To be fair, that doesn't look like it has down syndrome, it's just a rounder faced Barbie. Unless it has really explicit packaging, I can see people buying it without even realizing what it's supposed to represent.

At least where I am, there’s definitely more visible cases of Down’s, and at least as many organizations to support them as for the alphabet people, but I guess they’re just very… Obvious, whereas in the rare instances a tranny “passes” in public, it’s possible they might not be so noticeable..?

Honestly, we've had Barbies of fucking every thing under the sun for so many decades I'm genuinely shocked if this is the first Downie one they made.
But given being a Downie is an unfortunate thing you are born with and the childlike mind many seem to be stuck in, they are one of the few demographics I'd unironically agree with this move on being something they'd be happy with and more power to them I guess.
All downs should be aborted. It is unethical to bring a brain damaged human into the world.
