Diversify, based in Rotherham

Oh, Rotherham. No further questions, cause that location already gives all the answers.

And there is a beauty bias and a height bias (for men) in the workforce.
Don't cry about it, accept it, cause nothing will change other people's perception. And then change the things that you can change - like losing weight.

Not asking females for consent is also a natural phenomenon.

German doesn't have different words for "gender" and "sex". It's always "Geschlecht" (and you would translate either of the English words to it a few years ago). So you couldn't even say something like "A woman is when the gender and the sex of a person is female" in German.

Of course the mentally ill now started talking about "biologisches Geschlecht" (biologic - if referring to sex) and/or just use the word "gender" in German.

Yeah, if they go premium for the API they will have to get payment processors in the mix. We all know how those react to any nsfw porn stuff

The transporter helping with aging dna shit is also used when Picard & co are reduced to children when the Ferengis take over the Enterprise.

That said - while I haven't watched any Picard after S1 - going Borg is utterly shit. There is a TNG episode though that deals with activating some hidden DNA shit (Barcley turns into a spider, Worf in an old Klingon being, ...).

How about he starts regulating media reporting on "AI" which is clearly misinformation, cause journos are too stupid to understand what we currently do?

I would say I have 2-3 vegetarian (some are vegan) days a week (1 fish, others include meat).

As you said Indian food (biryani, aloo gobi, ...) can be vegetarian. A greek salad with kritharaki & beans. A simple pasta with a vegetarian pesto. Just some vegs (with oil & herbs) in the oven and serve some dips (tzatziki, yoghurt & mint based stuff, ...).

I do try those meat alternatives occasionally (maybe 1-2 times a year). They are always shit and texture & taste is nowhere near real meat. And I often throw it away, because it's just disgusting.

Realistically, what male role models are there now?

And which role models did boys have 20-30 years ago? It's honestly not that different.
I don't recall thinking any famous man was a good role model for me. The men that were I knew from private stuff (family, friends, sport clubs, ...).

I think the difference is that there's now active sabotage of young boys & men. As soon as someone doesn't follow the party line they get ostracized.

They knew they could get away with this.

One of them is said to have informed herself on the Internet about the legal situation regarding her age. src in German

Why would someone respond to me when I mention them in a tweet? Must be a burner account!

It was a decent show with a simple story that was well told.

And that is enough in today's age where writers try to one up everyone else, the original creator and their audience. No hundred plottwists that make no sense, no characters acting out of character to push a writer's agenda into the face of the audience.

Nothing stops him from being a leading example and join the military himself. And order his family to join as well.

Oh wait - those are obvious people who should not be serving.

that obviously hasn't worked out for a multitude of reasons.

Russia under Putin wanted to join NATO and/or make a NATO like alternative with Russia in it. NATO refused.
So Russia looked elsewhere while NATO continued to encroach on Russia's neighbouring countries more and more.

China would fuck up North Korea if they ever think about uniting with SK and allow US troops like SK does. The US fucked up Cuba for getting close to the Soviets.
Russia fucks up Ukraine when they get too close to NATO.

Everyone with half a brain knew this was going to happen. Yet somehow it was still pursued.

Men who do ballet can lift a person up, because it's not hard to lift a small & light girl up. Muscle strength is also not directly related to muscle size (of course there's correlation) - there's a reason why you train differently if your goal is one vs the other.

I played football (soccer) as a kid and when I went to the gym for the first time the trainer also said "Oh, judging from your calves you play/played football".

None of those things is relevant until you do it professional and earn money with it. If I were a football player at my age (30s) I would probably have torn multiple ligaments & muscles. Ibrahimović mentioned he played 6months with pain killers due to a torn ACL. Only after the season he got surgery.
Yes, professional athletes destroy their body. Just like trans people can destroy their body - as soon as they're adults.
Kid athletes don't destroy their body. They lay good foundations for general fitness.

The ones on the upper arm look really stranged positioned.
The ones on the lower arm are "okay".

In general you cannot generalize cutters, since it's just a symptom and coping mechanism for an underlying mental illness. Some cut, because they deal with emotional pain and the physical pain is a more welcome alternative. Others like to punish themselves, because they feel like they should be punished.

People also like to hide their wounds, that's why I think those locations are strange. (inner) thighs are a way more popular area as is the torso.

Was thinking the same, but the OP has tons of pictures of herself on reddit. It's a 24yo woman who identifies as bi with adhd.

The religious stuff was a bit much

I don't think so.
1 is just "Hey, we are Christians, don't insult us & our religion while we are present". I think that's fine.
"Don't manipulate your siblings with those thoughts" - depending on how old those siblings are - fine.
"Don't bring in occult stuff into the home" is basically an extension of 1, or the parents would "randomly" find ton of stuff in their home which the troon just "forgot" to put away properly (read: intentionally insulting the parents' belief).

The troon is to believe, practice and say whatever it wants. Just not in their parent's home & in front of their siblings.

for the incredible majority of border hoppers, the answer is no.

Honestly I am even fine with some of the border hoppers. "I have family here, look my brother - who sits outside - has been living here for 5 years and is willing to stand bail for me and help me."

We have such a system (standing bail / "Bürgschaft") in Germany. Tons of idiots (random Germans) did it for many asylum seekers - thinking they were only responsible for the people until they got asylum. They organized flights to Germany, paid rent & food.
Well of course they didn't read the fine print (which means: read anything at all). You are required to take care of the person after asylum is granted. Pay for their rent, pay for their monthly "unemployment money" (Hartz4).
Woops.

The article I'm reading to refresh my knowledge mentions a Syrian who has been in Germany for 20 years.
He stood bail for his parents, 2 siblings & their families. He works in a drugstore (difficult to translate, not a pharmacy, but cleaning/beauty products and stuff like that).
And his opinion about this all? 'The Syrian is angry: "If my family had come via the Balkan route with smugglers, I would be fine. But because I'm an idiot and chose the official route, I have to pay the price.'

Okay - after reading about stuff like this again - I changed my mind. No exception for country hoppers due to family.

Them winning isn't a shock; they seem to have popular support. Them being allowed to win is surprising though.

Not Dutch, but German and I can comment on our voting system: It's way harder to fuck with numbers.
We are in a single time zone. Voting starts in the morning of a Sunday (work free day for almost everyone, except essential workers like police/hospital and stuff like parks/restaurants). It ends at 6pm. In the last years (couldn't find 2021, since the article was written before that) the final result was announced at the following times: 2017 5.25am, 2013 3.15am, 2009 3.35am.
Basically less than 12hours from the polls closing every vote has been counted and no one can start counting before polls closing (same for mail-in ballots, only opened at 6pm).
While we do have mail in voting they have to be there before we get any numbers. You cannot just discover a random bag of uncounted votes.

And we don't use electronic voting. Piece of paper and then everything is counted by hand.

Of course we do have vote manipulation, but it's usually a single person doing shit.
