For decades now, we've been told to treat mentally ill people with compassion. This was done under the assumption that they were seeking professional help and trying to become well again. Intersex is vastly over used by the lgbtq mafia. Real intersex people are usually completely infertile and need hormone therapy for life just to function normally. These days anyone with clitoromegaly claim to be “intersex” because they have a minor benign mutation that is usually surgically removed at birth and carries no hormones or impacts sexual growth to any degree.
Intersex has scientifically and observable genotype. Having extra sex cromosomes. While trannies is "feel like". But intersex people can look, sound and function like the sex they are, but yeah sterile.

This guy does seem to be pretty legit intersex- 5α-Reductase 2 deficiency, which only affects genetic males.. Weirdly he rejects that and calls himself "a different kind of woman" despite having XY chromosomes, undescended testes, and naturally high testosterone levels in the typical male range.

Wikipedia says he has the intersex condition 5α-Reductase 2 deficiency, which only affects genetic males. He has undescended testes and in this case it appears accurate to say he was actually "assigned female at birth".
He’s basically an underdeveloped male who has to take hormones to normalize, but still far more male developed than any woman on testosterone could ever hope to achieve

Me too but this is the one in a million times where it's actually valid. Genetically this guy is male but they assigned him female at birth because his intersex condition made it one of the very rare times when it's not obvious.

There isn't really a genetic intersex. You can be XXX or XXY, but those are women and men, respectively. Presence or absence of Y chromosome.
So maybe way back in the day we had to rely on things like intersex, but there is no need at a high athletic level.

And the T limits set in some categories are still abnormally high for a woman. It's deliberately so because Trans-identifying-males rarely can lower their T levels down into female range. Wouldn't want to get called ''trans-exclusionary''...

Plus there's a lot of stuff they don't really want to ban. Women get hormone treatment with test all the time. If they're an athlete, they probably don't admit to it.
