Did you expect anything else? You poke and spit at the bear enough, it will maul you. If all of this was contained to Ukraine and not bringing in car bombs, missiles might not be raining down right now
Russia's missile attacks on civilians harm Russia more than Ukraine. Ukraine is using this as a massive propaganda coup and getting a new round of media coverage out of it.
Russia's missile attacks have absolutely no military or deterrence value, because they didn't blow up anything militarily valuable, and were instead just a temper tantrum thrown by Putin after the humiliation of getting one of his prized infrastructure projects, the Kerch Bridge, blown up.
Since the Russians were already fighting as hard as they could before these attacks, they had no ability to escalate. The answer to the question "why didn't it do these attacks sooner?" is "because it would be a waste of valuable missiles" not "because we are nice guys and prefer to fight with 1 hand behind our backs". So all these attacks were is a self-own, a waste of missiles, and a propaganda failure.
And you better believe the pro-UKR west is going to exploit the propaganda coup they were handed to the hilt. Total unforced error by Putin.
That's a very sound and logically argument, except it is flawed by one key misunderstanding:
Is this designed to win over support in the West?
Why would they try, the West have actively been supplying the enemy, sanctioning and targeting Russian private citizens if they don't actively denounce Putin. There's no winning them over.
So what about the rest of the world? Well China wants to help Russia to keep this going, African countries don't care they want to continue business for grain imports, OPEC sided with Russia,India are interested in business and South America view this as US trying to push itself in the world again. This kind of retaliation after the car bomb to these countries actually plays off really well. It's seen as striking back against terrorists by the only effective method, force and unrestrained violence. Letting your enemy know they may hurt you but you can bury them at home.
Is this designed to win over support in the West? Why would they try, the West have actively been supplying the enemy, sanctioning and targeting Russian private citizens if they don't actively denounce Putin. There's no winning them over.
You misunderstand me. I did not say Russia was trying to "win over" the West, just to not inflame it and hope it becomes ambivalent.
Well China wants to help Russia to keep this going
You apparently don't follow the news. No, China is absolutely not on Russia's side in this. China has consistently distanced itself from Russia and partially complied with sanctions. China only cares about China. I know the Russiabots dream of a China-Russia alliance, but China only looks out for itself, and it sees Russia as having fucked up and miscalcuated and doesn't want the blowback against Russia to undermine China's ambitions to conquer Taiwan.
9/15/22: General Secretary Xi Jinping meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Uzbekistan. According to the Russian readout, Xi and Putin discuss Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, about which Putin acknowledges that China has “questions and concerns,” while also thanking China for what Putin calls China’s “balanced position” on the invasion. The Chinese readout of the bilateral meeting does not mention a discussion of Ukraine or China’s no-limits partnership with Russia.
9/18/22: U.S. President Joe Biden says in an interview with 60 Minutes, “Thus far, there’s no indication [China has] put forward weapons or other things that Russia has wanted.”
OPEC sided with Russia
Not at all. OPEC only cares about OPEC. They didn't cut production to help Russia.
South America view this as US trying to push itself in the world again.
Wrong. Most South Americans sided with Ukraine, with only Venezuela supporting Putin. Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay denounced the invasion. Ronaldo Costa, Brazil’s representative to the UN, stated Brazil’s position as ‘strongly condemning the violation of territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine’.
This kind of retaliation after the car bomb to these countries actually plays off really well.
lol nope. maybe it does to the NPC choir but to no one else.
It's seen as striking back against terrorists by the only effective method, force and unrestrained violence.
lol bro, literally nobody thinks that except for die hard russiabots. Nobody who isn't deep throating Putin sees using a truck bomb on the bridge as terrorism at all, or thinks that a UKR special forces OP to blow up a bridge justifies actual terror reprisals against civilians.
Two days ago they were gloating about a truck bomb partly destroying a bridge, now they are all huddled in basements as explosions rain down.
I have very limited sympathy nowadays, and I'm looking at these idiots like you look at a kid that throws things at the neighbours dog now crying begging for help as said dog chased them into their house, "What did you expect numbnuts!?"
I noticed you left Africa out of that rebuttal list, hard to label everything 'Russia bots' when African countries are the ones telling the West to get fucked and go to Russia for grain after Biden tried to get them to stop and starve instead. China doesn't care about an alliance and I never implied one, I said they are interested in keeping it going as it's depleting US hardware, makes any try on Taiwan a lot easier. OPEC knows how bad this green agenda in the west is and prefer to partially side with Russia for better returns later.
A lot of this "lol no" argument works on the principle there's some shared morality and how Russia is acting means that everyone is naturally opposed to it. The truth, if Russia decides to go bigger and do a themobaric bombardment on a city next, you won't hear anything from NATO.
The truth, if Russia decides to go bigger and do a themobaric bombardment on a city next
You mean to go their normal, they've been doing this for decades and in Ukraine too (such as in the Skhidnyi residential district of Mariupol, made to look like that: https://youtube.com/watch?v=RdJyc6cHkw4).
