This is the main thing that I wish people - the "normies" - would take from the whole Gemini-won't-draw-white-people fiasco: if they were doing this there - and they got caught this one time - pushing this ultra-woke, ultra-radical-leftist agenda there... doesn't it stand to reason that maybe it's pervasive, and they are doing it elsewhere? Maybe we should demand the media (lol - we know it won't be them) look into it?
Seriously - the average person has absolutely zero idea how hard the leftist activists have been at work on the internet. They assume that stuff like Wikipedia is honest/unbiased. They assume that their search results from Google are honest/unbiased. They assume that if they go to a "fact checking" site like snopes, or politifact, that they are getting an honest answer. They assume that, if they use gmail, Google would never treat election emails from Republican candidates differently than they would those from Democrat candidates, and send them to the junk mail folder. They assume that all the social media sites are banning people simply for being "ardent Nazis!", and not just because they weren't perfectly toeing the leftist line. And on, and on, and on...
The problem is that the left does do all those things. The problem is that the companies that are absolutely infested with radical leftist indoctrinates that would churn out an AI that openly discriminates against white people, aren't just working on AI's that openly discriminate against white people; they pour the same ideology into everything they do. Them getting caught the other times just isn't being reported on like it is this particular time.
The average person is just too stupid, or too disinterested to realize it's going on, and thus they open themselves up to the indoctrination campaign the left has been engaged in. On top of that, you then have the media - a media which is every bit as ideologically compromised, and captured - actively seeking to hide this stuff from those disinterested public masses, and protect their politically aligned friends.
And anyone that tries to oppose them is going to have government agencies like the FBI, like the IRS used against them. They will be attacked, they will be delcared as being "domestic terrorists", they will have their finances seized, etc.
It really doesn't seem like people truly get how bad things are; what sort of track we are on. The left isn't going to stop with serving you up pictures of black Vikings.
This has nothing to do with "neutering everything they find." What is neutered about this? It's going to be an incredibly powerful tool, just not in the way that the average person would hope. They are setting all this up exactly how they have set everything else up they get their hands on: as another means for them to set/control the narrative -> indoctrinate people.
Again - the biggest problem here isn't the shitbags like him doing this. It's the goddamned media being in on it. If they weren't, and they did their job - and served the role a democracy require them to serve - they would be investigating the bias, they would be investigating this asshole, and showing the public what sort of a racist he is, they would be making the public question how he got like this, etc. After that, they would then ask themselves, "You know, if they are doing this here, I wonder where else they might be pushing an agenda? Would they do this in the search results they serve up? Would they do this in the videos they promote/suppress on YouTube?" If the media did its job, the public would see all this, be - rightfully - upset, and things would have a chance of changing.
Instead, we have a media - not just traditional, but here on the internet now - that is as indoctrinated as he is, has been conditioned into agreeing with all of it, and hides it from the non-indoctrinated. Thus, the indoctrination is allowed to continue, and more and more of the public gets converted into being exactly like this asshole.
Nothing is ever going to change until something is done about the left's ability to protect themselves via control over what the masses are shown/told.

You'll never see the gaming media, or the normal media, publish a single honest story about what gamergate actually was, because the same shitbag leftists work in those very companies, and they publish articles in a way that purposely obfuscates, or outright lies about what the reasons were. You'll never be able to go onto Wikipedia and read an honest accounting of what gamergate was, because it's been captured by the same radical leftist activists, who have entrenched themselves there, making sure that no one can edit that article in a way that conflicts with their narrative of the events.
You'll never be able to go onto Reddit - in any place other than minor, non large, non front-page sub - and post/read about what really happened, because the same leftist imbeciles mod all the larger default subs, and they make sure that only the leftist version of events is permitted.
Gamergate is the main event that exposed - to our generation(s) - what the radical left has been up to. Everything they are able to achieve, and have been able to achieve - not just gamergate - is directly because of their control of the narrative.

Lots of other grievances he aired, I am somewhat sympathetic to. The US/West should have done more to help Russia after the collapse. More should have been done to welcome them into the fold. We did the same for Japan and Germany, and they didn't just fight a cold war against us.

Some of the stuff Putin is saying, I can totally understand, and am sort of sympathetic to: the feeling hurt that the Soviet Union sort of "peacefully" collapsed, and went away, and that their leaders did this, thinking Russia was going to get tons of help, not be encroached upon, and even be sort of enthusiastically invited into the fold with open arms? That that's what they felt, and they now feel that's not what happened? That, instead, it's clear that NATO/The West is still treating them as a threat, and expanding towards them? That stuff is sympathetic.
The part where he is saying that the main goal for this war now is "Denazification"? Come on. Get the fuck out of here. There is zero way that Russia is afraid of like - what - a fourth reich forming in the Ukraine? That that's the main reason for the fighting here? Two years of war to stop Nazis, and he's saying that successful denazification is the only condition for ending this?
In any event, it's absolutely ridiculous that this guy - the leader of a big country like Russia - a country that clearly has the potential to cause big problems for the world (they are doing it right now), clearly has all these grievances (whether or not they are legitimate or not), and Tucker fucking Carlson is the guy that has to go there to air all this out. What are our fucking politicians doing? What is the fucking media doing? Why wouldn't they be holding those politicians feet to the fire? Why is it up to basically an independent guy to do all their jobs?
Well... that, and the traditional media, social media, Google controlling the world's search engine, YouTube controlling the world's access to videos, control of all the Wikipedias and "Fact checking" sites, the vast majority of all the teachers that educate our kids, nearly all government agencies, the entertainment industry, etc., and they have all those things pumping out 24/7 propaganda to the masses.

