Unfortunately we know that the progressive side will never compromise. If you give them anything it will never be enough. We just wanted to be left alone and enjoy our hobbies, but they had to infect it and obsessively grab for power like everything else.

If your enemy will not compromise, and will lie and slander you at every opportunity, you cannot give any ground. Especially not when something is true like the stolen US election. Trump may have to be "given up" simply for the fact that he was not able to do anything about it though.

When they say "compromise" they want you to think of a give and take kinda deal, even if that doesn't really make any sense when you think about it.

The important thing to keep in mind is what they really mean by "compromise". To give an example, it's like saying "the plane's ability to fly was compromised when its wings broke off". Because much like that hypothetical airplane, their version of compromise will eventually destroy anything that lets them in.

Time and time again, the left has shown that even if individuals know how to compromise - normally when the ideology rams up against something they personally are unable to give up - the ideology simply unpersons that activists and carries on, if anything more shrill than before.

Put simply, as a cult-like phenomena, I'm not sure the SocJus left is capable of giving up anything, much less wants to - particularly not foundational elements of their little cult like the equity talk.

Exactly.

Giving up on your most sacred beliefs can't be part of a compromise. The proposition makes no sense.

With this Peterson assumes that leftism is good, rational, practical - except these silly fringe things that they can get rid of, and then we can get along.

But the things that are wrong with leftism are at the heart of it. No I'm not talking about calls for more empathy, equality, or solidarity. Look beyond the surface, before the rhetoric, at the motivational levels, at the points of origins. Look at the code the NPCs are running on.

They are not going to compromise with their core assumptions. They're not going to give up on blank slate theory, or consequentialism, or their absolute relativism, or stop reducing everything into foucauldian power struggles.

This is not about what they say they want. No one anywhere is against empathy. It's about what they actually want, which is power.

I'm not against leftism because I can't accept a welfare state. That's a compromise I would be willing to make. There are many functioning social democracies. But social democracies aren't built on postmodern ideas, they don't strive for equity, they don't try to redistribute power at all costs, or sacrifice their futures with hopeless attempts at rectifying their pasts, they aren't socialist, or globalist.

They're generally open, free market economies rooted in national traditions with a moderate amount of regulation - often less than the US. Ideologically they're not majority leftists, they're traditionalists and christians with a welfare state. They're fairly rational, and while I can dissagree with them on many points or believe it's a system that only really works in smaller and more homogenous populations, I don't think they're outright insane.

I'm aginst leftism after realizing that leftists have impossible goals and that they are willing to go to any lenght, no matter how authoritarian and dystopan, to try to achieve them - and since the goals are impossible there is no chance of them stopping before they've created hell on earth, as they've done each and every time before. I'm against it because unchecked liberalism promotes social climbers, sociopaths, bullies, grifters, charlatans, and worse over everyone else.

Leftism is a brain virus that makes the infected angry, miserable, hateful, sadistic, irrational, and turns them into slaves who will say or do anything to further the virus' agenda. How do you compromise with that? You can't.

SUICIDE OF THE LIBERALS

by Gary Saul Morson October 2020

Anyone wearing a uniform was a candidate for a bullet to the head or sulfuric acid to the face. Country estates were burnt down (“rural illuminations”) and businesses were extorted or blown up. Bombs were tossed at random into railroad carriages, restaurants, and theaters. Far from regretting the death and maiming of innocent bystanders, terrorists boasted of killing as many as possible, either because the victims were likely bourgeois or because any murder helped bring down the old order. A group of anarcho-communists threw bombs laced with nails into a café bustling with two hundred customers in order “to see how the foul bourgeois will squirm in death agony.”

...One group threw “traitors” into vats of boiling water. Others were still more inventive. Women torturers were especially admired.

How did educated, liberal society respond to such terrorism? What was the position of the Constitutional Democratic (Kadet) Party and its deputies in the Duma (the parliament set up in 1905)? Though Kadets advocated democratic, constitutional procedures, and did not themselves engage in terrorism, they aided the terrorists in any way they could. Kadets collected money for terrorists, turned their homes into safe houses, and called for total amnesty for arrested terrorists who pledged to continue the mayhem.

