It takes 70-80 years before a tree reaches stable production. There are some multi-millennia old trees and orchards still producing. They are literally destroying productive things that are older than their nation.

Bullshit. 70 years BEFORE they produce?
Even fig trees are productive after 10 years, they're one of the longest to mature. Olive trees are producing in 3-5 years, and 'stable' after 10. There are many small groves and some have indeed been around for decades. Once they get too old they are cut down. Same as the past 2000 years.

Olive trees "can produce" for a long time, but their output is greatly diminished after a certain time. Just like wine-grapes! After a fixed number of years they get pulled up & new ones are planted.

Also: you go and plant something on someone else's property? Guess what, they have every right to cut it down.

It's not bullshit, especially if you actually read what I said. Olives start getting very small crops at 10 years, but only produce once every few years when they are that young. It takes 70 years of cultivation until they are consistent.

So the Pallies have every right to tear down Israel?

All he is doing is questioning a highly surprising fact about Olive Trees as a crop. Calm the fuck down.

– LibertyPrimeWasRight 12 points 303 days ago +12 / -0

Well, no, that's not all he's doing, because that last line renders a moral judgment unrelated to olive trees. But even without that line, when you open by saying "bullshit" and then misstating the opposing position in a subtly incorrect way, you've crossed the line from "questioning" to "being combative about."

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Gizortnik 3 points 303 days ago +3 / -0

You mean the edited line, an argument about a property rights?

No, he's clearly talking about Olive trees.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– LibertyPrimeWasRight 1 point 303 days ago +1 / -0

The comment hasn't been edited, or if it has, it was a very quickly made edit, within a minute or two of posting at most. You can tell because there’s no edit symbol on it. Even if it had been edited, all that means is that he himself thought it was important to expand his comment beyond the olive trees into a moral stance. It's not like anyone else is going back and editing his comment.

By the way, nice job completely ignoring my point about tone and word choice. Again, it doesn't really matter that he's talking about olive trees. He's obviously hostile, not merely inquisitive.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Gizortnik 3 points 303 days ago +3 / -0

Yes, he's hostile because he finds the idea of Olive Trees not producing fruit for 70 years comically insane, because he misunderstood the original point.

There's questioning something you don't know about, and then there's being an asshole about something while being categorically wrong AND showing that you don't even understand the words you're replying to, and 5Cats was/is doing the latter former.

Edit: Wrong word.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– 5Cats 1 point 302 days ago +1 / -0

So Olive trees take 70 years to start producing? Is that so? I'm not understanding this "fact"?
In fact, someone linked an article about 1000+ year old olive trees which clearly stated that they produce the best from 5 - 100 years and then taper off sharply. My point was proven 😊 by them trying to disprove it.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– brimshae 1 point 301 days ago +1 / -0

I think I mistyped that last part. I've been pulling some 18 hour days lately. I think I meant to say you were doing the former (questioning something you don't know in a not rude manner). Let me go fix that.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– 5Cats 1 point 301 days ago +1 / -0

I try to be "not rude" but often times telling people the truth really offends them.

In this case? 1000+ year old olive trees do exist, and still produce fruit. I didn't know that! They are few and far between. The images shown do not have "1000+ year old trees" in them.
I still know (and it was proven) that most olive plantations have a lifespan between 5 (when they start producing at scale) and 100 years (when the production drops off sharply). So 40-60 years and then they get chopped down, typically. Just like grapes (3-10 years) Raspberries (2-8 years) and apple trees (4 to 40 years) hit a wall of declining production & get replaced. (times are iirc) Of course they still make fruit after those ages, but this is a commercial business decision, not a tree in someone's back yard, eh?

So in summary, we can say that olive trees between 5 and 100 years old are the most productive and which also offer the best quality. From that age onwards, both productivity and quality decrease.

From a link that someone thought disputed my position, but in fact proves it.

If a Pally BOUGHT land? They own it, they can do as they please. If they murder the owners? They do not. This is pretty simple stuff here.
Are you claiming that the lawful owners of land CANNOT alter it in any way? They must allow non-owners to utilize it for profit and receive nothing in compensation? Really?

Try reading it again. They produce more at 100 years old than at 60 years old and some of the trees are still producing at 2,500 years old. Your comment proves you didn't read it. Also check my other comment where the point I did agree with you is where they can do whatever they want with the land if they bought it or already own it.