There's also nothing actually shocking about what they did yesterday, that's nothing special compared to their earlier achievements in the country such as destroying an isolated and well-known main bomb shelter marked with huge signs of CHILDREN written on the ground on both sides, also in Mariupol.
I don't know why a special distinction should be made between what Russia does in Donbas or in Kharkiv region and what they do in the further west so the latter is any special. Nothing really special happened compared to what they do normally. This time they didn't even hit any hospital, which is more remarkable and unusual than most other aspects.
And I of course meant Mariupol, don't you know how it's extremely short range and the thread is about how they hit the faraway cities? (With cruise missiles and Iranian loitering munitions, no bombs.)
now they are all huddled in basements as explosions rain down.
I think only in your fantasies are the Ukrainian people so suppressed. Car traffic can clearly be seen on all the Russian cruise missile strike videos.
I have very limited sympathy nowadays, and I'm looking at these idiots like you look at a kid that throws things at the neighbours dog now crying begging for help as said dog chased them into their house, "What did you expect numbnuts!?"
You're describing Russia, right? Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia is the kid throwing things and then getting chased crying. Putin's mobilization is crying. Putin's wasting expensive precision cruise missiles on worthless targets is crying. Putin's prized Kerch bridge getting blown up with a simple truck bomb? That's Putin getting chased back into his house. Oh, that and the whole Ukrainian offensive retaking Izyum and Lyman and most of the area by Kherson.
I noticed you left Africa out of that rebuttal list,
Because you didn't claim Africa mattered, and Africa doesn't matter.
when African countries are the ones telling the West to get fucked and go to Russia for grain after Biden tried to get them to stop and starve instead.
Except Africa didn't tell the West to get fucked, and wanted the Ukrainian grain that Russia was blocking for most of the war.
China doesn't care about an alliance and I never implied one, I said they are interested in keeping it going as it's depleting US hardware, makes any try on Taiwan a lot easier.
None of that is true. The US military is getting more, newer, better equipment to replace everything it sends to Ukraine, and what it has sent to Ukraine is a pittance compared to its total stocks.
Also, irrelevant to Taiwan since the USAF and USN will be the ones fighting China, not the US Army.
OPEC knows how bad this green agenda in the west is and prefer to partially side with Russia for better returns later.
Russia is an OPEC competitor and essentially an enemy. Russia sometimes cooperates with OPEC and sometimes backstabs them.
The truth, if Russia decides to go bigger and do a themobaric bombardment on a city next, you won't hear anything from NATO.
"Thermobaric" isn't some kind of superweapon. Russia has been using fuel-air explosives since day 1. They just break more windows, basically. Who cares? I love how you Russiabots think that Russia is only fighting with one hand behind its back and if only it "got serious" it would show Ukraine what's what. LOL how deluded can you be?
The Ukraine kept threatening to point nukes at Moscow, a
According to the Budapest memorandum, in which America, England and Russia would intervene in case one or the other was invaded meant that Ukraine would forfeit their nukes. In other words, Ukraine has no nuclear weapons.
The Ukraine kept threatening to point nukes at Moscow
That's a new lie. Usually Putrid's trolls blame NATO's expansion (Putrid is NATO salesman of the year getting Finland and Sweden to join) or "biolabs," but it's a lie nonetheless.
Russia was right to invade.
Russia had as much right to invade Ukraine as any BLM rioter had to break into a shop and steal.
The Ukraine kept threatening to point nukes at Moscow
Russia is now instructing their bots to claim that Ukraine has nuclear weapons? LOL ok.
Russia was right to invade.
Cool story bro, almost the whole world apart from some pariah states disagrees with you and have been supplying Ukraine, and Ukraine has been clearly winning the war for a while now, so I guess Ukraine baited Putin into an amazing 4d chess trap where Russian imperial ambitions and military power will die forever.
You have to wonder why it is that all the other countries with selfish interests are making decisions that align with Russian purposes.
Could it be that the West and the way it works, has upset all of these other countries in various other fields enough, that they don't give a F about the W or R, but find themselves on the R side simply because, the W is on the Wrong side.
Naw, probably they are all racist misogynist transphobes.
The media will propagandize everything no matter what. Every day Russia is losing harder than the previous day. Every day they are on the verge of defeat. Fuck, the Azov battalion executed civilians in broad daylight, while wearing their uniforms, and blamed Russia. The media reported it. The media reported Russia blew up its own pipeline. and apparently its own bridge.
Refusing to do things because it's a "propaganda win" for the west is bullshit. The west will always spew meaningless lies no matter the truth.
That bridge was a military target, because it supplied the entire Russian army in the south. Unlike some random pedestrian bridge, a random car on the street, or a random German consulate in Kiev.
