Which means according to leftism you can trust the left to accurately describe the right. And since the left is full of lazy fucks, many of them do just that. The end result is this. I wish the art style was a little more fleshed out but I'm really surprised it took this long to play as Zelda tbh. Zelda is cool, of course nobody has a problem with it. She isn't an obnoxious or ugly asshole. That's it. Thats all it takes. Just make characters that are cute and not annoying

Basically every Zelda we've seen has been useless. It legit seems like the world requires them be so, which is why Tetra and Sheik were capable and then complete dead weight once they became Zelda again.
I think its likely because she is supposed to be the "Wisdom" part of the trifecta, and if she can do the same things Link does, what does his "Courage" even offer?

Also, she's a woman, so being useless is normal.
The funny part is, most of the major women aren't useless. Midna, Impa, the two from Breath, Sariah/Ruto all do fine while still needing Link to be the man who saves them. Its literally just Zelda who is, consistently unable to do a single useful thing without making it worse.
To a point that Zelda putting on a change of clothes makes her usefulness rise dramatically. Its like a running thing somewhere in the writing process that the dress/name is cursed to make her a damsel.
Reminder that Ocarina Zelda ruined Link's life and destroyed her kingdom by sending him back in time.
And for absolutely nothing, as MM and TP show that he spends the rest of his childhood and life getting dragged into more adventures and ends up a bitter, angry man at the end.
What gets me is how Zelda rewound Link to when he left the forest, meaning she killed all of the friendships he built over his journey and turned them into complete strangers, including herself.
None of her actions at the end make real sense.
He can't relive his childhood if he has all his memories still, and he had to keep those memories to go prevent Ganondorf from succeeding in his plan in the "Child Timeline" which is the one that leads to MM/TP going so poorly for him.
Its a lose-lose for him other than getting 7 years longer to live. If not for MM we could assume he rebuilt all those friendships and good memories anyway, but we know for sure he wanders the world looking for Navi and then becomes a shell of a man in death.
Its the same shortsightedness that lead her to helping Ganondorf win in the first place at the beginning of the game.
There's been a few playable Zeldas, though not really in adventure titles, and never the central protagonist. My favorite is Hyrule Warriors (Original, not Calamity) Zelda.

I was hoping that Zelda would be playable in some capacity in Tears of the Kingdom, given she got a haircut that conveniently reduces clipping into her model while running or climbing.

Well they don't know that. Zelda had a game before (terrible but a classic meme), in the old cartoon she was a snarky ass kicker and Link was a laid back surf bro. Zelda was once a ghost in a game and drove a suit of Armor like a Mecha. Zelda has had a few action sets before including her alternate identity from Ocarina of Time. But what do you expect from them. They don't care nor do they do any research ever.
the other games starring zelda were terrible and were never considered official by nintendo and were not made by nintendo and i actually would call it woke if it came out today because in one of them, zelda was just link with a vagina .. But yes they probably don't know about it either way.
