No, 7 millions people died of it, mostly in China & the west. Very few people died of that in Africa though. The reason why is obvious.
7 million were classified as Covid deaths, but that's very different from 7 million people actually dying from Covid.

Excess deaths like how the CDC realized they didn't have any, so they dumped hundreds of thousands into the last week of 2020?
Anything is a covid death when you redefine "died BY covid" to "died WITH covid".