It also shows Russia has ran out of precision strike missiles and are using dumb missiles. The sanctions and the war is taking its toll.
It is fascinating to see how the pro-Russia crowd is celebrating the destruction of a pedestrian bridge with no military benefit. It smells like a massive cope to me for the pro-Russian shills.
Are you fucktards going to ever shut the fuck up pretending yalls conflict requires everyone to pick a side. Being anti Ukraine isn't being Pro Russia. Fuck them both
Yeah because Ukraine does the same shit and just blew a bridge with civilians on it and people are sucking their dicks because the media told them too meanwhile in reality both sides have always been behaving atrocious because it is a war between corrupt oligarchs. Yeah people are crowing because Ukraine can't deny their shit doesn't stink this time and people are tired of being told the sky isn't blue while they look up at it
Wasn't that bridge a legitimate military target because it was supplying the entire southern front? Yes... And what does a pedestrian bridge that Russia failed to blow up offer in military support?
Then quote the passage on his speech where he wants nukes and wants to point to Russia(despite you using present tense, as if Ukraine already had nukes). Because I did not see it.
They used mostly cruise missiles (from bombers over Belarus and from ships in Crimea) and Iranian drones, but they also fired a couple of S-300 SAMs as artillery rockets again (this is simply bizarre and just absurd but nothing new).
Oh, they used Iranian drones too? It speaks volumes when Russia has to resort to a country like Iran to get drones. Not even China(which some pro-Russian shills here seems to think they are the bestest friendz evah) wants to sell it to them. That is like America buying thousands of drones from Colombia.
I saw about those S300s being used as artillery rockets. It is also another example that Russia is running out of munitions. They even admit it on TV!
Putrid's big expensive compensator bridge is now useless for military purposes, but the Ukrainian glass bridge he tried to blow up is unscratched. Fail!
One of the targets was the headquarters of the SBU, the notorious CIA-allied 'intelligence' service that killed one of the non-country's own negotiators in the streets of Kiev.
My question is: why on earth was the SBU not targeted on Day 1?
It's really weird how Russia has handled this war like they don't have to actually fight a serious war from the beginning. Maybe they just didn't expect the US to turn it into a battle where the only two possible outcomes are the complete annihilation of Ukraine or the entire Russian government being deposed.
They hit the street (and random civilians in cars) and not the building, and the other thing you said also didn't happen.
This is the scene: https://twitter.com/KyivIndependent/status/1579406437813751809 (possibly this missile had been shot down, as in this very rare incident of civilian casualties in Donetsk city that you are still hyperventilating about so much for over half year continuosly - they shot down slightly over half of all Russian cruise missiles and Iranian drones from the barrage)
Why do you just continue to believe the Russian lies?
Why do you just continue to believe the Russian lies?
What I want to know is why they think that they will be considered to be anything other than an embarrassment in the future. People who are taking Russia's side here will be looked back on like the French screaming "Why die for Danzig?". I have even started seeing some saying that if China moves on Taiwan, we need to just roll over and let them take it (instead of, you know, lighting them the fuck up and showing them the error of their ways).
They pretend that Putin is some based warrior standing against the Woke, when in reality he is a thug who cucked Russia to the ChiComs, is using the hardcore Islamic Chechens as his personal kill squad to keep people in line, and is looking to reestablish the Soviet Empire, even if he has to kill all of the former states of the empire to pull it off.
Russia has been our enemy for much longer than now. I say, Kill'em All!
It would save them I guess…for a few months. Then he would demand Alsace-Lorraine as “Historic German Territory.” And then he would whip up a reason to invade and ruin them. After all, these are the people who humiliated them. Where do you think that will go?
The only way you stop Hitler and the Nazis? Sometimes, its as simple as shooting them in the face. And if someone else who hates them just as much can pull the trigger? All the better.
Delaying the war for a few months might just give them the edge they need to hold out, outside the maginot line.
Historically Britain basically went "Lol yeah France we will back you up!" then they immediately fled for their island the instant Germany counterattacked.
That's not true at all, the troops evacuated from Dunkirk (and they fought mostly in Belgium not France) were being rearmed and in the process of being sent back to fight when France surrendered - also trapping tens of thousands of Polish soldiers who have made their way from occupied Poland to France, only to be either being captured there or spend the war in the internment in Switzerland.
Also it was a German offensive, and the Allied counterattack was a failure.
And more than that, the Maginot Line was as extended as you were going to get it. Because any attempt to fortify the Belgian border would have enraged the Belgians, since they didn’t want their land to become a battlefield between Germany and France yet again.
So his proposed plan would, at best, have weakened the French position, and at worst would have lost them allies, and maybe even seen the Belgians join the Germans on the grounds of “I now have axes to grind”, instead of being another Allied Power.
Because Russia didn't think it needed to. The russian leadership thought they'd win a quick victory. After they bogged down in March, they started firing a lot of cruise missiles, but it was too late as UKR targets had dispersed and the fixed targets were empty. The fact that the UKR air force wasn't destroyed on the ground is all you need to know about how utterly incompetent Russia was and is.