Why former Stasi is treated with kid gloves

3 minutes By Adinda Akkermans, translation Annemarie van Limpt

“Even GDR dignitaries didn’t end up too badly,” says historian and Stasi expert Willem Melching. “Although ministers and state secretaries were punished for their crimes against humanity, they usually didn’t have to go to prison (long), or were sentenced to community service.” Erick Honecker (party leader from 1970 to 1989) for example, was held responsible for the death of 192 people, but thanks to health problems he was never charged: he moved to Chili. His successor Egon Krenz was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison for giving orders to fire, a fairly lengthy sentence, but was released after three years because he had performed previous community service selling scrapped airplanes to Russia. Stasi chief Erich Mielke was released after two years because of health issues as well. Melching: “West Germany had done business with people like Honecker when the Wall was still in place, so that made more severe punishment embarrassing.”

Palmer Report @PalmerReport 3h

People who promote the racist propaganda hate speech on OANN are dangerous thugs. They have no place in respectable society. Mike Gundy cannot remain the OK State head coach. Too influential of a position in society. Fire him, unless he agrees to get extensive psychological help.

It’s time we acknowledge that conservatism isn’t just some political view. It means you’re the very bottom rung of society, dangerous and deranged. Some conservatives are trying to become better people. Great. But people who flaunt their conservatism are psychotic.

Conservatism means you don’t believe in equality. It means you want it all for yourself, and you’re willing to destroy other groups of people to take it all for yourself. That’s not a crime against the law. But it’s a crime against humanity – and we must acknowledge as much.

Conservatives CANNOT be teachers, police officers, doctors, lawyers, coaches, or bosses. It’s constitutionally unfair to others who are subjected to the conservative’s deranged judgment. Conservatives can do menial work, until they’re ready to join the human race.

He really is the most retarded genius in the room sometimes.

All this reading he did about the horrors of the 20th century and he doesn't realize the some people are truly evil and can't be reasoned with. They can only be contained or destroyed.

Any compromise is just an opportunity for them to fortify their positions and sharpen their knives. Any overture is seen as weakness and an opportunity to strike.

There is no meeting in the middle with people who will try to get you fired if you say a man can't turn into a woman. They only understand force. They use social and economic violence now, and with increasing frequently physical violence because they can get away with it to hurt their perceived enemies.

You don't win by defense, in fact defense that isn't in service toward preserving resources for a future attack is a waste. You ensure safety by making your enemy unwilling, or unable to attack you.

lol, "the most retarded genius in the room". I'll never get why guys this smart and who seem to be on the up and up, almost, just, aren't. I mean, he knows about IQ but has never said much in the way about race and IQ. Maybe that's because he knows he's already on the list and that's too far, or maybe he's oblivious. It can be maddening.

to quickly come up with a comparison. it's like atlas shrugged being a very enjoyable read but the author is a fucking retard.

she just put the words of better men into the mouths of her protagonists. he just reigurates wisdom of men beyond his comprehension.

I guess it's intelligence vs. wisdom. I think he would do well on an IQ test. I agree though that his stuff isn't new, the work of others, but re-introducing it to a new generation that needs it has value. His weird diet makes me think he might be uh, a bit loony though. One of the potential dangers of higher IQ. Ayn Rand seemed quite smart too, but again, don't know how wise, or how much she her own rules. I know there some sort of affair shenanigans. I've always meant to read Atlas but rarely have come upon someone who found it enjoyable. I just like some of her philosophy so thought I should give it a try sometime.

Leftism and it's origin of slave morality (as per Nietzsche), is evil. Not that it's predecessor, master morality, was superior, but humanity must overcome both.

As of now, we have not.

The public can be, and are being, won over. However, all the public will in the world (whilst useful) doesn't matter if you don't get the leavers of powers and use them to bring the hammer down on the left and their mad dream. The end justifies the means for them, and under no circumstances can we allow them to reach that end.

You hit the nail on the head.

The Lolbertarians and Cuckservatives really annoy the piss out of me with their "let the chips fall in place" mentality instead of realizing that the broader scope of the Left's plan is far more insidious than what it appears.

The Right also refuses to acknowledge the broader zeitgeist of the Left's control (i.e., of media, politics, academia, and even entertainment). They keep trying to reduce the influence to segmented aspects of culture-creep that -- as you mentioned -- they can just meme or "gotcha!" away, or political influence that they can alter at the next primaries or mid-terms, rather than recognizing that it's ALL one big behemoth moving in unison towards its intended goal.

What track record does he have successfully fighting the left that would lead you to expect better?

