Saint Floyd's 2nd miracle was seen by the whole world. He could breathe and shout while being oppressed by Chauvin's far-right knee. Saint Floyd's prophetic words: "I can't breathe' was to call attention to mankind's silence on racism. Words Are Silence Is Violence. Praise his flooded lungs.

Guy can't get a fucking break. Ever. Earlier this week, the US Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal for his case.
Archive.today, Or dot org if your browser swings that way

Chauvin’s appeal was included in a list of rejected cases released Monday by the court, which did not comment on the reason for the denial.
Chauvin was convicted of unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in April 2021 for the May 2020 death of George Floyd. He is currently serving a more than 22-year prison sentence at a federal prison in Tucson, Ariz.

I'm guessing there will be some rejoicing on social media. I would probably light myself on fire if I looked.

Oh look, yet another thing wrong with our legal system. You can only kill somebody once, so how can you be convicted for three different crimes, that are variations on the same thing for killing one person.

Another favorite: Juries in some states can choose to convict somebody of a lesser charge if they feel the prosecution didn't fully make their case. "The defendant stands accused of crime X, but if you'd rather convict him for crime Y, you can choose to do that in instead. A trial was never meant to be a Choose your Own Adventure game for the jury.

Overcharging and plea bargaining are all injustice that is allowed in the name of efficiency.

I suspect that most guesses as to which justices declined may not be incorrect.

As long as we have open activist judges in our court system, things don't look good.

Hopefully there's some way these Marxists can be impeached or otherwise removed from these positions.

No surprise here. He's a human sacrifice to the bloodthirsty BLM cult, so him leaving prison alive was never part of the plan.

Seemed like an easy way to get them to riot again. I suppose it was too soon for the elections next year. I'm sure they'll find some other POS nigger to make a martyr of in time.

not even wrong, he did nothing, almost 4 times the lethal dose of fent in Floyd's system killed him, not the "knee on neck" (which is, fun fact, taught to all US police officers as means to prevent delirious individuals from hurting others or themselves)

When they couldn't get Al Capone on his most vicious crimes, they got him on tax evasion.

Not that Chauvin is Al Capone, of course, but you get what I mean.

Allowing a woman to handle finances, maybe he does deserve to be imprisoned.

Wtf is he doing in Tuscon AZ? Why move him a thousand miles away to another state where the """crime""" never took place? Is this political fuckery where AZ benefits from his presence in some way? Or was it a setup for this kind of "accident"?

Cops don't go into gen pop for obvious reasons. The fact that Chauvin did is evidence enough it's a hitjob.

Basically the feds don’t care. Inmates can ask to be moved closer to family but there’s no guarantee that they’ll be moved or they could be moved closer but it’s still hundreds of miles away.

I don't think protection figured into the decision at all. It was likely the opposite. He's a human sacrifice to BLM. Him getting murdered behind bars was the goal from the get go.

I'd be surprised if they didn't go out of their way to make this to happen. Cops aren't put with general population for a reason and there's no way they put someone as high profile as Chauvin in gen pop by accident.

The chauvin chopper, the fentanyl fencer, the lawman leaker, the scapegoat scalper.

All good religious myths need multiple titles.
