Wait they're going to start airstriking CNN and AP reporters?

The left is fighting with itself, woke media is running out of money, dirty smear merchants are going to have POV footage of an airstrike, the only things that can make this year end better is if I inherit a castle, the Supreme Court bitch slaps the NY Court over Trump and I marry the reincarnation of Olga of Kiev.

Honestly, I wouldn't put it past the Mossad to do it, or at least do it once publicly as a warning to others.

They've been known to assassinate families and even prostitutes of targets as well as the targets themselves.

Generally, they probably just mean the standard Hamas fighter running around aloha snackbaring while people are getting fucking lit up, so I'm not upset about that. But I would not think that murdering an AP journalist was beyond them.

They already have.

To be fair though, in this case AP news directly invited hamas into the basement and Israel airstruck them because of it.

Is the reason they are going after people who recorded it, is because they want to make up more exaggerated stories about what happened but the evidence would prove otherwise?

Your thinking is too linear.

You do not punish excessively for an incident. Streisand Effect, all it will do is publish the incident widely. You punish excessively to prevent FUTURE offenders from committing an act.

Everyone will know everything about "October 7" after they pull some Putin-tier journo-fragging... But everyone will ALSO know that if they don't kowtow to the preferred narrative in the next major incident, it would be comin' for them next.

Of course, if the recorders were proponents and supporters of negative actions, yes, you go after them, but you don't go after them because they were recording, that part shouldn't need to be mentioned, they'd already be under the umbrella of "enemy combatants".

Lied about it regardless.

Keyword: regardless

So there's no point in jailing them, let alone assassinating them, to prevent the challenging of a narrative.

It's just purely punitive in nature. They're not trying to stop something from getting out, that's why it's regardless: they don't care, it's already out.

I mean, considering the mass failure of leadership that led to the attack in the first place (unless you are of the belief that they deliberately let the massacre happen), I am unconvinced they aren't blind and foolhardy enough to both try and prevent it from getting out while also knowing they will lie about it regardless.

I think its an absolute fallacy to assume all these leaders are perfect chessmasters whose plans must make absolute sense at all times to be considered.

I'm of the belief that Arab Irregulars who have been in a constant state of open warfare since 2003, and have only managed to get more bloodthirsty in that time, are some of the most dangerous forces a conventional army can face. So, not only was Israel lacking on proper analysis (it's not the first time they've got caught with their dick in their hand, see: 1973), but a well funded and supplied Hamas with American weapons took advantage of a golden opportunity to try and drag Israel into a major international war that it would genuinely have a hard time winning. Though the Islamists have taken a beating in both Iraq & Syria, the survivors are getting better, and they are fielding entire irregular armies in the tens of thousands.

I actually think that was the real objective here. For Hamas to start a full-scale Arab-Israeli Jihad without the consideration of any state actors; knowing that the Islamist militants from across the Earth would flood into the war, regardless of what the Arab states actually wanted. If they are not careful, Israel could stumble into a regional war with more than 3 Arab states with both conventional and unconventional armies, all propped up by NGO's, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Iran.

Think about it. America was routed from Afghanistan by Islamist forces and a 5,000 man force from Pakistan. To which, the Americans effectively surrendered to the Taliban. Then they embroiled themselves in a massive proxy war with Russia. They bombed Germany and damaged NATO. They've done permanent damage to the EU on a monetary level. They've depleted their weapon stockpiles, have bankrupted themselves, and are in serious political turmoil. Israel, like retards, decided to send money and weapons to Ukraine as well, weakening a sensitive military structure while they too are in the middle of massive political upheaval (the judiciary crisis).

If I were Hamas, and I thought there was a time and place for Israel to be destroyed by a regional war where they couldn't get reinforcements, maybe not right now, but around now, would look like the golden opportunity.

Meanwhile, China watches very carefully as the Americans continue to over-extend themselves, and deplete their ship-to-surface weapon stockpile. I genuinely doubt we can save Taiwan, especially if a $100 million dollar donation to Rosemont Seneca can cause an American fleet to withdraw faster than $1 Billion dollars of anti-ship missiles ever could.

Hamas showed us.

They showed us the act of killing a handful of probably unarmed civilians, many more armed IDF, shooting at a lot of distant targets or inanimate objects, and they showed us them moving hostages.

You were already rightfully chewed out for the babies story, but reminder to everyone that there's no good evidence for hamas killing 250+ concertgoers or several hundred other civilians either. When did Hamas 'show us' their act of destroying all these cars for example? They did that with small arms fire and petrol cans? Or did they waste a grenade on each car (apparently exploding them all on the roofs, to crush them)?

In one of the more recent posts, 271 people under the age of 18 were killed in the Oct. 7 offensive. The videos I saw typically involved Hamas indiscriminately opening up on everyone that was near them. Those kids are going to have tons of family and friends around them. Like a car that inadvertently drove past a police station they attacked, and shot to pieces.

How many fucking "handfuls" is that you fucking retard?

You were already rightfully chewed out for the babies story,

Oh, hang on shit-for-brains. I'm gonna need you to show me where I ever claimed that the 40 decapitated babies story was true. I know you won't try, but if you were to actually try, you'd see that I said I doubted the story because it came from "a source" in the military. Not from an actual military report or any photograph.

When did Hamas 'show us' their act of destroying all these cars for example?

That's a car fire you idiot. Look at the fucking back end of the lot. Most of the cars there are fine. Car fires are hot. Batteries and tires can explode.

Why are you crying about a car fire rather than actually talking about atrocities, which is what this is about.

Here's footage from Kenosha, WI during the George Floyd riots. There were almost no guns, and zero grenades involved. You'll notice the cars are already twisted.

They did that with small arms fire and petrol cans?

Again, idiot. What are most cars filled with?

