Ok they stopped watching pornhub, where have they gone now as I really doubt they have stopped watching porn all together...
Paheal? -chans? Nhentai? Tsumino? 8muses? Hitomo.la? 3hentai? Hentaidude? 9hentai? eahentai? inkbunny? pixiv? furaffinity? reddit?
I don't know, there's so few places left.. but I'm sure banning and outlawing something Maslow basic and ubiquitous is working..
The thing is, pornhub (if wasn't for the trans and step shit being pushed from what I heard) is a very normie porn site.
The others people go to have more rabbit holes than getting into 40k or eve online for the first time. You start vanilla then you get scarred for life because you read 177013 and you are now depressed when all you wanted was a quick wank.
I googled this and it's way too long for me to try to read. I need a tl;dr!
If you mean 177013, it's the number for a well known doujin that you think might be your average 'girl becomes slut' but it gets much, much more depressing as it goes on.....and ends
If you mean 40k or eve online, dude I REALLY can't tdlr that shit in less than an hour....each
Fair enough. Like finding Tsumino: 29987 & 34036 & 11076 & 9996 & 9852 when you want MILF's (not that I do). It can quickly metamorphose, away from your tastes/or increase you palate.
This conversation kinda tickles my curiosity, but I am scared to find out more....
I'm not an asshole to people that aren't being directly a prick to me so I'll say this:
Don't look up my number unless you want to be depressed or at least search 'JoJo ending' when you get the title as even the author of the work thinks that's a better ending!
177013 is art!
It's just depressing as hell. But no one can argue it isn't art. The impact on emotive states it has had over the years is clear. I'd say it's actually quite worthwhile reading, from that context. From getting your rocks off... Ehh... Other numbers might be better.
Didn't deny the artistic quality, just believing the JoJo ending is the cannon ending makes you not a risk near any tall buildings...
Hell, you can even just make AI porn and be done with it.
Imagine the backlash if/when Stable Diffusion isn't allowed to do that anymore.
Version 2 onwards already cannot do that, they had a huge backlash but still stood by that. To "protect children", totally.
Those guys on DeviantArt must be using other programs, then.
Yes, they use models based on version 1.5 or the leaked novel ai, version 2 supposedly allows for higher res generation of images and generally version 2 is supposed to be better. Don't see WHERE it is better cuz I have seen some amazing stuff done with some models, high res too.
If Version 2 has no ability to make softcore pornography, then it has not been trained with images of the human form. Therefore, it can be reasonably assumed it is NOT better at making art, since it is purposefully crippled in something as basic as human anatomy.
Artists draw naked people all the time, it's part of standard art training, even. Learning how bodies move beneath clothes, to make realistic folds and curves and bumps, is pretty important in art, and that's no different if an AI is learning it.
Hurting the big sites like pornhub is a huge victory in and of itself. They've allowed videos on human trafficking and minors. The victims have tried to get the videos taken down and pornhub denied their requests.
Thinking you were going to do away with all the of porn on the internet or stopping everyone from watching porn, and considering anything less a failure, is ridiculous.
Anyone who's against porn understands that this is a victory.
It's hollow because it's a conclusion not a cause of our problems. People wouldn't need porn as much if the entire dating scene wasn't a minefield being patrolled by wolves.
As for trafficking and minors, I ain't defending that shit considering VPNs would hand over ip data if authorities had evidence of those kinds of crimes and needed the information. That just sounds like another company turning a blind eye to shit they should be monitoring like Twitter pre Elon.
That's a bigger risk with all IRL porn and only way to counter that is to go full digital or drawn only.
You're not wrong, but expecting to fix that problem in one generation is unreasonable. Most of those people are broken and can't be fixed. Your best bet is to raise future generations properly and that's a tough task as it is if people aren't willing to homeschool their children.
I will say this: the sexual revolution is what led to a lot of those problems and porn was a key driver, and still is till this day.
