This school year I went "undercover" at my local school district. Long story short, I'm in a position in life where I don't really have to work so I can do more or less what I want (once I see to it my children are taken care of that is).
So I decided to become a substitute teacher. It's shockingly easy. They'll let anyone with a pulse do it apparently because I just applied on the website and a week later I was in a room with 40 other people in an orientation.
I went to elementary, middle schools and high schools throughout the district to get a good idea of what's going on all levels. I know we all have a basic understanding that public education is bad but what I saw shocked even me.
My district has begun a policy called "inclusion" wherein all the special ed kids are put in regular classes in the name of, well, inclusion. This goes about like you'd expect. The teachers spend all their time trying to control the screaming autistic kid while all the others play Fortnite on their school issued laptops. The gen-ed teachers told me they were given no extra training about how to deal with kids with special needs. They just got an email a week before school started letting them know of the new policy.
The lowest grade any student can be given is a 50%. If a student puts their name on a paper and turns it in blank, congratulations! Automatic 50%. This was done in the name of "equity" because certain demographics were performing poorly compared to others (you know who). The fudging of the grades serves to eliminate some of that gap and also boost graduation rates so they get that sweet, sweet federal funding.
The most shocking thing to me though was the absolute lawlessness in the high schools. Teachers told me they have no way to discipline a kid now. The admin will side with the kid every time (especially if they have a certain baseline of melanin) so the teachers don't bother. There were a minimum of two fights every day and the video was circulating on snapchat 20 minutes later every time.
Kids do basically no work and learn nothing at any time. Assignments are either ignored or the kids get the answers from a group chat.
I looked up the district's budget to see if maybe a lack of funds was causing some of this. Nope. My district's total budget for this year was 200 million (!!!) dollars. No doubt all that money is lining someone's pocket because it hasn't gone to any of the classrooms that are the same as they were in the nineties when I was in them.
The kicker? I live in one of the reddest states in the US. Get your kids out of public schools as fast as you can.
Admin overhead and bullshit diversity training are where most money goes
According to my district's website about half of the 200 mil went to salaries. The rest was divied up in generalities like "maintenance".
We could solve a lot of problems by giving black families free pools. It sounds like an expensive program, but it would be saving money in the long run.
To your point the band room had been recently remodeled and it was amazing. Multi million dollar project easily.

teacher pay is shit, but admin pay is good.
It's not even shit. I've heard some of these teachers bitching about their pay then you ask what it is and they tell you and it's not bad at all considering they never work weekends, holidays, evening, graveyard shifts. They get spring break and thanksgiving break which are a week each, winter break which is two weeks, and summer break which is two months. It's not labor intensive or dangerous. They got benefits like health insurance long before aca mandated it for everyone. Plus they get pensions. And let's be real, it's not super hard work. And apparently they can picket and just decide not to show up for work whenever they fucking want to without any concern of losing their job over their antics. US teachers are so fucking coddled it's insane. Oh, and they apparently churn out the dumbest graduates in the world.while spending the most money. Good job government school teachers.
That’s exactly it, teacher contracts here are for 187 days of work. Average full time salary job with 3 weeks of vacation and 10 holidays a year would work 25% more than a teacher. I think the average teacher salary is said to be around 60k nationwide, adjust that up by 25% for all their extra time off and the average teacher makes 75k a year with excellent benefits. So I don’t want to hear their bitching about pay.
The Department of Education has been the biggest disaster for education in the United States. All we do is throw more money at a problem that only gets worse, and people insanely suggest that we do more of the same.
It's "dey cultchur" to get zero returns on a bunch of government money funneled out of middle class Americans, though.
It costs a lot of money to teach literacy to melanin-enriched individuals.
Are Japan's schools also filled with spiteful women?
Yes you fuckin moron
Yawn. Come up with something new.
90% of your recent comments mention Jews, you participate in a community dedicated to attacking Jews and even your hatred of me is just because I don't talk about Jews.
How can you talk about education without mentioning those who make up the vast majority of educators?
You got one thing wrong, I make fun of you because you only talk about women as a problem.
Isn't that the same as what I said but with different wording?
Perhaps I'd be more willing to compromise if your side didn't bot everything I say.
