For me, total curiosity, based on conversations here. If you believe the numbers, the US is ~70% vaccinated now, which make the non-vaxed a minority (especially given very few kids have been vaxed to date). I'm vaxed but I have no problem with others (can check my post history).
I don't know anyone who's died or had serious issues from covid and I also don't know anyone who's died or had serious issues from the vax. ~shrug~
there have been some anecdotes that hospitals are pressuring nurses not to report adverse effects... i doubt the numbers theyre selectively sharing are out of their honesty

I'm in better health now than when I got the first shot, and in my age range the risk was already minimal so screw it, I'll take my chances with the disease rather than consent to booster shots every few months for the next few years if not the rest of my life.
Telling people they need to get a vaccine for an illness with a tiny fatality risk (unless you're a senior citizen with pre-existing health conditions) or they'll not be allowed to work anymore is beyond malicious. And evil must be opposed.
You should still have memory cells even if you aren't producing antibodies so your adaptive immune response should only take ~five days rather than ~fifteen to ramp up. As someone who also got the shot and won't get the boost, fuck that, I was sold on 90% effective against INFECTION and what we got is something that is ineffective against infection but may keep you from dying if you bOOOOOOst so no I am not taking something that seems to cause heart damage. The scarring from myocarditis never goes away so even if it's fairly minor from one shot it accumulates if they are sticking you twice a year.
If you go back through my post history you'll see I used to be pro-vaccine (for anyone who isn't young) but those saying this is being treated like a livestock vaccine were on the fucking money. It doesn't work that well but it keeps you alive long enough to be slaughtered; food animals don't have to worry about side effects.

As of last week in my country you're supposed to show a vax pass to dine in at restaurants and various other stuff, which I obviously don't have, but nobody asked me to show anything so far. If someone did, I'm never going to that place again, and I will call the health inspection office and tell them they served me food with rat shit in it.
I will not go anywhere that requires a vax pass. About a month ago a group of friends was meeting up a restaurant that said they required one. We all went in, the woman at the front asked if we were vaxed, others answered yes, I said "it's private" she didn't bat an eye and sat us at a table immediately. I'm not for the vaccine, but we already have a vaccine passport thing here in Chile, if you don't get vaxxed you can't get a "Mobility Pass", and without one you can't get into most places or even leave your city (you can get a hefty fine if you are caught).

If we had longitudinal data available maybe we might know for sure what sort of preventative measures could be taken to help someone who took multiple shots and boosters, but ivermectin,hydroxychloroquine or other anti-parasitic treatment to get your system clean might help.
It seemed to work well enough in India. But we also don't have enough longitudinal data available to know for sure what the variant infection rate is for those who were unvaccinated, versus those who were vaccinated, versus those who were vaccinated and then were given anti-parasitic treatments to counter the effects of the vaccine.
In a sane world control group studies would have been conducted over the course of two to four years before being forced onto the public, but we sadly don't live in a sane world.
I take another med that suppresses my immune system. That one says under side effects: "upper respiratory tract infection (1 in 10)", so I am at risk regarding covid.
It wasn't even sure if my body would build covid antibodies, but 2 months after my 2nd shot I got my titer (concentration of AB) measured and it shows fine.
As soon as that drops under a certain value I will get a booster (will test again in April).
