Quite frankly, propping up exploding populations in Africa that they cannot sustain themselves does more harm than good.
Unlimited African aid will probably be looked at as one of the biggest mistakes in history, and it might not even take long. People are loathe to think of any kind of human population management, because Nazis, but reality is fast approaching.
We’ve been doing soft human management for centuries. The biggest problem is in the last 60 years they decided to manage mass importation of third world people with third world cultures. This is at the same time they chose to decimate the communities that were doing the soft human management, we used to call them suburbs and Christian communities.

But internationally the world just decided to collectively not do it, and that means they only get those random one off individuals that have no chance of interaction.

yep, the west has spent the equivalent of 50 Marshal Plans in Africa. The Marshal Plan was the aid spent to rebuild Europe post WW2. 50 times that much was spent in Africa and all it did was increase the population 1100%.
