At least where I am, there’s definitely more visible cases of Down’s, and at least as many organizations to support them as for the alphabet people, but I guess they’re just very… Obvious, whereas in the rare instances a tranny “passes” in public, it’s possible they might not be so noticeable..?
I guess after being bombarded with lgbt this doesn’t bother me. I would imagine Downs Syndrome are more prevalent than people with gender dysphoria