Some varieties of olives? Perhaps. There's more than 1 kind, you know? Just like apples. Commercially they'll use the short lived ones rather than wait 100 years to reach peak production, eh? Plus the trees pictures are not 1000 years old, they may be in the 40 - 60 range, I'd guess. The 1000 year ones have trunks meters wide. I did read every word of it btw. It proved my point nicely.

I did miss that other comment it seems. I'm glad we can agree on something :>

In the reported "bulldozing" it is alleged the IDF did it on land owned by Palestinians. However? I've read that every time a grove gets cut down for any reason, it gets reported as "the Jews did it!" even though they didn't. A fellow noted 3+ "reports" from the same "reporter" over a few year span & went to look for himself. Not one local person said the IDF did it, everyone said it was normal cutting & replanting or for housing.
For what it's worth: Hamas and the rest didn't just start making shiite up to attack & defame Jews, eh? This has been ongoing forever.

It's a war that started when Abraham had a child with Hagar first. Peace will never find that region until the antichrist shows up. There's a technique with pecan groves were you have 27 trees per acre and after 30 years 9 are removed and another 9 in 50 years until you have 9 trees per acre that don't start producing until they are 50 years old, but produce massive amounts for hundreds of years. It's 3 different varieties each providing maximum production within their life spans. I don't trust any story that comes out of that area. Neither side wants peace and I definitely believe the Palestinians are terrorists. That's why no country around them wants them either. I sometimes wish Israel would go in and clean house in a weeks time so we can just get done with the bullshit already. My view on Israel doesn't sit well with either side of the issue and attracts trolls, but if you really want it, just ask and I believe this comment should be buried deep enough nobody else will see it.

It frustrates me that so many anti-Israel protests focus on leftwing SJW causes

I don't know if it's an intentional poison pill, or just your standard leftoid retardation, but I agree it's frustrating that the "Israel is doing bad shit" and "I wish my money wasn't being siphoned away to fund the murder of men, women, and children, and the annexation of land by foreign interests" are so associated with leftism. I feel like I always have to specify that I'm not associated with those weirdos, when I say I don't like murder and shit.

It just comes with the territory, I suppose, as leftism really owns the "protest" side of things. I think because the right realizes it's largely pointless, has better things to do, and aren't as obsessed with virtue signaling and "belonging," which is what a huge chunk of protests are about; it's all about Community and showing you're a Good Person. The meme about "leftism is a mental illness" is often true, and so they monopolize "protests" so they can be the Protagonists. It's all about their own narcissism. So, even when the cause is correct, the left often owns it optically, because they're the ones out there yelling the loudest, for their own egos.

They weren't really a unified people, I would imagine. It's been a populated area for pretty much all of recorded history, but it's pretty harsh living conditions, so it was more tribal/clan lands of goat herders and the like than a unified people.

You know, up until the proto-UN came by and said "Yeah, that land you guys have been living on since pre-Biblical times? It's theirs now."

Source: Mostly just stuff I'm figuring based on looking in to how far back "Palestine" exists in writing as a known entity. Which is to say: Back to when hieroglyphics were in vogue.

One of the things that gets a lot of people early on is that conflation of criticism of Israel as a nation with Jews as a whole.

If we took Jewishness out of the equation entirely, Israel is still a despicable nation of actions and desires that are far and away done seemingly for petty evilness. Not advancing interests (thought there is a lot of that), which just becomes evil as a knockon effect of selfishness, but purely to be awful.

Which is probably why they use the antisemitism conflation. Because it means no one could point that out until just recently when the Lefties started looking at them as white colonizers. And even that is only a little tip of it.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 14 ▼
– PM-Melania-feet-pics 14 points 304 days ago +14 / -0

"Taking jewishness out of the equation" isn't possible. Culture is downstream from genetics.

Move Whites into Darkest Africa, you get Rhodesia. Move us the dregs of our society into a barren desert island in the middle of nowhere full of hostile wildlife, you get first-world Australia. Move third world savages into the lefty "socialist utopia" of Scandinavia and you get grenade attacks in Stockholm.

"Taking jewishness out of the equation" isn't possible.

Its not, but you can do so as an entry level into the political discussion. Israel as a country is fucking awful, and it would be so regardless of them being Jewish.

This is an important point, because its necessary to foot in door sell the issue to normies. People who aren't, and likely never will, be able to fathom genetics being destiny. You can convince normies that we should question Israel based on its government actions pretty easily if you detangle it from the Jewish portion, whereas if you even mention that the conversation usually ends with you being treated as wrong no matter what.