Russia is also fighting a propaganda war, and knows that the more it goes after cities and civilians, the more Ukraine can use this to appeal for more and more aid and get more and more attention from Western media. Russia's game plan has been to hope that the West gets bored of Ukraine and moves on.
The fact that UKR successfully took out the very expensive Kerch bridge caused Putin to tilt, and he violated his own strategy to order petty reprisal attacks on civilian areas, which is causing a huge propaganda coup in favor of Ukraine and against Russia this morning. The Western media and politicians are lit up and invigorated by the fresh Russian attacks on civilians.
That makes little sense. Even if I think that I "don't need to" do something, I'm still going to do it. You always have Plan B, especially if your Plan A is a highly unlikely to succeed coup de main.
The russian leadership thought they'd win a quick victory
You and others keep repeating this, but I don't think you can read minds.
The fact that UKR successfully took out the very expensive Kerch bridge caused Putin to tilt, and he violated his own strategy to order petty reprisal attacks on civilian areas
How ironic that you cheer a LR attack on a civilian target, which killed civilians, while complaining about Russia allegedly doing that.
which is causing a huge propaganda coup in favor of Ukraine and against Russia this morning.
As if. Propaganda doesn't win you the war. Most brain-dead NPCs made up their minds in the first day or so.
That makes little sense. Even if I think that I "don't need to" do something, I'm still going to do it. You always have Plan B, especially if your Plan A is a highly unlikely to succeed coup de main.
"Because we are too nice to fight seriously" or "we fight using anime rules where we purposely fight using a lower power level, then, when we lose, we "get serious" and unlock our full power level" makes a lot less sense than simple arrogance.
You and others keep repeating this, but I don't think you can read minds.
I can use logical deduction based on circumstantial evidence from their words and actions. In addition, the Russian military establishment has made statements that they intended to inflict a systemic collapse on the Ukrainian defense immediately before it could organize itself. This logic was used to defend the initial strategy.
How ironic that you cheer a LR attack on a civilian target, which killed civilians, while complaining about Russia allegedly doing that.
I don't know what LR means here. However, the Kerch bridge was in no way a "civilian target". It is a vital piece of Russian military infrastructure used to supply the Russian occupation of Crimea.
The fact that one or two civilian cars were in the blast radius is an unfortunate reality of war. The same would be true if a car happened to be nearby when HIMARS strikes hit the Antonivka Bridge. The big difference is that those civilian deaths were an unintended consequence of a strike on a strategic target, whereas with the Russian reprisals, the civilian deaths were the object and purpose of the strikes.
As if. Propaganda doesn't win you the war. Most brain-dead NPCs made up their minds in the first day or so.
It's highly likely that Putin's little tantrum will result in additional sanctions and/or military aid to Ukraine as a direct response. That's a meaningful self-own.
"Because we are too nice to fight seriously" or "we fight using anime rules where we purposely fight using a lower power level, then, when we lose, we "get serious" and unlock our full power level" makes a lot less sense than simple arrogance.
There's being arrogant and there's being stupid. Surely, the Russian high command is smarter than a "Reddit moderator", since you assured me that I am very stupid for being one (in the past)?
I can use logical deduction based on circumstantial evidence from their words and actions
It just so happens that this 'logical deduction' is the same thing that everyone else is also claiming without evidence. Interesting.
In addition, the Russian military establishment has made statements that they intended to inflict a systemic collapse on the Ukrainian defense immediately before it could organize itself. This logic was used to defend the initial strategy.
But then the 'arrogance' card does not make sense. You would bomb barracks full of soldiers if you wanted such a systemic collapse.
I don't know what LR means here. However, the Kerch bridge was in no way a "civilian target". It is a vital piece of Russian military infrastructure used to supply the Russian occupation of Crimea.
Alright, so every single bridge in Little Russia is now fair game.
The same would be true if a car happened to be nearby when HIMARS strikes hit the Antonivka Bridge.
That would be awful. That might slightly damage the suspension!
The big difference is that those civilian deaths were an unintended consequence of a strike on a strategic target, whereas with the Russian reprisals, the civilian deaths were the object and purpose of the strikes.
More mind-reading? I just read, no idea if true, that 40 missiles hit with 11 civilian casualties.
Also, what strategic target is there in the center of Donetsk which is pelted with cluster munitions by Ukraine? C'mon, stop being a shill. I condemned the destruction of Mariupol, and you can act like an adult as well.
It's highly likely that Putin's little tantrum will result in additional sanctions and/or military aid to Ukraine as a direct response. That's a meaningful self-own.
More sanctions? Great, so more Germans will freeze and starve?
You are smart enough to know that the pieces of shit in charges of Europe and America don't care one bit about "civilian casualties".
