We literally already made that decision with that one Island of savages that still haven't made contact with the rest of the world. So the international precedent is there.
Africa seemed to be a case of "its too late, we already fucked it up, better keep fucking it up then for the resources lol."
The island of savages are isolated because they kill any outsiders on sight, and frankly, I don't blame them. If your first contact with the outside world was a British faggot who kidnapped your boys and spread smallpox to your people, you'd kill these pale demons too.
We could still roll up there and forcefully integrate them into society, the same way we did every other group of savages the world over.
But internationally the world just decided to collectively not do it, and that means they only get those random one off individuals that have no chance of interaction.
