I honestly don't understand what's so hard in checking if there are war crimes commited by Israel. I don't think Ukraine has (ever had) a chance of winning the war. The only option was if NATO would've entered the war fully with soldiers & full weapon support. Since that's not on the table (and I don't call for that) it's a war of attrition killing thousands of Ukrainians for nothing.
There should be peace with Ukraine losing some territories (Crimea, Donbass, ...). After that I personally wish that Ukraine would get NATO protection, but I don't know if that is feasible. Again that's a personal wish, not a logical step.