There's being arrogant and there's being stupid. Surely, the Russian high command is smarter than a "Reddit moderator", since you assured me that I am very stupid for being one (in the past)?
I don't have a strong position on either side of this debate, but I do have to side with u/dekachin on this point. Russia almost certainly didn't want this war to drag on as long as it has, and they almost certainly thought they could wrap it up in a month or two at most.
I think people underestimate just how much corruption there is in the Russian government. There are stories of millions of dollars (technically, rubles) being allocated to projects within the government and not one cent of it actually ending up being used for it's intended purpose. Just like China and North Korea, a significant amount of Russia's military "might" is exaggerated and for show. Corruption and incompetence are hallmarks of practically every authoritarian government, and Russia is no exception.
It's just not believable to me that Russia is actually hyper-competent and has been holding back all this time.
That said, I still think Russia is a huge threat if for no other reason than the sheer number of nuclear warheads they have at their disposal. Even if only 10% of those warheads actually work, that's still enough to destroy a hemisphere. Combined with the potential mental instability of the man in charge, and this is a recipe for disaster unlike the world has ever seen.
There's being arrogant and there's being stupid. Surely, the Russian high command is smarter than a "Reddit moderator", since you assured me that I am very stupid for being one (in the past)?
You have more sense than Putin and the Russian High Command because you don't live in the bubble of incompetent yes-men that Putin cultivated around himself. You're expressing disbelief, but you don't have an alternative explanation.
But then the 'arrogance' card does not make sense. You would bomb barracks full of soldiers if you wanted such a systemic collapse.
It does, but the Russians were also incompetent. The Russians were betting that the Ukrainians would lack the will to fight. But you're correct that clear military targets were totally ignored or Russia otherwise failed to attack them. I would again point to the Ukrainian air force, which totally escaped destruction early on even though Russia had the element of surprise and should have blasted every air base in Ukraine to rubble in the opening hours. It didn't happen. So then Ukraine dispersed its aircraft and hide them away so that when Russia did belatedly shoot cruise missiles at some air bases, they didn't hit any aircraft. By contrast, Ukraine successfully caught Russians stacking up planes in their forward air bases within artillery range more than once, and blew up a couple dozen of them.
There is no explanation for this that makes sense other than a mixture of arrogance and incompetence.
Alright, so every single bridge in Little Russia is now fair game.
Oh? Did the FSB contractors get a memo to call Ukraine "little russia" now? lol. Well, they have ALWAYS been fair game. Just look at the Pidyomnyy/Zatoka Bridge south of Odessa, far from the fighting just like Kerch. Russia kept throwing cruise missiles at it for months, and finally succeeded in closing it in June/July afaik but I don't have any recent sources on it.
So if Russia can do it, so can Ukraine. Russia cries when Kerch gets blown up, but it had just done the same thing to Zatoka and bragged about it in state media.
Russia is like a bully who is beating up on some smaller kid, and then the kid lands a good punch and Russia gets a bloody nose, then Russia gets REALLY MAD because the bullied kid was supposed to just lie down and take it and not fight back. It's all so pathetic.
That would be awful. That might slightly damage the suspension!
HIMARS closed the Antonivka bridge a while back and it has never been re-opened. Russia has been relying on a ferry for a while now. Not really sure why you keep pretending that HIMARS only makes "potholes" because of one pic you saw a long time back that didn't impress you.
Also, what strategic target is there in the center of Donetsk which is pelted with cluster munitions by Ukraine?
Never heard of it. Did this happen recently? I heard that some local commander fired on a civilian area early in the war, and he got criticized for it by the Ukrainian government, not sure if he was fired or what, but that was a long time ago now.
You are smart enough to know that the pieces of shit in charges of Europe and America don't care one bit about "civilian casualties".
You're wrong, I think they very much do. Just because your side doesn't, doesn't mean the rest of the world operates that way. You keep projecting and trying to pretend like everyone is the same. That's not true. Some people, like Russia and China, are just evil.
There were many attacks on Ukrainian military installations in the initial missile barrages and bombing raids of February 24. One of them for example destroyed an entire S-300 battalion worth of equipment (12 launchers parked next to each other outside) still in its base, others hit radars etc. Guys on the eastern frontline got hit super hard by artillery (but withstood, and have held on there for over half year since then in some still very same places).
One of them for example destroyed an entire S-300 battalion worth of equipment (12 launchers parked next to each other outside) still in its base, others hit radars etc.
I just looked up Oryx and that happened March 30, apparently: 12 5P851A (launcher for S-300PT): (1, destroyed) (2, destroyed) (3, destroyed) (4, destroyed) (5, destroyed) (6, destroyed) (7, destroyed) (8, destroyed) (9, destroyed) (10, destroyed) (11, destroyed) (12, destroyed) https://www.oryxspioenkop.com/2022/02/attack-on-europe-documenting-ukrainian.html
The S-300PT is the oldest version so those might have been inoperable for some reason, which is why they would be at a depot and not deployed. Plus the fact that it was only launchers and not radars. Besides those 12, there have only been 12 more TEL destroyed the entire war, and not a single radar.
