It's ironic because I'm pretty sure the Chinese have been deliberately giving the non Chinese Olympians bad accommodations and foods so they're more likely to fail. There's lots of stories coming out about how some Olympians can barely eat what they're given. Like cold shitty pasta and no proteins or veggies, and there's not even fast food they can buy or order.
Anyway, I guess that's what happens when you attend an Olympics hosted in a corrupt communist shithole.
