Am I one of only few who think that something declaring a precept of "unite with one singular language" being written in, like, ten of them, is completely counter-intuitive?
It should be written in one langauge, or scrawled out in as many hundreds as could be crammed into the space.
That's the one bit that makes sense. They're trying to make a rosetta stone of it.
Just because they are advising that the future people make 1 world language doesn't mean that the future people who find it will already have done so, this thing is supposed to be found and followed but first it needs to be understood, they need to hedge their bets and put it in many languages, so that the poor fools in the future who find it can decipher it.