Btw, Ant believed a lie (either they missed the SBU office or the missile was just shot down, it fell on a street nearby and killed only 5 random people in their cars at an intersection).
Another one hit a playground further down.
But I don't think it all even matters as they keep just leveling entire villages and towns elsewhere (currently mostly in the Bakhmut direction where the Wagner conscripted criminals are continuously thrown in frontal attack) and a few more missiles hitting this or that is but a distraction.
I'm glad you reposted this under a readable username. It was gonna be hard for me to say "thanks for the news update Ddqd443diq".

Kind of surreal watching the footage of the KievDnipro strikes. Dashcam video by some dude just sitting at a traffic light and the street and a few buildings just get obliterated as the light turns green.
Putrid's invasion was the "fucking around."
His solders dying by the thousands, retreating, and people fleeing russia to avoid being sent into meat grinder is the "finding out." These terrorist missiles are just the death spasms of Putrid's imperialist delusions.
Another brand new shill account peddling Russian propaganda. Let's hope this place doesn't go the same way as Voat which was also run into the sewer with Russian shill accounts and the retards stupid enough to believe them.
Nothing terrorist in attacking the #1 supply and troop & materiel transport route for the I vasion of your country on your own territory.
A plenty of terrorism in attacking cultural objects like museum and national library, tourist spots, monuments, a business office tower, parks, random streets, a children's playground.
Blowing up the Crimean Bridge was a clear military infrastructure target. It was perfectly valid for Ukraine to target it, and is not "terrorist" just because they used a truck bomb to blow it up while Russia uses expensive missiles to blow up Ukrainian bridges. Russia has targeted and blown up a number of UKR bridges throughout the war, including bridges far from any combat area, such as the Zatoka bridge near Romania. Turn about is fair play.
Paul Massaro isn't Ukrainian nor does he speak for the UKR government. He is a US government bureaucrat, and seems to be an idiot who only graduated from school in 2015 yet describes himself as a "foremost expert" and is deeply embedded in the libtard establishment. Stop misusing the "it cries out in pain as it strikes you" meme, that doesn't even apply here.
Russia firing missiles at cities in revenge for UKR blowing up a bridge is some petty, childish shit. It is also not a response in kind. UKR wasn't indiscriminately lobbing missiles at Russian cities. A like for like response would be to target infrastructure, not civilians. All this action does is show the Russians to be the scummy, evil little bullies they are.
You losers are backing the wrong side, your boy is losing, and the empire you cling to is in its death throes. Russia is and will forever be broken as a "power" of any kind, having lost to Ukraine. The only question now is how many more Russian men need to die, and how much more Russian equipment needs to be destroyed, until the Russians finally accept reality and admit defeat.
Personally, I'm hoping the Russians stick it out and keep fighting. I want to see them crushed and their military capacity destroyed utterly so they can serve as an example to tinpot dictators everywhere.
Downvotes will not better Russia's military fortunes, but I'm sure you'll do your part!
I doubt he'll use nukes unless the US/Europe directly threatens him. Not just because they're "losing" in Ukraine. In that case they would just claim victory over some small success and go home.
It’s the west that would back Ukraine that has said nukes (and I absolutely believe that the West would nuke Russia if it nuked Ukraine, if only because that’s a lot of corruption dollars they no longer get access to because Russia glassed it).
That’s nonsensical though, the politicians don’t profit off nuke usage, I could see massive funding into the military industrial complex to “counter” Russia, but I doubt we would ever use our nukes because there’s no profit incentive for it.
Russia's SSBN platforms were noted as disappearing from dock. It is the largest country in the world (hard to find all ICBM silos), with enough 2nd strike capability, which will definitely be maintained at the ready if they use nuke's on Ukraine.
The west would need to be loony toons to fire nukes at Russia, even IF Russia did so in Ukraine.
Wait, looking at our leaders, you are probably right. The west would fire nukes at Russia.
Did you expect anything else? You poke and spit at the bear enough, it will maul you. If all of this was contained to Ukraine and not bringing in car bombs, missiles might not be raining down right now
Once again proving the validity of the "Fuck Around and Find Out" chart.
You misunderstand me. I did not say Russia was trying to "win over" the West, just to not inflame it and hope it becomes ambivalent.
Not at all. OPEC only cares about OPEC. They didn't cut production to help Russia.
Ronaldo Costa, Brazil’s representative to the UN, stated Brazil’s position as ‘strongly condemning the violation of territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine’.
lol nope. maybe it does to the NPC choir but to no one else.
lol bro, literally nobody thinks that except for die hard russiabots.