For the moment put aside all talk of him being controlled opposition, a gatekeeper to keep people from going further right, and focus on the things we definitely do know about him. He's an academic who has spent his professional career teaching at universities. What track record do his strategies have in the universities he's been a part of? Has he been able to stem the tide there? Or do they march ever further left as he at best acts as the occasional speed bump?

All these people from the academy, the Jordan Petersons, Brett Weinsteins, James Lindsays, etc... should be asked one question and only this question until they answer it to our satisfactionl: given that you have been so ineffective at preventing this Woke infection in universities -- which is effectively the exclusive domain of liberal and left-wing individuals and ought to the be the ideal proving ground for your ideas -- why should we follow your recommendations for what to do in society as a whole?

What cards are the Right holding that would entice the Left to compromise? They're winning so handily they're effectively unopposed in everything they do.

permalink save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼

They're winning because they're a loose coalition of opposing interests who have temporarily set aside their differences to pursue power. The DIE agenda is a tactical truce, it's never going to actually hold once they win.

Once they have power they will turn on each other, and very quickly one faction will dominate and the coalition will fall, and with it any strength that doesn't directly eminate from the state.

They're terrified of conservatives / ethnic majorities because they have a biological incentive to cooperate. And once the coalition falls they will be vulnerable.

In other words; they're afraid that history will repeat itself.

The children of the revolution are always the first against the wall. I think you're overestimating the woke coalition. They're never going to be able to create a functioning society, or a competent ruling block. The future is chaos, not a stable society that keeps whites down for centuries. And chaos is a ladder.

They all hate whites, but you think the chinese don't hate the blacks? The muslims don't hate the alphabets? The Pakistanis don't hate the Indians? The sunnis don't hate the shias? The competent ones don't hate the low IQ masses with near zero impulse control?

As soon as whites aren't seen as the ones at the top of the hierarchy these people are going to turn on each other with a sudden brutality. They're building popularity hierarchies, to see how well societies built on popularity hierarchies work, look at failed communist states or at African nations. As soon as the easy money is divvied up they'll start fighting for the rest. As soon as diversity hiring becomes the norm they'll start fractioning into competing groups. Soon they'll start clawing at each others eyes for every inch of social power. Empowering blacks isn't going to "solve" ruthless ghetto culture, it's going to bring it to the corridors of power.

Whites are losing, but losing isn't an endstate. They will push to make whites into second class citizens, sure. They'll do to whites everything that they (wrongly) are claiming are being done to poc today. They'll discriminate, they'll take away economic opportunities, they'll purge from the political process.

But hard times build bonds. Look at poor white communities. They aren't lorded over by a gang who keeps everyone in terror. They don't lay around staring at the sun all day while their women do all the work. They're not content with building huts with mud and manure and living hand to mouth forever. They don't shit on their streets. They don't mindlessly worship whichever one of them that currently has the most material posessions. They don't rape their babies because they think it'll cure their diseases. They don't completely hunt and pluck their lands dry until there's nothing left and the land is dead. They aren't reduced to filth. They don't wallow in self pity and victimhood.

They are cooperative. They are hard working. There are community standards. People take care of each other. They're assisted by creative redneck engineering. They farm, build, improve, perserve, and form stable societies. It's likely written in the genes of a people who for millennia had to cooperate to survive in harsher conditions.

Maybe the woke will gulag the masses, or maybe they'll flood white communities with heroin, or maybe social media and the entertainment-propaganda industry are powerful enough tools to keep the downtrodden occupied and distracted. But winning, and to keep winning against a stable and functioning majority group, are two very different things.

Conservative vs progressive, from the French Revolution.

The conservative faction got beheaded.

https://archive.ph/XpY2R https:// en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Girondins

The Girondins (US: /(d)ʒɪˈrɒndɪnz/ ji-RON-dinz, zhi-,[3] French: [ʒiʁɔ̃dɛ̃] (listen)), or Girondists, were members of a loosely knit political faction during the French Revolution.

From 1791 to 1793, the Girondins were active in the Legislative Assembly and the National Convention. Together with the Montagnards, they initially were part of the Jacobin movement. They campaigned for the end of the monarchy, but then resisted the spiraling momentum of the Revolution, which caused a conflict with the more radical Montagnards. They dominated the movement until their fall in the insurrection of 31 May – 2 June 1793, which resulted in the domination of the Montagnards and the purge and mass execution of the Girondins.

