Such a ''woman'' when the Olympics said ''okay, this is getting ridiculous'' and set testosterone limits in the categories he was crushing women at, he... changed to a sport without T limits.
And the T limits set in some categories are still abnormally high for a woman. It's deliberately so because Trans-identifying-males rarely can lower their T levels down into female range. Wouldn't want to get called ''trans-exclusionary''...

Plus there's a lot of stuff they don't really want to ban. Women get hormone treatment with test all the time. If they're an athlete, they probably don't admit to it.
They're not really interested in cleaning up this aspect, if it is in fact dirty in the first place. I understand why doping rules exist, but I also think it's an impossible situation, like the drug war itself so I shrug a lot.
