I sleep. Stopped watching Dr Who after David Tennant made the right decision. British television been dead for years. They ruined 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Taskmaster with quota casting so now they have just the biggest retards on those shows as contestants (both shows uses comedians as celebrity contestants.) That and I can't remember the last time Rachel Riley wasn't preggo on Countdown.

Countdown was fun when Sean Locke was still alive/on the show (and when their token poofter wasn't unbearably poofty). Haven't bothered checking in since.
Early episode had one of the best on the spot joke I've ever head. I can't remember who Locke's teammate was but Locke told his (male) teammate something like
"If you get this one right I promise I won't spit on you when we make love tonight"
the crowd laughed because it was such an absurd and shocking thing to say. And the teammate replied:

I'm about two series behind, watched a few from each season but couldn't keep going, it's bad the guest are so bad and they don't even try, I mean they never did but these new quota guests are literally retarded.
It's a shame, I love doing my cardio while watching Countdown because I can get a little mental workout at the same time and Cat Does Countdown was a real treat for me and they ruined it.

Never watched the series but I feel bad for the old fans. Just like some things I like it's hard to see people slowly changing it until you realise you don't like it anymore. i mean, nothing is forever and most things change but when you see poeple deliberately changing things into something the majority of fans will dislike it is sad.

Doctor who reboot was already paced and filmed like all the gay dramas at the time. Are we going to forget Rose had a black boyfriend well ahead of the current forced mixed race couples? Jack being whatever the fuck they defined him as and him kissing the doctor? Lesbian cat people stuck in a traffic jam?
Doctor who came back as a vehicle to rewrite history and push liberalism to a young generation. The return was completely pozzed from the beginning but it was looked past because it wasn't a pattern.
Yeah, there always were obvious inserts. But they were inserts, minor details and they still told interesting stories.
Now they are front and center and they stopped even trying to tell something worthwile (I mean, duh, it's hard to tell interesting stories when your protagonist is a protected class and can't have real faults)
Rose's entire story arc and one of the main story arcs of the entire reboot was the love triangle. And Jack got his own TV series. How the fuck is that not front and center?
As in Rose had the Hots for the doctor and nobody cared about micky. Yeah, no.
A: Jack was first and foremost an interesting character. That was back then, when they still had the balls to give gay people a personality. Hence the spinoff.
B: Jack was not front and Center in Dr. Who
You might not have cared but the intention was to write a love triangle to appeal to fags and women who want personal drama not science fiction. You can see the intended audience for Rose and it was not basement nerds. To them Micky was a very important part of the appeal of Rose. She's the bland average woman with a boyfriend who gets whisked off by a handsome mysterious stranger.