I've seen lots of conventional missile strikes and bombs, no evidence they've done anything like this yet:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=q91yFP9E9Yg
If they did, I have a strong suspicion the death toll would be way above the double digits, call it a hunch..
They openly did: https://anna-news.info/boevoe-primenenie-tos-1a-solntsepyok-v-mariupole/
And I of course meant Mariupol, don't you know how it's extremely short range and the thread is about how they hit the faraway cities? (With cruise missiles and Iranian loitering munitions, no bombs.)
I think only in your fantasies are the Ukrainian people so suppressed. Car traffic can clearly be seen on all the Russian cruise missile strike videos.
Because you didn't claim Africa mattered, and Africa doesn't matter.
Except Africa didn't tell the West to get fucked, and wanted the Ukrainian grain that Russia was blocking for most of the war.
Russia is an OPEC competitor and essentially an enemy. Russia sometimes cooperates with OPEC and sometimes backstabs them.
LOL how deluded can you be?
ukraine started it when their totally legitimate government broke the crimea deal and then started shelling the entire eastern half of their country.
didn't happen, enjoy your rubles, russiabot.
According to the Budapest memorandum, in which America, England and Russia would intervene in case one or the other was invaded meant that Ukraine would forfeit their nukes. In other words, Ukraine has no nuclear weapons.
That's a new lie. Usually Putrid's trolls blame NATO's expansion (Putrid is NATO salesman of the year getting Finland and Sweden to join) or "biolabs," but it's a lie nonetheless.
Russia had as much right to invade Ukraine as any BLM rioter had to break into a shop and steal.
Russia is now instructing their bots to claim that Ukraine has nuclear weapons? LOL ok.
You are absolutely correct.
Fuck them both
I suggest you read some threads here with some morons getting a boner over Russia targeting civilians.
Literally everything could be stretched to fit this definition. Every road, field, factory, anything.
lol wut? Ukraine was tying people to lampposts and torturing them, shooting POWs in the kneecaps, killing deserters, etc.
Some of that is fake news. Do not forget the mass killing of civilians the Russians did as well, and the mass graveyards.
Do not ignore the thread made by a pro-Russian shill celebrating this.
I wish you and your mirror opposites would just go over there and fight for your respective sides
Then anything that comes close to you claim. So far what you gave me does not even come close by a mile.
Stop tip toeing, you are just embarrassed that your source is a government propaganda mouthpiece.
Besides the Uragans.
They even admit it on TV!
https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/1680009/Vladimir-Putin-Russia-state-TV-Solovyov-Ukraine-war-invasion-crisis-latest-news-vn
These drones (Shahed-136) are not a laughing matter at all. They usually hit Odesa with them.
Of course, but I am referring more into how Russia decided to go to Iran for this, instead of getting something from themselves.
https://mezha.media/en/2022/10/05/shahed-136-a-nasty-enemy-uav-that-terrorizes-ukrainians/
Also Russia's missile missed that pedestrian bridge and blew up underneath it. The bridge is still ok: https://twitter.com/Liveuamap/status/1579367430111232000
Russia launched a $13 million KH-101 cruise missile at a pedestrian bridge and it didn't even hit the target. lol.
Putrid's big expensive compensator bridge is now useless for military purposes, but the Ukrainian glass bridge he tried to blow up is unscratched. Fail!
It's a glass bridge no less.
Wow!!! So they are very incompetent! I am surprised they still know which direction Kiev is!
big dick & exotic breasts.
Their names certainly check out.
I say, Kill'em All!
there is not a square inch of ukrainian soil worth global nuclear war.
Uhhh, the 'why die for danzig?' frenchies could've prevented the Nazi occupation, France declared war on Germany, not the other way around.
You don't get to declare war on a nation then proclaim they are the 'offensive' ones lmao.
Britain almost single-handedly caused WW2, along with the judea of the world.
And more than that, the Maginot Line was as extended as you were going to get it. Because any attempt to fortify the Belgian border would have enraged the Belgians, since they didn’t want their land to become a battlefield between Germany and France yet again.
So his proposed plan would, at best, have weakened the French position, and at worst would have lost them allies, and maybe even seen the Belgians join the Germans on the grounds of “I now have axes to grind”, instead of being another Allied Power.
lol
You and others keep repeating this, but I don't think you can read minds.
How ironic that you cheer a LR attack on a civilian target, which killed civilians, while complaining about Russia allegedly doing that.
As if. Propaganda doesn't win you the war. Most brain-dead NPCs made up their minds in the first day or so.
"Because we are too nice to fight seriously" or "we fight using anime rules where we purposely fight using a lower power level, then, when we lose, we "get serious" and unlock our full power level" makes a lot less sense than simple arrogance.
I can use logical deduction based on circumstantial evidence from their words and actions. In addition, the Russian military establishment has made statements that they intended to inflict a systemic collapse on the Ukrainian defense immediately before it could organize itself. This logic was used to defend the initial strategy.