"You used my own words against me. That's not fair!"
Yes, actually. They have quite the issue right now on the sex divide.
Your work alone proved why we should all switch to online learning and turn schools into one big library/sport center/cafeteria that kids get free access to use
Online learning was a disaster in 2020. I used to advocate it as well, but it didn't work.
Online learning doesn't work when you try to emulate a traditional classroom session via video.
Still a better option than letting the feminists/troons/alphabet brigade near them unsupervised..
I feel like we need a mix of the ancient way of learning of more physical activities and self studying than our current indoctrination services. With tech it should be feasible somehow.
Bring back apprenticeships.
There was a guy who passed away a few years ago named John Taylor Gatto. Very interesting guy. He was a public school teacher until one day he snapped, quit his job and spent the rest of his life writing books and giving speeches about why we the public education system needs to be dismantled.
https://greathomeschoolconventions.com/blog/the-legacy-of-john-taylor-gatto
Unironically this. Well to do people on our side of this thing would do well to consider just taking young guys under their wing and training them. You don't like that universities are pozzed? Well offer an alternative where intelligent people not on board with the program can learn a trade and still feed themselves and/or their families.
The main thing we learned after 2008 is that companies expect loyalty but don't give anything in return. So offer them them that something. "If you're loyal to me, I promise I'll look out for you no matter what happens" is a deal people are desperate to find but not something the mainstream is willing to offer. So offer it.
So is leaving them at home playing Call of Duty. It's a very, very low bar.
I just think that 2020 and 2021 proved that online learning doesn't work at all, because no country recorded a benefit out of the hundreds that tried it.
As Samuel pointed out earlier, they tried copying the model of the classroom online but as ANY of us that has been through western education can testify, it was already failing way before the 2000s let alone recently.
I don't see school's being of benefit to society if all we do is chase out the freaks, there needs to be a fundamental shift if we want more kids to learn the skills required for future more technical jobs.
Schools are basically just government funded babysitters at this point.
Expecting them to train kids for the future is a mistake for a few reasons, but the most obvious is probably - what if the current AI obsession is a fad and the kids are all trained to work with something that's only used to make memes and porn now?
That one I heavily doubt as it's the next stage of further automation, like computers before it and industrialisation before that.
If I'm honest, the only way you could find enough work for humanity in the future is massively investing in space travel which governments SHOULD be doing especially in the resource area since we're low on helium, rare earth materials and that asteroid belt after Mars is literally a treasure trove.
The only way you'll find enough work for humanity in the future is if there's way less of humanity. Which is probably going to happen anyway, given that there's unprecedented war on the horizon as the United States continues to collapse under the irresponsible and malicious rule of foreigners.
The alternative is paying taxes in blood and plasma if you're unskilled, because you can't contribute any other way. Either way, in the future it's going to be a very bad thing to be a proverbial grasshopper.
I don't think ChatGPT is that impressive, honestly. It also can't be relied on for accuracy because it will talk utter bullshit and make up sources for it. I remember when I asked it for the earnings reports for some of my ADRs and it spat out nonsensical data like a company with a market cap in the billions having revenues of under a million.
There's a lot of things governments should invest in but don't...artificial wombs. There is definitely something to be said about the idea of asteroid mining, but won't that completely erode the value of precious metals? It would make for an interesting crisis.
They also basically held students to zero standards in 2020. Friend of mine is a teacher and she was instructed to essentially give everyone an A or a B, no exceptions. Math teacher. High school. Relatively affluent school.
This was done a while back in my nephew's school district. They did it only for high functioning Special Ed kids.
It was successful, in a way. The high functioning kids routinely outperformed the regular students at anything Math/Science, but initially could not keep up in subjects like English and Phys Ed. They adjusted at the bottom 25th-50th percentile over the school year.
It needs to be done in a smart way and for a few selected kids that CAN benefit from it without being disruptive.
Of course, that would violate the central "equity" creed of the Church Of Woke.
I agree. There was a kid with Asperger's in several of my classes in high school. He was obviously in some special ed program, because he had an aide to help him with organization, and he took all of his notes via laptop. He wasn't disruptive at all, and never caused a problem in class.
