Wonder how many people she arrested for mean tweets, expressing unease for the growing number of brown-skinned rapists in the country (or alternatively, any that claimed to identify with a letter), or criticizing the current regime in how it was (not) dealing with them?

The attacker pounced after the victim went behind a bush to go to the toilet.

Am I reading this correctly? Was a fucking police officer trying to take a shit in public?!

Was a fucking police officer trying to take a shit in public?!

Based on my experiences with Mardi Gras, women seem unable to not take a piss in public the moment it hits them after they've been drinking. Given all the other context clues, I'll assume this is the case.

I can't speak to the state of Paris or its bathrooms, so it might have been a more hygienic choice in the moment but its still a sex crime (based on all the men I know on the List for doing it).

So in the midst of being a sexual offender, a higher level sexual offender got her.

Clearly she didn't get the memo from all the other times drunk women were culturally enriched by the Eiffel Tower.* Or she didn't know it happened because her colleagues arrested anyone who shared the story.

(*it wasn't exactly near the tower but that must be closest landmark the daily mail thought people would recognize)

After having to deal with some shit over the past two years, I think the 'women is wonderful' halo effect is more powerful than people realize. Even women. Especially women.

Women live charmed, privileged lives. All of them do, even the ugly ones - the ugly ones can still lean into the kindly old grand-marm role, and people will treat them with kindness and respect, as you do.

The thing is, though - that halo breaks the moment they run into sociopaths and sub-humans. This is why women come across as suicidal and/or brain-dead retarded to most men. We've dealt with the sliding scale of threats our entire lives, and react accordingly.

For women, they never have. So when the halo breaks, shit goes straight to 100 real fucking quickly, and they have no way out, because anything they could have done should have been done well before, but they don't know that, because they never learned that they had to do that.

So you get shit like this, where a chunk of men roll thier eyes at the dumb bitch, and the various simps start nervously muttering about how you shouldn't victim blame, or something, and the women reading about this buy into fear hysteria about how all men are potential rapists and murderers, and it's okay to treat them that way, you just don't know.

...or, fuck it, maybe she just had a tinder date go badly for her, I don't know. Anything's possible in the fucked up timeline.

but they don't know that, because they never learned that they had to do that.

It would be nice if most of them spent their energy learning instead of calling for that awareness to be rejected or criminalized. If they would acknowledge they're sheltered and protected and ignorant of men's experiences, instead of lecturing us how we can't possibly understand a woman's woes, but they understand everything there is to understand about us, of course.

Ignorance is forgivable if you pair it with self-awareness and a desire to learn.

Technically not in public because she was behind a bush, but that still probably breaks some law.

Most places define shrubbery as part of the public walk or park that it grows upon. Unless you're implying the shrubbery was locked away inside a private building?

“Oh, what sad times are these when passing ruffians can rape female police officers at will. There is a pestilence upon this land. Nothing is sacred. Even those who arrange and design shrubberies are under considerable economic stress at this period in history.”

So she got culturally enriched? Is there a graph of diversity vs how safe Paris turned from the 80s to present day?

Are they still rioting over there? Regardless, it’s disgusting. Never allow people in who despise your country.

they never stop rioting in Paris. Was there in March, the streets were filled with garbage, half the metro was shut down, and there were riots every single day for different reasons

Great food though

She can hardly claim to be surprised: they did paint a giant warning/prophecy underneath the Eiffel tower.

Yes, this is really there [edit: was? painted 2016, not sure if it was permanent]. Here's some other cultural enrichment from the same artist.

The reported rape has revived pressure on Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo to close the park at night for safety reasons

Fucking retards will continue putting band-aids on broken arms until France is completely controlled by Muslim savages

A drug-addled homeless man made his nest in front of a bank in the downtown core I frequent. The bank's solution was to use their tiny employee entrance side door on the side of the building as the main entrance, and just keep the main entrance locked. And by extension close access to all their ATMs outside banker business hours. Not as a "one day" solution, but as a "forever going forward" solution.

It's hardly just France that's putting bandaids on broken arms. The West as a whole is so terrified of offending someone that they're breaking themselves.

But remember, nationalism is evil and outdated thinking, your mind should be like your borders... open...

Though she's British so I really couldn't care even if I tried to.

You're too late on that one. Britain already has "common sense knife legislation", you're gonna need to have a loisence to have a noife over a certain length. And it's pretty short too, most of my basic chef knives would be naughty naughty items across the pond.

She is British, in France, near the Eiffel Tower. I didn't read the article, but just that bit of info would make me guess that she was likely off-duty and on vacation.

British policemen don´t carry firearms anyway, she probably doesn´t know how a pistol works. If there is a firearm incident they call a specialist unit, most British policemen don´t have a clue about firearms.
