What a dumb Boomer.

The way he talks, you'd think Moms for Liberty was trying to ban Uncle Tom's Cabin. The books they want out of schools have nothing to do with history, they're porn. Obviously he has no idea what he's talking about.

Shut up, Geordi

And I hate the term “book ban”. I asked someone if they could still order these books on Amazon on or somewhere else and they ignored me. A school deciding something isn’t appropriate for an age group isn’t banning. Those kids can get those books when they get older.

There's a thirty year old episode of Adventures in Odyssey where a teacher was trying to get age-inappropriate books out of the school library and another teacher tries to smear her as a censorious busybody. It blows my mind that this nonsense has been around for this long with no real change

I noticed something about the MSM yesterday. When it's a law they're opposed to they call it by a media name like "Florida book ban" or "Ohio anti-trans law" . When it's a law they like, like the so-called Inflation Reduction Act or most famously the Affordable Care Act, they insist on calling it by its proper name.

Now, in most of all the cases, these names are retarded or even complete misdirection (as with the rebranded Green New Deal above). I think one of these was anti-exploitation laws was called the "Save the Children" act or something to that effect. So the names are retarded all around. It's just that the media uses the retarded Democrat names.

Wearing a 35 year old prop on your face (which you bitched about endlessly while getting famous for it) in order to remind people who you are, because you have done nothing quite notable since

Edit: my hate boner for actors was unwarranted in this case, the image doesnt represent how Burton appeared in person

Holy shit yes. I liked the character but remember him whining about typecasting from TNG preventing him from getting other roles. Child me was like "you selfish dumbass you got the role of the lifetime and you're not even that good at acting."

Yeah it's pretty funny. I like TNG to this day but this nigger was the least important character and completely uninteresting. Outside of other scholar seasoning-americans who never actually watched the show claiming he was their favorite, no one gave one flying fuck about Geordi LaForge.

He should be beyond grateful he was typecast and didn't just have his retarded little roots moment in the 70s before vanishing into obscurity and a cloud of crack smoke.

I was thinking of mentioning that, he's the forever alone meme. Love when Leah Brahms finds his holodeck goon room complete with the compliant real doll version of her. Pretty sure he would be accused of extreme gaslighting and every sex crime under the sun now. Though I thought it was hilarious in the series finale alternate future he was supposed to have wound up marrying her and having kids.

Yeah, he should've done like Denise Crosby and Will Wheaton and left the show of he was so worried about being typecast. That worked well for them.

I swear, the more I read about the ole production days of TNG the more I hate the cast. With one or two exceptions it seemed like everybody there was some frustrated artist, irritated because they caught their big break in what they perceived to be a silly little Sci Fi show for young boys.

The only two of the main cast I still like on any level are Frakes and O'Meaney. Frakes is on the record as hating how the new wave of actors wants to "make the role their own", and O'Meaney has ripped Hollywood for how they make really racist stereotypes (all Irish have to have the same accent, act the same, etc.) while trying to portray themselves as being non-racist.

Oh, O'Meaney has talked about how the TNG producers wanted him to do a Cork accent (oh, laddie, d'ye knoo, t' tradeetionahl accent o' t' old Caintry?), and didn't realize that there were more Irish accents than that.

The worst part of the modern era and the destruction of the "real actors vs fake show" line is that so many great performances are just shattered in my mind of their excellence by they being shit people. It's like that Kids in the Hall skit where the mayor is in a jam tasting contest, picks a winner, and the crowd gasps because he picked a child molester's jam.

Not that the acting in TNG is particularly exceptional, but it still captured my imagination.

As far as I'm concerned he should be forced to wear the uniform and the visor at all public appearances, like in Galaxy Quest. In fact the only thing he should be doing is appearing in character to promote the opening of shitty used car dealerships in Pasadena, at a flat $35 rate.

The only good thing (I would have given him credit for the work he's done to promote reading to kids, but now that he's politicized it? nah...) to come out of Levar Burton in the last 30 years is the Geordi/Drake meme, and he didn't even have anything to do with it:

Just to recap: what's acceptable?

Good job when being the nice respectable black person, yet going straight back to "pimpslappin them hos for being mouthy" the moment he doesn't just get what he wants.
This is something that often comes out with minorities, even the ones who seem to be civilised. Like when your lovely Musim "friend" who isn't like that gets into an argument and it all comes out.

Never forget his big break was staring in the mini-series Roots. Based on a book that plagiarized a fictional novel and tried to pass it off as history. He's been a black supremacist "We Wuz Kangs!" piece of shit since before most of the people on here were born.

Is there any leftist group in America not currently experiencing a civil war?

I ain't complaining, I WANT them to kill each other (figuratively of course....), we need to make sure no leftist group is left out of the giant infighting.

This fucking nigger was who convinced me it really is all blacks.

He did a short interview a couple years ago, some ST retrospective thing, and went off about how the TNG writers were racist because Geordi never got laid. When people pressed him on twitter, he basically said, apropos of nothing, "well, if my White fans hate me, I have to hate them." Niggers are so race conscious, they will vocalize in-group support in response to an imaginary threat invented in their own head.

This nigger spent years working with one of the top TV production teams ever. And he spent more time than that working to cultivate his legacy as Reading Rainbow man, one of the premier color-blind indoctrination efforts of the 90s. Moreover, it was twitter, where effectively no one was watching. If a nigger, with that background, can't bite his tongue under those circumstances, he will never be polite, let alone grateful, to Whites.

It really is all niggers.
