DeSantis should have guard ready to ship them out of the country, along with those already in his state.
I don't know if this is accurate, but I heard that only the feds have the authority to deport people from the country, not governors. If that's accurate, then there's not much that can be done other than continuing to ship them to the insane areas of the country.

They're not homogeneous, outside of the most superficial level. A lot of the country boundaries the European nations put in totally ignored cultural/tribal groups and as a result most of the countries are comprised of a variety of groups which, historically, have all hated each other's guts.
