I didn't take the first shot because I wasn't convinced I needed it or that it was properly tested for safety. The media and government lied to me about that, but in spite of an unending deluge of lies, I remained unconvinced. I remembered the lies, however.
I didn't take the booster, or the many that followed, because the constantly shifting information regarding efficacy and safety did the opposite of convincing me that it was wise or safe to take the shot. Not only was the government and media lying to me now, huge swathes of the medical establishment was lying to me too, at the behest of pharmaceutical giants. I remained unconvinced, but I remembered the lies.

I tried to warn him but he was bragging in my face a year ago "I can get any shot, I've gotten tons of shots in the navy, it's no big deal, everyone is just a wuss."