Expecting to fix that problem by banning porn is unreasonable. Most of the internet is porn. The only way to achieve the boomercon goal here is totalitarian control over internet activity that would make every leftist cum like gangbusters.
Here you conflate causes with consequences. If the internet had been invented a hundred years ago, or a thousand, it would still be mostly porn. This is human nature.
Your issues are not the same issues that the law intends to fix.
"Porn" back then was women showing their ankles and even people back then found that reprehensible.
Either way, this whole conversation is steering off-topic.
You don't like the law? Okay, fine, don't care.
I don't like internet regulation period, even when its stated goals conform to my moral sensibilities, because I have enough common sense to know that that is not the real goal.
This has always been the problem with boomercon politics. It's always, "Freedom! Free speech! School choice! Medical freedom! Free to own guns! Free to pray in schools! Oh, but you better put your jackboots down on video games and porn, because I don't like the way other parents raise their children, so I want the government to do it for them!"
The thing is, there's age restriction on porn in real life. Unless your position is that there shouldn't be an age restriction on porn period, opposing an online age check would just be hypocritical.
And just because people will still get porn doesn't mean it's going to be pointless.
We have laws against murders and that doesn't stop people from committing murders, but it doesn't mean we do away with all laws against murder.
Is it just "boomercon" politics that does that? I see similar issues with politics in general. Like the rural/urban cultural split, but rural areas are expected to obey laws put forward by urbanites. Also more obviously, legislation pushed forward by lunatics that's intended to manipulate sane humans. There's always a message that it's for everyone's own good, but it rarely is.
Man, what a scholar of history we have here. DAE not know the ENTIRE WORLD was run by 1800s-era Puritans, for all of human history?
It's really funny to see how little the average American nowadays knows about anything outside a very specific part the continental US at a very specific time.
No, the law intends to yet again restrict competition to make marriage look better. Tradcucks and women have absolutely no shame in rigging things like this.
While women are stealing jobs, pushing their shit credit scores and piles of student debt on the rest of society, at least the GOP is focusing on the real issues! /s
You don't need porn as a substitute for not getting laid. That shit, if anything, is fucking up your ability to do so. Take up a hobby. Treat porn like the bad habit it is and break it.
And don't masturbate, either. You'll go blind and develop hairy palms!
Also ignore the biological reality that human males are so primed to release sperm that, if you abstain from sex and masturbation entirely, you'll STILL cream your pants, just in your sleep.
Biological realities are hate facts!
Hey! Some people have the ability to not release it in their sleep!
...They usually develop pancreatic cancer.
So cream your pants. Or if you're so inclined, masturbate once a month. This isn't a life or death situation. You will lose more years off your lifespan from having poor exercise and dietary habits than from not being able to coom everyday.
Have you ever considered the possibility that people can have good diet and exercise habits, and STILL enjoy a good wank?
And, if you have, it might also be good to try to consider the idea that a healthy body means a healthy libido, which often means MORE sex and/or wanking rather than less.
Shocking, I know.
I'll pray for you.
Kek.
Strong drink is a mocker, and should be outlawed. Guns kill people, and should be banned. Same thinking. Doesn't work.
Pornographers would be put to death in a healthy society.
Mild nudity in classic sculptures and paintings was done in a classy way and should have been the Overton window extreme.
The only people defending porn are addicted to it and trying to justify that addiction. Pornography is as immoral as sodomy.
People have no idea how far they have strayed in the West away from God in their pursuits of nothing but their own carnal pleasures, to the point chastity isn't even a part of the modern man's vocabulary.
How many lives has your marriage cult ruined now? How many women gained wealth they never deserved? How much money did the church make from our slavery?
I'm not addicted, I don't even use it. I just know that marriage shilling tradfaggots don't care about the lives they ruin.
Because the "victims" are lying. Exodus Cry belong in hell next to MasterCard.
And the guy suing Twitter because under Jack they refused to remove CSEM he was in that was uploaded against his will? Tech companies don't remove profitable content. And pedos love social media. Not everyone is a liar.
