Depends. Librarians in the old days were true information managers, and had to know everything from reference questions to how to catalog a book from scratch. These days, it's literally all copy and paste, and most of them are useless at reference questions.

They did, themselves. I worked in a library in the lowest position you can get - the one who knows how to reshelve the books properly without needing a fucking university degree to do it.

I get it, seeing how other groups managed to create amazing works of architecture and wonder that are still standing and beloved today reminds you of how little you have accomplished and how your people are still living in mud huts eating dirt. And you have been taught to associate those feelings of failure and inadequacy with the word "racism."
We all have those feelings looking in wonder upon other's creations. But the rest of us don't tie our entire existence to our race and react to our own shortcomings (that everyone has because nobody can do or have everything) with violent hatred.

I'm really starting to appreciate the consideration behind Joe "I don't want my kids growing up in a racial jungle" Biden and company's position on social justice. They've actually managed to convince their voting base that impoverishing themselves (be it material, intellectual or spiritual achievements) and ending their own bloodlines are noble pursuits. I may think he's an asshole, and disagree heavily with what I think he's doing, but god damn if it isn't effective at harming the people he seems to want to harm.

We can laugh but Librarians are an important part of cultural guidance and reproduction. They decide what books get removed/added and where they get displayed. The marxists have taken over the schools and universities, this is just the equivalent of mopping up any remnants after you've taken the capital.