By Leftist doctrine, they are. Because they are white in color and "took land" from brown people who lived there. And aren't poor/are successful, which also makes them white too. The Jews in charge distilled the politics down to that level of simplicity for their NPC followers, and they forgot it applies to their little nation too.

That's why there is a Leftist pushback against them right now period. Because that's how they see the world, and no amount of "ackshually" detail corrections will make any difference to the SJW type mind.

Correct! The progressive left selectively believes whatever is convenient.
No land in North America has been in the hands of the same people for the past 10,000 years (or whenever the ice melted, ~8K here!) People were there before them & were usually forced off through war. Sure, peaceful means were also used, but those rarely end up in oral histories, eh?

Jews lived there since LONG before Muslims even existed. The Canaanites were mostly exterminated, small traces of their DNA remain in Jews, Palestinians and (strangely!) Belgians. That is in no way enough to claim historical ownership by bloodline.

Not every body was cremated. Not every person killed went to a camp.

I don't know about you guys, but when I'm fighting a 2 front war against at least 4 countries, one of which has near unlimited resources and replaces every tank i destroy with 4 more, I generally don't try to waste a billion gallons of fuel lighting Jews on fire when my tanks are running out of gas.

Then you literally don't understand National Socialism, nor German fuel rationing, nor the Holocaust. Killing every jew in Europe is a categorical imperative within National Socialism. According to the ideology, the jews started the war, caused the previous ones, are why the war is continuing, and must be killed to save Europe. Under this logic, killing every jew secures the Reich, weakens the opposition, and most importantly prevents over-consumption of precious resources.

Resources which the Reich are saving by not using bullets and men to churn through hundreds of people a week, personally. Your worried about expending resources to kill jews, when the Nazis built the camps in the first place to save those exact resources. Particularly soldiers and bullets. Diesel isn't the only thing that can burn, and you can always just bury them and cover them with lye.

This shit is really fucking important, because the foundation and direction of the modern western world is essentially built on this mythos, and if that mythos is a fabrication, then what the ever loving fuck have we been doing for the last eight decades?

This is a good point. The first thing you should have done is have a rudimentary understanding of the topic. This is the ignorance I'm talking about.

READ A BOOK! Learn the BASICS before making a fool of yourself.
Even Auschwitz wasn't "just one camp" it was the hub of several smaller camps. There were lots of them being run with Nazi efficiency. Only the Russians were better at exterminating their own civilians.

Even if you account for all the alleged "death camps", they didn't have the capacity to reach the numbers claimed by holohoax pushers.

They were capable of far closer to 25 million, had they been actually running at max capacity, and maximum efficiency, the whole time.

Again, this is you showing your ignorance of the amount of people who were just shot, no camps involved. Death Camps were used to make the genocide more streamlined. You might as well have said that Kaityn didn't happen because the building was too small and the executioners were too few... but we know exactly how it happened and who did it.

Where are the bodies? There are nowhere near 6 million bodies. That's why jews started saying they were all cremated. The problem is that it was impossible to cremate that many.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– Gizortnik 2 points 303 days ago +2 / -0

Yes, some of them were burned, not all of them, and not none of them. Many of the death and concentration camps have many tens of thousands of mass graves in addition to the crematoria, in addition to the mass graves that absolutely litter Europe, in addition to the absolute collapse of the jewish population of Poland and millions of missing jews never to be heard from again.

And just to be clear, because you probably don't know this, they weren't the only ones being killed. The Nazis crimes against Greece and Crete are further atrocities from people who had absolutely no issue with wholesale mass murder.

That's why jews started saying they were [all] cremated.

No one has ever said that. This is the ignorance I'm talking about.

The crematoria were present to burn most of the bodies at extermination camps. If they needed repair, weren't operational, or there were too many bodies, mass graves were regularly dug to deal with the overflow. The crematoria were known about since the liberation of the camps (as well as before with some spies), and would have been understood as a way to help get rid of bodies from that moment.

No one has ever argued that 6 million jews were cremated, because the holocaust starts before the crematoria are installed, and before extermination facilities are built. Your ignorance of the timeline of the events is the problem, not the evidence.

