I used to work in HR and while it may not sound fair I wouldn’t hire anyone who has photos of themselves protesting (especially the summer of love) or claims to be an activist or an ally. I don’t care what color they are. Anyone like that would be poison
Someone who puts that on a resume is a liability. I might include a headshot just to head off issues with the fact that I am a white male. I don't want people wasting my time only to determine they were looking for a PoC woman the whole time.
Depending on what industry you're trying to enter the regulations can hamstring you too. The days of mixing nutritional supplements in a concrete mixer are long gone. Now you can't even set up shop without a million dollars' worth of lab equipment just for QC
In my experience, probably not. It would just be more a case of making it unpleasant enough having to read their racist DEI/DIE garbage all of the time, and giving you no opportunities for promotions because diversity candidates are guaranteed to get them instead.

You need strong, reliable, knowledgeable, skilled workers to build a countryside hotel that's safe, beautiful, and well laid out.
But once you have the building, if it's made well with durable materials, you can run the hotel business itself with just two dozen midwits and some occasional outsourced maintenance.
The techgiants aren't going anywhere no matter how incompetent they become. There are enough regulations in place to make sure their profits can never be effectively challenged. And more importantly; competence is no longer their bread and butter - they're now in the hotel business, and no longer in construction.
The only thing that's going to happen with the great diversening is that your current rulers who are at least tolerant of your right to breathe are going to gradually be replaced, one by one, with rulers who hate you and want you exterminated, for the greater good.
I wonder if this is a self-inflating spiral because they refuse to hire the more qualified White men and pick unqualified non-Whites / "non-men", who abandon or get fired in very high numbers, so Google is always in the process of re-filling the same non-White quota positions.
More likely, the non-whites rise to management and then hire more of their countrymen. I know a guy that worked at Microsoft and that's what happened with the Indians they imported on visas to save on wages. Whites are the only ethnic group that don't unabashedly advance the interests of others that share their ethnicity.
I went back to visit that friend a couple of years ago, and the crowd in the mall we went to in Bellevue was all Indians and Chinese. Maybe one out of five people was white.