I was one of those kids. I was allowed to record the lectures in some way, and I had rules as part of my IEP that when we did test I was supposed to be in an isolated area (usually the main room for Special Ed students). Over time, I eventually learned to work with everything so that I still had the IEP for if I needed it (like in math classes mostly), but I could be largely normal while still retaining my steel trap of a mind that remembered everything I saw and heard. And now I work a job in manufacturing, where my Aspergers means that I dont just survive, I thrive.
Yeah when I was in middle school we had autistic kids join in for certain classes. They caused a bit of disruption, but overall it was perfectly fine.
Yeah I agree it can work. I don't want it to seem like I'm against the idea categorically, but they way it was implemented made it doomed to fail.
"let's put retards with normal kids, seems fine"
Yeah, sure is...
"blacks are too stupid to do work, and can't not get in fights, so why punish them"
Well, okay, but...
All "equality" is in practice is the oppression of the great and unjust elevation of the incompetent to usher in an era of mediocrity.
Don't get me started on inclusion, this has been my bugbear for decades.
It's a massive overcorrection from the past that harms everyone. The kid with special ed needs gets sent to some random local school with no training and resources to handle them, while the other 30 normal kids get disrupted.
The past did slightly over segregate out the slightly special needs kids to be fair, a kid who could (and should) integrate with the rest of society, some mild cerebal palsy so he can't walk right? And that's it, not disruptive? Yeah ok he doesn't need to go to the specialist cerebral palsy school. The high functioning aspergers kid who just misses a lot of social cues, yeah he needs to learn to function in amongst the rest of society, him being there is a part of the therapy.
But the Deaf kid who needs an interpreter? They've closed the schools for the deaf and they each get issued an 'interpreter' with all of 6 months training in a level IV (FSI scale) language! It takes 2 years to qualify as an interpreter, and pass a test where you need 70% accuracy. 70% after 2 years, imagine what the 6 month old student is interpreting, they're getting 20%, at best.
What is the point, it's just disruptive to everyone.
That's been my experience for about a decade.
A sperg in every elementary school classroom holding it hostage daily, screaming, writhing on the floor and throwing shoes in the hallway while the teacher and the rest of the students go into lockdown and hide in the classroom.
My buddy has been doing some subbing while he gets his masters in education and the stories he has told me are horrifying. I recently went back to my high school for the first time in 7 or 8 years and it was as if it had been taken over by some sort of conquering force. Black people worship on every classroom door (it was February). Also a random door with a big rainbow and pro drag statements out of nowhere. I'm a pretty stoic person and I was choking up walking through the halls.
So at this point you are better off giving up if you can't find good home schooling/a non corrupt school?
Good to know.
Or find a good "tutor" who doesn't quite cross the legal line so as to be classified a "teacher" but for all intents and purposes acts as one.
Majority? No. Plurality? Yes.
And the gifted kids are left to their own vices with no budget and expectations that they need to create an IronMan suit before they graduate highschool or they failed.
The schools have so much control all of the online schools that did well were destroyed by regulations. It's the same with academia. There is an academia now, but it's not at uni universities.
I work in an 11% white school district
It’s as awful as you can imagine
Good read. I worked at schools in the early 2000s as an IT consultant. It was quite interesting as at the time I wasn't really that far from high school myself. Back then though, it was more of seeing school from a different perspective. Teachers reminded me of the high school gossip cliques mainly. These were low budget rural schools though. I looked up the one I worked at the most and their budget 15 years later is a whopping $5M, so it's probably not much of a comparison. I didn't notice the woke back then much though, but I suspect a lot of those teachers have aged out by now anyway.
I've heard some stuff from a friend of my homeschooled cousin that's in public school. It's all sort of second hand info, but I've heard of his tranny teacher and another gay one, fights at school, furry students, etc. I've definitely not heard of any discipline. This is in a red-voting part of a red state. Small city, for the sake of reference and not getting too specific, I'll just say it's not going to be anywhere near say the population of a top 200 city in the US. White majority but I think blacks being the 2nd demographic.