Pulling stuff out of their arse is very Canadian. This is a nation that deleted Food inflation data because of reasons, and not to hide the real inflation number.
You think a private enterprise out of Queerbec will have any qualms about making shit up?
While VPN's, the dark web and proxy technology exist, there will be a way to access pornography. You can stop the paid for services by threatening the payment processors to stop business with them (which is what is being proposed in the UK's Online Safety Bill as an amendment) but that won't work for the free and open source projects that can be forked and backed-up and for whom money is not the primary driver.
Ultimately I think the Internet will be deconstructed and split in two - an intranet like North Korea's Kwangmyong for the residential consumer and SME's with the Internet being heavily restricted to corporations and Government (ie. you can still browse Amazon US in Europe via Amazon's European country sites but not directly as you can now). That would make it easy to ban all pornography because the Intranet would be heavily regulated, licensed and unfree unlike the Internet today.
But then you will have a societial problem - what happens when the only outlet becomes via a partner and individuals are struggling to find a partner (think involuntary celibates). Unless you pick a fight, start a war and conscript them to die on the battlefield, they become a problem. Celibacy isn't the solution because we've known of dire consequences that have happened in the past when you have enforced celibacy on weak willed individuals. We also know from history that ultimately, banning vices does not work as what happened with prohibition in the USA.
Ukraine and Taiwan. Women have that covered.
Draft women.
Now watch pornhub aggressively lobby to ban smaller websites that cannot implement the verification.
Large tech companies always LOVE more regulations
How is pornhub still alive?? They nuked like 40% of the site when they required verification.
It was more than that. It was like 2/3. However, they still have a lot of content creators pitching paid services. By that point plenty of "professionals" were willing to post to PH. If they had started out that way, they probably never would've taken off.

Too much of a false equivalent situation being drawn as to why people stopped using the sites.
How would you explain an 80% dropoff from a state that implemented an age check?
Could just be a lotta folks just don't want to be tagged everywhere they go. That and/or many have gone all VPN. There is too much in the air that is just blowing smoke to make "On Line ID" a thing "that can protect the children" And convince them killing anonymity is a good thing "for the children". Just be a better parent.
Nobody wants to be in your tradfaggot database that you'll leak to your feminist allies to try and shame people into buying into your marriage and relationships slavery.
You did more to ruin young men's development than porn ever could, tradcuck.
Go to your real account or shut up.
Whatever, handshake.
You do realize that the de facto goal is to inconvenience adult porn consumption, and financially hinder porn companies? Even if it is just performative activism.
It's better to make a few porn stars rich than thousands of women getting rich through divorce.
Also, they don't really care about women exploiting men. That's their whole ideology. Tradfaggotry is the original exploitation of men, where we had to die for our worse halves and marriage was practically mandatory.
Did the second sentence not clue you in that I'm not a tradcon (at least not the authoritarian, conventionalist type) and think this is a pointless waste of govt. resources? Who's claiming anti-porn activism by either wing is about stopping women from exploiting men? I'm sure a healthy portion of this .win instance agree with the sentiment of your first sentence, but can't stand your chronic Red Pill Rage affliction.
I know people are going to freak out about digital ID requirements but it's important to remember that porn has age restrictions in real life and you're required to show ID proving that you're +18yrs old to view/purchase porn.
It really was only a matter of time before they would start checking for age on the Internet.
Also, this isn't anything new. If you've ever tried buying a firearm or nicotine products online, you're required to prove your age - just like in person. I, personally, have submitted an ID to purchase nicotine products.
I actually found it a bit hypocritical that porn had no age check while firearms/nicotine did because you at least have to make a purchase in the case of the latter, while porn can be found for free.
And, at the end of the day, you will still be able to find free porn all over the internet, so it's just the major sites like PornHub are gonna be taken down a notch.
This isn't a victory of any sort you idiot. This is losing ground and you're dumb enough to celebrate it.
This is the thing. It ALWAYS starts with the acceptable target. That's how censorship on Reddit became so commonplace, they targeted the acceptable losses, and then grew and grew and grew.