Nice try on the part of JP, but they want war and will incite it, while pretending not to, so they can get away with being the victims once it starts.

This is the nature of Evil. It pretends to be the victim while being the one responsible for pushing for violence, so that it can then claim to be the victim, and the vicious cycle can only end in death. I don't think there is a compromise, and the only way to break the cycle is some kind of catharsis event that makes the masses snap out of their sheep group think.

I have despised spineless Jordan Peterson ever since he attacked MGTOWs.

Have we forgotten how Peterson cucked out when it came to the Kavanaugh nomination?

Peterson talks a big game about young men working on self improvement when he couldn't do anything to stop his daughter from becoming a complete thot.

Peterson constantly talks about the importance of telling the truth.

Well the truth is the election was stolen from Trump. There can never be any compromise on this issue.

One cannot compromise with the left on any issue when the left desires the complete death of the right.

I said this before and I will say it again, Jordan Peterson will rot to death in a Canadian Gulag and I will say again that this spineless cuck deserves that fate.

I still like JBP overall, but started losing some respect for him after watching one of his appearances on Rogan when a supposedly learned man of science started spouting pseudoscientific BS about "terrible reactions to apple cider vinegar that made him not sleep a wink for 3 weeks" and how the Lion diet his daughter was hawking somehow cured his depression and cured her juvenile arthritis.

Then it turns out he was hiding a benzo addiction the whole time, remains in denial that he was ever psychologically or physically dependent on the drug and instead keeps attributing everything to some "idiosyncratic reaction" to prescription drugs.

He has enough money to buy Hollywood level rehab treatment, but instead doctor shops in Canada and the US, blames all the doctors for not listening to him then gets conned by his daughter to fly to Russia for experimental medical coma detox therapy, after which everyone gets COVID from his daughter clubbing it up in Serbia while he recuperates.

He's definitely lost all cred as both a voice of reason or a common sense, straight-talking everyman.

I was fair to him for attacking MGTOWs, because his criticisms of MGTOWs were the valid ones for criticizing MGTOW. He didn't know the full context, obviously, but yes, refusing to play the game because you claim it's rigged isn't that different from admitting defeat.

The Trump and the stolen election narrative are MAGA narratives. CRT is a Progressive narrative. It's not exactly a coincidence if you took both out, only the Neo-Libs will be left standing. Saying the election was stolen isn't exactly the same as saying CRT is valid. For one, 80% of the fucking country believe the election was stolen. NOBODY believes in Critical Race Theory. This is a PEAK KAVANAUGH TWEET.

Not a Trump supporter and he's far from my ideal politician, but the election was stolen, there's nothing to compromise on here.

Is there any compromise between the truth and a lie?

I think JP is wrong on this one. He doesn’t believe the election shenanigans, so he sees it as an easy compromise, but that’s not the case. Besides, the Left never compromises... they pretend to compromise when it benefits them.

Everyone in this thread is retarded.

One of the main reasons we are being curb-stomped by the Left right now is because we alienate any person that says anything even remotely cucked. Hell, even Trump has said some cucked shit in the past.

It was idiotic for Jordan Peterson to say this, but lets not forget that he is more "redpilled" than most other popular figures, as he opposes critical race theory and other bullshit programs.

One of the main reasons the Left was able to become so powerful was due to the fact that they were initially willing to accommodate almost anyone, even those whose beliefs barely aligned with their own. If the Right wants to ever challenge them we must do the same. This purity test nonsense needs to stop, as everyone will fail it eventually, and it kills what little support you could drum up.

Apologies for this incoherent rant, but we really need to rethink what we're doing here.

A leftist coalition lasts about five seconds until the statist cuck side, say, the Bolsheviks, gain power and turned on the Cheka oppression machine to imprison and execute all the other leftists.

The other leftists are retarded enough to le bend le knee in the initial phase. Rightists are less retarded.

Why did every "liberal" NPC in Wash. DC do the commie "BLM" fist sign in 2020. How did they fail to notice. Because stupid.

To be honest, the reason the Right is losing is far deeper than things like the allies we choose to keep or the tactics we employ. The Right is losing because the majority of our population is so complacent and drunk on self-indulgence and immorality they can’t even be bothered to pay attention anymore. Our culture has declined to such a degree that nothing but extreme hardship will wake us up, and even then it will probably come with a culling of the population.

We literally need a WW3 or natural disaster on unprecedented scale to wake us from the drunken stupor we’re in right now.