Wow, I would have abused the shit out of this in school. I bet I wouldn't have turned in a single piece of homework any more than putting my name on it. I didn't do most of it in the later grades anyway. Many teachers didn't like me back then. I was never disruptive, rude, anything like that, but if I wasn't interested in a topic I was going to do the bare minimum effort to get the grade I wanted and had no shame about it. If I could have started with a 50% baseline on homework, I'd have made straight As.
N
I live in a suburb in TX and would agree with your assessment. Crazy to see this in red areas. I have become more involved in local elections at least.
I think it is possible to turn it around by being proactive and building up a culture around that though. For instance, my local school district has been on top of transparency agenda's to make it easier for parents to check on what teachers are doing and what their lesson plans are. At least from what I have seen, they also still have the same focus on in-class debate that they did when I was there, so that can be helpful.
But the overall point remains: We can no longer just let schools be schools, and people need to watch that shit like a hawk now. It sucks, but that is the way it is now.
You are right. In my area multiple school boards were voted out who were pushing insane race or lgbt stuff. I guess I’m surprised to see it in red areas but you are right, you do have to watch everything
But it has an American flag outside so it must be good
Sounds about right. I taught for a short bit and absolutely gained nothing except an intensive "character building" session. It's an absolute trash fire.
Ron Paul was right to say the coup already happened, we've been a Communist country at least since JFK was murdered, but clearly by the late 1800s Dewey and others had infiltrated the public school system with a slow drip plan of Communism.
Alex Newman gets into the history of this in his talk at a church, Rescuing our Children (Bitchute link)
Allowing lawlessness and having blacks and trannies cause destruction and depravity is part of bioleninism. This is also why communist's started the NAACP to push the idea among blacks they were being persecuted and needed a revolution.
https://spandrell.com/2017/11/14/biological-leninism/
The South African Boers are also suffering from Communists riling the blacks up, it's a global war on Whites and Christianity by Freemasonic Luciferian Communists.
James Lindsey talks a lot about this, this is all by design and is called Social Emotional Learning, he has a great series on it. Essentially it's creating the only education is to be a revolutionary. But he goes into it at length.
Can you document it a bit further?
Yeah most schools are shit. I always though I went to a slightly above average public school until I went to university and found out just how bad most public schools are
This sounds like it would make for an entertaining rumble channel. Bumfights, but it's kids.
Teachers actually talked about doing this all the time. They called the idea "OnlyFights"
Lol, “inclusion” sounds awesome. When I was in school everyone loved all the special-ed kids because they would do all kinds of wild shit and the staff was powerless to stop them.
The most important thing.
Kinda weird though, bro.
OP, did you find anything that would confirm my view that teachers are artificially inflating the grades of girls?
Funny story, I was once called by a teachers' agency or some BS to sign on as a substitute as I was out of work at the time. I rejected it. At first because I thought it was a bizarre scam and next because I knew I could find better (higher paying) employment.
If teachers are doing that I doubt they would have told me (a man). I was in four different classrooms where the usual teacher had a giant poster of Ruth Ginsburg so it wouldn't surprise me if it happened in isolated cases.
Well, I was operating on the idea that you could see their past grades and make a judgement, even if you have no conclusive evidence.
Like, if they are a straight A student that turns in work to you that's barely a C, that to me would be evidence.
I never had access to the gradebooks really. I was essentially a babysitter.
Ah, okay.
I really wish someone would do a O'Keefe style sting catching them in the act. It's the unspoken law of education, nothing else explains the discrepancies in performance better.
It's more subconscious imo.
The quiet wellbehaved girl is rewarded for her natural behaviour (even if she is a scheming cunt, she's at least not actively fidgeting). She's also rewarded for reading more and being more verbose, as girls are. The boys' energy and physical learning needs are neglected, and the education is feminised, so they get even further agitated...
I'm 100% sure there is some intentional equity happening too. But it is on top of their natural in group bias.
Being well read and verbose are positive traits that boys need to be well rounded. Of course they still need physicality as well.
Not at all. Succinctness is a virtue, actions are more important than words, we don't need to sit around discussing everyone's feelings just get the thing done.
It is a masculine virtue that should be cultivated.
If you cannot articulate then you may as well be a drooling retard and you will definitely suffer in life.
