This has nothing to do with race.
The problem is that Islam doesn't play well with others, and Muslims and Hindus have been at each other's throats in the Indus Valley since the Muslims subverted the fucking Mongols and founded the Mugal Empire... and then proceeded for the next several centuries to eradicate all other religious orders in southern Asia.
Besides, you missed the primary target: they didn't say white. They said English.
Being that England is the center of Liberal philosophy and the emergence of Capitalism; that is why they want English history, law, culture, language, and philosophy to die.

There's an argument to be made that, because the British Empire strategy was to make an ethnic minority into the local ruling class, subject to Britain (in order to keep them loyal, they need British support or they get mobbed), it inflamed ethnic tensions.

Pakistan was not created until the British left. Hindus were always the large majority in India, about 70% to about 20% for Muslims.
The British didn't favor the Muslims. But during WW2, the Hindus were rebellious, while the Muslims supported the British.
The Muslims, knowing they were the minority, did not want to be dominated by the Hindus, and Muslim League pushed for the creation of Pakistan. It was successful.
When the partition happened after independence, even though it was called the "Radcliffe Line", the line was drawn by commissions of top Hindus and Muslims chaired by Radcliffe. It wasn't like some white dude just drew an arbitrary line on a map like dumb libs think.

FYI - It was the first PM of Pakistan that demanded a separate country, when he realized he wouldn't get absolute power after the British left.

I guess technically if you don't have multiple governments to formally declare war on each other you don't have war. You have rampant violence everywhere instead, at least with wars you have more clear lines and there are relatively safe territories, with diversity everywhere is a warzone.

In fairness, the post-colonial African struggles for Leftist Nationalism... otherwise known as National Socialism, as well as the rise of straight up Communism of African countries, lead to the 2nd Congolese War which was the 3rd bloodiest conflict in all of the 20th century, ravaged most of Africa, inspired the Rawandan genocide, and all of it was based of Leftist ideology that had been spread by white intellectuals.