1 million per year of the war is about 2,739 per day. The average time it takes to cremate a body is anywhere from 1.5-4 hours according to search engines, so lets say 2 hours to be generous. That means an oven is only capable of cremating 12 people per day running 24/7 with absolutely zero downtime. So the 2739 people per day divided by 12 means there have to be about 228 ovens at minimum assuming they were all cremated.

According to Wikipedia (yeah i know), there were 23 major death camps, and a bunch of very small camps attached to them. The small ones only had about 100 prisoners each. 228 ovens spread over 23 major death camps is about 10 ovens per camp.

Assuming an even distribution per camp, that means that each camp was capable of cremating 120 people per day. Again, assuming that the ovens were running 24/7 with zero downtime, that means that each camp would be capable of cremating 43,800 people per year. This is assuming that every dead prisoner was cremated and not just dumped into a ditch.

According to Wikipedia (again, i know), Dachau had a total of around 41,000 killed over the course of the war. What this almost certainly means is that the ovens that they had were not running 24/7 and not all the bodies were disposed of this way. So technically they could have done it every year, and yet they didn't.

The Cremation Association of North America says that it takes between 196-720 liters, or 52-190 gallons of gas to cremate a body in a modern natural gas or propane oven. They also say it takes between 3-9 hours to do, which is different from the previous figure I mentioned.

So again, to be generous, lets say that it only takes 52 gallons to cremate a body. 6 million times 52 is 312 million gallons of natural gas/propane on a very conservative estimate. A not so conservative estimate means that it would take 1,14 billion gallons of fuel in a modern oven.

These estimates are even generous to the holobunga mythos, and the numbers on Wikipedia (yeah i know) itself even say that Dachau, one of the more famous ones, didn't cremate in the whole war what it should have been able to do in one year, assuming things were running 24/7.

So what can we conclude is that, no, not everyone who died in those camps were cremated, many of them were almost certainly killed by other means, and others likely died of disease/starvation, which can partially be blamed on allied bombing of the trains, tracks, and fuel depots that were used to supply the camps.

And this is assuming we even believe the official story, most of which came from KGB officers and the torture of Nazi officers at Nuremburg, the evidence being tantamount to hearsay in both cases. History is written by the victors, and the victors in this story were bankrolled by ludicrously wealthy Jews with a vested interest in creating a new country of and for themselves, and are primarily known for dishonesty and manipulation.

None of this means that I think Hitler was some kind of moral paragon, or that literally every Jew I ever meet is some walking stereotype. But the fact that it is literally illegal to have this discussion in multiple countries alone is enough to make me not believe the official narrative. This shit is really fucking important, because the foundation and direction of the modern western world is essentially built on this mythos, and if that mythos is a fabrication, then what the ever loving fuck have we been doing for the last eight decades?

Cremation is absolutely required by the story, in order to account for the fact that nowhere near 6 million bodies were ever found. Of course, they eventually made it illegal to search for the bodies, but only after the lack of found bodies (including at purported mass grave sites) continued to be a problem for the narrative.

You are assuming the crematoriums did 1 body at a time, they did dozens at once, 50+ even. They did them fast since there was no need to preserve the ash in a state suitable for internment. The ashes were spread in nearby fields, this is well documented. They never did them 1 by 1.

The large death camps needed 1 train load a day to function at full capacity. It took 3000+ trains a day to supply the troops on the Russian front. The myth that the allies didn't bomb the camps because they harmed the Nazi was efforts is just an excuse: the allied command knew exactly what was going on and allowed it to happen.

Oh this BULLSHIT again?
Olive trees have a production lifespan. Same as grapes, raspberries and other fruit bearing plants. Even apple trees do, although that's measured in decades. After they pass their maximum fruit-bearing age? They get cut down or pulled up. SIMPLE.

So every time an olive grove run by Palestinians gets cut down due to age? The SAME GUY comes and takes a picture of it (or just "recycles" old pictures) and claims the IDF did it. No video, just accusations.

It's bullshit that's been repeated for ages now.

If someone lawfully buys land (which Jews are doing in the West Bank, despite it being a DEATH PENALTY offense for Muslims to sell to Jews, there's a 'work around' that's legal in both systems) and they decide to do something else with it? Guess what? It's perfectly legal, moral and normal.

In Mississauga ON many apple orchards & strawberry fields were cut down and housing developments built on them. Source: I lived there, and now the HUGE strawberry field behind my house is fully built over, and the apple orchards near my old school are too. It's just how an expanding population works.
