This whole tunnel underneath is very weird. They allegedly found multiple stained, child-sized mattresses in the tunnels.Orthodox Jews mean trouble for everyone else in society, and if the police and nation had any integrity, they would be investigating this to the fullest extent.

As I understand it: a subset of the students dug the tunnel so they could sneak into the temple when Democrats were being totalitarian assholes during COVID. The owners/managers of the temple found out, didn't like their temple being literally undermined and asked for it to be filled in. Apparently those students wanted to expand the temple and saw the tunnel as a means towards that end, but I'd also imagine that the students were angry that the same police who were enforcing the Democrats' lockdown had now shown up to fill in the tunnel they'd been using to bypass the Democrats' lockdown.

Not agreeing with his point, but there is a valid concern for the possibility of future lockdowns, whether for this super cereal "tripledemic," a new "pandemic," or if we were to get "stay at home" orders because of air quality (remember the smoke from last summer?). Timing, in that regard, isn't necessarily an issue.
I mean the tunnels are already discovered and on record. The wise thing to do if you were worried about the future is go along with this and then build new tunnels again secretly imo
