I like Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep as my favorite original and I loved Blade Runner but I have to admit that A Scanner Darkly was probably the best film adaptation as far as being faithful to the book.
Oddly, Silence of the Lambs by Thomas Harris was the closest book to movie I've ever seen. I don't think there was a line in the film that wasn't in the book.
I have a compendium of Philip K Dick works. For as much as his stuff gets adapted and is all over, his initial concepts were awesome. Also, a lot of it reads in smaller bite sized sections which makes it good bathroom reading. It's a shame most of his success came after he died.

Run social media campaigns to sway the nation. Build CHAZ zones as wonders. Work to conquer city hall!

Graphic design/ad experience nitpick:
They should put the apple up top, before any type. Your eye moves across this top to bottom. Let people see it, process "it's an apple" then see the type telling them it's a banana. This way, the deceit hits you first with a flash of "what?" rather than prefacing the image with spoilers hinting deceit is coming before you read anything else.
Putting the text first is the same principle behind the libs asserting pronouns first before engaging on any other level and wishing you would indulge. The images (and reality) speak for themselves.
It's subtle shit but it's still trickery, and it works. They use it against us every day in print, in ads, in articles. Learn to recognize and weaponize it right back.