Petrol

Listen, you're actually not mentally fit to challenge anything here if you think Hamas didn't show itself killing civilians. They've never denied it. They are proud of it. They showed it off. It was their films.

If you can't accept that, it's a personal failure on your part.

You might as well be saying, "I see no evidence that the Mongol hordes were violent."

Your seething anger should be a clue to you that you know you're insecure or lying. I'll bet you didn't see a single video of anyone opening up indiscriminately on civilians, because I scrolled threads full of wargore for that weekend and out of dozens of videos I saw something like 4 videos which might qualify - 3 of hamas shooting out civvie cars in motion (something IDF chopper pilots also documented themselves doing ) and one of an unarmed guy shot in the head at a distance. The rest were obviously IDF.

In comparison, I saw lots and lots of hysterical raging maniacs like you claim they saw evidence of massacre, evidence of women raped to death, videos of israeli babies tossed around like footballs... wow normies have incredible access to unfiltered snuff these days, I guess, moreso than me. Or else they're exhibiting the typical overactive imaginations and susceptibility to manipulation that has characterised the last 3 years, spectacularly.

How many fucking "handfuls" is that you fucking retard?

Nowhere close to adding up to 1400, but the numbers don't matter to you, only your pathetic right to indignation does.

I'm gonna need you to show me where I ever claimed that the 40 decapitated babies story was true

When Israel puts out something that undermines its own narrative, it requires motivated reasoning to act like it doesn't undermine the entire narrative. When you state that 'hamas showed' anything that vindicates the Israel narrative, you imply it validates the entire narrative. Fact is you haven't got anything that confims the level of civilian death that Israel claims and you ignore plenty of evidence that nothing from the Israel side has been honest. All those 'kids [with] tons of family and friends around them' (and smartphones), and they stopped filming the paragliders at the exact moment they or their friends got shot.

Oh wait you do have something that points to the claimed death toll, you have testimony of gunship pilots saying they couldn't distinguish between civvie and terrorist and you have footage of ridiculous numbers of cars clearly shot up by gunships. Noooow we start to get more plausible hypotheses as to how a lot of people could have died. I'm not the only one who thinks so and it would answer the question that dispassionate, highly rational geniuses like yourself have apparently forgot to ask, which is what the hell was the IDF air support doing while hamas were paragliding through the skies with impunity.

That's a car fire you idiot.

Yeah, that impact crater surrounded by cars which appear to have been shot up and pushed back by a blast, probably just a fire that spread, true. These unburnt smashed up cars were probably just parked really hastily by ravers in a rush to get out and party. Don't I feel like a fool.

Why are you not talking about atrocities?!

Because I choose not to, stupid bitch. I'm not talking about gaza getting bombed out indiscriminately, am I.

reee you're a dumbo, you have personal failings

Lmao are you a woman? Why am I supposed to care about this shit, are we on a date? I couldn't give less of a fuck about the moral or intellectual endorsement of someone who looks at this situation then comes to the unquestioning conclusions you do.

So he says, offering no evidence of his own of 3-4 figure civilian massacres from hamas and refuting none of the evidence indicating Israel opened fire on its own people, undermining the whole narrative.

Since you're enthusiastic about evidence here's more:

'I'm on the phone with a family that is in the MMD, there are terrorists inside their house, they are locked inside the MMD. Our forces haven't had time to reach this settlement yet, and I've already run out of missiles there.' , which is the more accurate weaponry. I decide to shoot a cannon 30 meters from this house, a very difficult decision. I shoot so that if they are now there, they will hear the explosions inside the house, that they will realize that they know they are there, and hopefully they will get out of this house.'

Also

Yasmin Porat, a survivor of the bloodshed at Kibbutz Be’eri, near the boundary with Gaza, says many Israeli civilians were killed by Israeli forces.

An Israeli woman who survived the Hamas assault on settlements near the Gaza boundary on 7 October says Israeli civilians were “undoubtedly” killed by their own security forces.

It happened when Israeli forces engaged in fierce gun battles with Palestinian fighters in Kibbutz Be’eri and fired indiscriminately at both the fighters and their Israeli prisoners.

“They eliminated everyone, including the hostages,” she told Israeli radio. “There was very, very heavy crossfire” and even tank shelling.

The proclivity to shoot their own has even been enshrined in policy as per the Hannibal Protocol

The Hannibal Directive (Hebrew: נוהל חניבעל) (or "Procedure" or "Protocol") is a controversial procedure used by Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) to prevent the capture of Israeli soldiers by enemy forces. The directive was revoked in 2016, to be replaced by a new directive of unknown content.

The directive has been changed several times. At one time, the formulation was that "the kidnapping must be stopped by all means, even at the price of striking and harming our own forces."

You subject the IDF's story to less scrutiny and accountability than even direct survivors of your precious atrocity do. Of the two of us you're clearly the more likely to respond to orders from across the internet, so be a good golem and keep yours to yourself.

Conservaboomers are cheering this statement. Personally, I am in awe at the chutzpah of Israel in seizing the moment, but there are serious, serious consequences for this that will not redound immediately, much like Zelensky's despotism is catching up to him after a year and change.

Ex. think about if one of these journalists gets into a Western country somehow. Mossad has definitely killed people everywhere, but sniping one of those guys would call attention to them the same way as the Kashoggi and Litvinenko assassinations came back on Saudi Arabia and Russia.

Cities in the US are so crime ridden that Mossad probably sends their JV guys to do hits here. Just grab a guy, take his wallet and phone, shoot him a bunch of times with a 9mm at close range, dump his body somewhere along MLK blvd. Nobody would consider any alternative explanation.

Doubly easy if he lives in a diverse area, just kick down his door and shoot him and dump out a bunch of drawers.