I'm not losing sleep because loser coomers are having a harder time. But accepting this is accepting the method. I have principles against porn. I also have principles against Digital ID. I'm not going to compromise one for the other, and if you're so ready to compromise your principles, then chances are they aren't principles in the first place.
A good take from you of all people?
As I said, tradfaggots would sell us all to the devil to make marriage look good. They have no principles.
Firearms can't even be shipped directly to you and still require another FFL doing the background check and transfer.
That's probably why it didn't require an ID. One required a physical product to be shipped to a real address, the other was a video on the internet.
I can assume pretty confidently that if you tried to order a physical porn DVD to your house from any real company, it would have some form of ID check on it too.
IMO I don't think that's it.
If you were to pay for online porn, there would still be a delivery mechanism, just not a physical copy.
And, obviously, there's never been age verification for online porn until now.
The way it used to work is, just like with nicotine products, if you paid for it, there was a reasonable expectation that you were old enough to purchase it.
I'm pretty sure use of a credit card was the age verification, which works as well as the ID check now so I would rather they just required that. $1 charge or a test charge to make it basically free. It sidesteps the government overreach concerns.
the correct answer was getting rid of the age check, not extending it.
There is an amendment to the UK's Online Safety Bill that will apply age verification to any site that has NSFW accessible or hosted. Eventually they will come for every site. The likes of Twitter will have a dilemma - age restrict to 18+ and demand ID from everyone or block all NSFW content.
The other ultimate consequence of age verification will be the database and protocols of verification being hacked by "ethical hackers" and leaked as a "perverts database". Think the Ashley Madison hack and the shame and stigma that brought. That is ultimately what Government wants, an effective ban through fear and stigma as opposed to an actual ban which they would have to enforce with resources and money.
By ethical hackers, he means the government will leak it because you aren't respecting women enough.
I don't know who are the most worthless bastards on this earth, tradcucks or male feminists. At least the latter can claim brainwashing.
All this to stop the market for women correcting because everyone's scared of "muh birth rates". All markets need correcting. If only it was possible to short women's value. I'd be the next Michael Burry.
This is literally a plot by pornhub and other porn sites who comply to make braindead coomers vote for regressive leftist politicians.
Edit: don't know why this got downvoted.
Porn is everywhere on the internet. It really is much easier to find another website than it is to vote. You can even go on reddit and find porn and I'm sure people will upload pornhub videos to reddit.
This is the worst thing that could happen to companies like PornHub, not some sorta QAnon conspiracy theory to get people to vote.
EDIT: for the record, sites with content that let's than 33% porn will be excluded from age verification. Twitter, FB, and Reddit will easily fall under that threshold.
Funny how Google TOS prohibits porn apps but for some reason reddit is just fine.
With the insane amount of nonsense content on Reddit, even with all the porn it's gotta be well under 33%.
All the posts that never go anywhere and the thousands of communities with hundreds of posts that nobody but the dozen people in them ever see.
Depends on how you measure it.
If it is measured by bandwidth/customer usage, then all those nobody posts will be subsumed by a singular post from a big porn subreddit and don't matter, reddit likely would be crossing that 33% threshold.
If it is measured by "incidents"/number of files, then porn sites can just fill a back section of the website with junk data, a billion AI-generated pictures of blank walls, and be considered a non-porn site.
If it is measured by pure data storage size of the content, Pornhub could just put behind a set of warning links a 10000000TB picture of a white square, with a note "NEVER CLICK ON THIS!", and be considered a non-Porn site. And of course, porn amalgamator websites that just link, have no uploaded porn data on them, so they wouldn't be caught in the net at all.
Yeah, no site called "PornHub" is going to be able to circumvent the law, even with this provision.
It has to be done in good faith, meaning porn cannot be the sites main draw. Porn is right in the name.
Torba is truly the most retarded tradfaggot. I wish him nothing but the worst luck with all of his awful ideas.