It's highly likely that Putin's little tantrum will result in additional sanctions and/or military aid to Ukraine as a direct response. That's a meaningful self-own.
There's being arrogant and there's being stupid. Surely, the Russian high command is smarter than a "Reddit moderator", since you assured me that I am very stupid for being one (in the past)?
It just so happens that this 'logical deduction' is the same thing that everyone else is also claiming without evidence. Interesting.
But then the 'arrogance' card does not make sense. You would bomb barracks full of soldiers if you wanted such a systemic collapse.
Alright, so every single bridge in Little Russia is now fair game.
That would be awful. That might slightly damage the suspension!
More sanctions? Great, so more Germans will freeze and starve?
You are smart enough to know that the pieces of shit in charges of Europe and America don't care one bit about "civilian casualties".
There were 5 killed and over 30 wounded only in that "One of the targets was the headquarters of the SBU" of yours that didn't hit it.
The supposed negotiator (military intelligence officer) died in combat and not in the city.
The center of Donetsk (I guess you mean the Donetsk city here) isn't pelted with cluster munitions by Ukraine.
You have more sense than Putin and the Russian High Command because you don't live in the bubble of incompetent yes-men that Putin cultivated around himself. You're expressing disbelief, but you don't have an alternative explanation.
HIMARS closed the Antonivka bridge a while back and it has never been re-opened. Russia has been relying on a ferry for a while now. Not really sure why you keep pretending that HIMARS only makes "potholes" because of one pic you saw a long time back that didn't impress you.
Never heard of it. Did this happen recently? I heard that some local commander fired on a civilian area early in the war, and he got criticized for it by the Ukrainian government, not sure if he was fired or what, but that was a long time ago now.
Not just Crimea, but the Southern Front. The route west from Donetsk is under the HIMARS fire from the north.
Let's not forget the endless fire bombing raids for long periods prior.
WWII rules, which Moscow helped to establish in Helsinki 1939.
Do you understand the reason why Japan was nuked... twice?
Hint: Purple hearts made for the invasion of the main island of Japan are still being handed to soldiers today.
I just hope when this is all over all the stooges in the Ukranian government are hanging from lamp posts.
They've already arrested many traitors, but they have no death penalty at all.
Plus they keep using them in prisoners swaps.

War.
War is hell.
I'm glad you reposted this under a readable username. It was gonna be hard for me to say "thanks for the news update Ddqd443diq".
(Context: A username made up of a random string of letters and numbers originally posted this link, then deleted their post and five minutes later reposted it as Quartenses.)
Kind of surreal watching the footage of the
KievDnipro strikes. Dashcam video by some dude just sitting at a traffic light and the street and a few buildings just get obliterated as the light turns green.Russian Grad shelling of Mariupol city in 2015 had a similar video: https://youtube.com/watch?v=8Tbd3qfeX7U (second camera view).
OP, you need to have more comment history in the forum before you can post new material.
Putrid's invasion was the "fucking around." His solders dying by the thousands, retreating, and people fleeing russia to avoid being sent into meat grinder is the "finding out." These terrorist missiles are just the death spasms of Putrid's imperialist delusions.
Yup, obvious shilling is obvious.
Now, may you go back to sucking off Prigozhin?
Another new bot account created just to post this. This one is just an hour old.
Based bots then I guess
They are making fun of retards like you. I don't see the issue.
There was a referendum just like with Kosovo. Why is one fine and the other is not?
Putrid's "referenda" were about as legitimate as any Stalin votes.
Because a "referendum" under military occupation isn't legitimate. As you'd know if you spent even a microsecond thinking about it.
Russia lost?? You should tell Ukraine so they can all go home!
I used the word "losing" not "lost". I get that English isn't your 1st language, comrade, but please learn how tenses work in the English language before replying, thanks. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_verbs#Present_participle
Oh yeah?
Yeah, stupid, will forever be is future tense.
Not even Russian or anything but you're a retarded redditor
You're a braindead Putin bootlicker.
You're a coping mutt
Your arguments are about as effective as the Russian defense of Lyman.
It's non an argument. I'm insulting you retard.
I pray I get to use this line some day.
The fact that you respond to my arguments with insults means:
I'm right
you're triggered
you're an asshole
you're blocked
fucking autist
lol kill yourself redditor
He's not even man enough to read a few "mean" words without getting triggered.
"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words are the real violence" --dekachin.
Ya much better to back those currently freezing their own people out.
Nobody is freezing. That's a cope the Russiabots tell themselves.
Odd conjecture considering Putin is sitting on a massive stockpile of nukes, really think he’ll go down without using them?
I doubt he'll use nukes unless the US/Europe directly threatens him. Not just because they're "losing" in Ukraine. In that case they would just claim victory over some small success and go home.
Not OP but absolutely, as using nukes means he gets nuked back, means the whole world gets turned into a wasteland while he dies having lost.
What nukes does Ukraine have?
