themselves.
Manlet, with a bowtie, weak facial hair, round baby face, narrow shoulders-wide hips, girly speech patterns and gestures... but I am sure you needed to flash your ID to "out yourself" girlfriend.

Years of reddit and "totally valid" posting has convinced far too many trannies they pass, so they believe that the ID really is the only thing to contradict it.

I mean, if you have a 42% suicide rate, should you really be voting to begin with?

Libshits like to say "UGH, old people will die soon, they should be banned from voting, lieeeek". Then why should nutcases who off themselves for pronouns be allowed to decide for normal people?

We should send them all to Canada. 41% would sign up for MAID.

So... They're either financially insolvent enough that they can't afford a practically free ID renewal, or they're so lazy or incompetent that they can't be bothered to fill out a single form.

Sounds like exactly the kind of person we want voting.

I don't even care about the other angle people are going with. Over 200k people affluent enough to not have real problems that merit listing could face restrictions because it would take five minutes, twenty bucks, and some postage to get new ID.

The mentally ill shouldn’t vote.

Okay, let's look at this article.

Wow they sure use a lot of words to describe a non-issue.

Update your ID: You shouldn't even be driving with an ID that don't look like you much less buy beer or vote (both of which are also very important)

This is the same as if you lost a shit ton of weight and try to vote and you look nothing like your old fat self.

Good. The mentally ill voting was always a recipe for disaster. Looking at the government today, By the mentally ill, for the mentally ill, and of the mentally ill.