Prior to the whole covid fiasco, Trump was basically a lock to get a second term. The economy was great, no one thought the democrats had a chance in hell of unseating him, and - regardless of arguing over how effective the guy was actually being - the left was shitting itself knowing they were stuck with 4 more years of him. Then, at the last possible moment in the election cycle where something still had time to make a difference - miraculously - basically the exact one thing that could get him out - some external event that tanked the economy, and had people screaming for "change" - happened.
I'm not sure I'm willing to go so far as to say China released it on purpose (it sure is amazing that this stuff happened during the presidency of the one guy that was creating serious problems for them, and their plan of taking over as the new defacto world #1 power, though...), but once they realized it was out, they 100% did everything possible to make sure that it spread around the world, because there was zero way they could afford to have it mainly effect just them.
The left here back at home, though? I am willing to say that they 100% seized upon covid as something that they could use as a weapon to force themselves back into power. Their politicians - and more importantly, their propagandists in traditional/tech-based media - did absolutely everything they could to hype it up (God, it's disgusting to even try to remember even just a bit of the daily bullshit), use it to trash the economy, tie it to Trump, and then push for unsolicited universal mail in voting.
Then, they used the fucking masking bullshit, and vaccine mandates - both things they knew had next to zero medical value - as this massive political purity test that they could use to further divide the country, bludgeon their political opponents with, and drive them out of every place possible: police, military, all government agencies, airline pilots, teachers, whatever.
Covid was the single greatest thing that happened to radical leftist authoritarians in the last 100 years - their propagandists were able to completely fuck up the entire world with a virus with a 99.96% survival rate, and they did it just to get themselves back into power.

One of the Right's biggest weaknesses is our zeal to utterly cast out anyone who isn't as zealous as us or has a few flaws. The Left doesn't suffer from this problem and it's paid them dividends over the decades.
Is this for real? Look - the right definitely has small issues with this as well (not anywhere near the same extent, but it does); however, the left is famous for their purity purges. There are tons of examples.
Look at even just JK Rowling. She was a flaming feminist/leftist, but she stepped out of line one time, spoke up about the importantance of "single-sex spaces" - i.e., she didn't want men pretending to be women in the women's restroom, and she was totally excommunicated. Seriously - she didn't want mtf guys in the restroom, that invalidated all her other leftist activism, and she was instantly the new female uterus-haver (or whatever the stupid fucking term the left uses for normal women now) British Hitler.

I have a pretty good respect for Musk now. Think back to a couple of years ago. The guy literally had it all: crazy rich, and he was still the darling of all the imbecile "science, bitch!" leftists on reddit/internet and in the media (Seriously - they used to felatiate him non-stop). Despite all that, he was willing to put a significant amount of wealth on the line in an attempt to disrupt the insane levels of censorship the left was exercising on the internet - the new public square.
We've all seen the non stop attacks on him now directly because of him disrupting their near total control of the public dialogue. He's also lost a ton of money on that deal. Yet, he's still willing to put himself out there, and while he doesn't always come down on the right side, at least he's been willing to speak some sanity like he is here.
Guy's definitely not perfect, but at least he's been willing to do something. I respect it.
You don't even have to go as far out there as sports to point out their hypocrisy. What about teaching? Men have been all but driven out of teaching until you get to the high school level, it's massively effecting our sons, and the imbeciles on the left do absolutely nothing to address it. If they were serious about making sure everyone was being represented in all careers, where are the programs (I.E., discriminating on behalf of men - hand out scholarships to get them teaching credentials, and then discriminating in the hiring process to land them jobs) to change it?
What about college degrees? They have advantaged women to such a degree that colleges are now something like 2/3 women, and what have these righteous crusaders for "equality" done to help boys/men? We aren't even talking about creating programs to help boys. They won't even drop the programs to bias everything towards girls, when it's girls that are in the majority now.
They don't explain why, because they don't have to. The left owns the media (traditional/internet). They decide what the narrative is. They - by and large - decide what the public is enraged about. The media will never point out that they are assholes and hypocrites, and - most importantly - knowing that, and being called that wouldn't move them in the slightest. They just wanted power. It's that simple. They have zero ideological problems with discrimination; they just wanted to be the ones in charge of who is doing the discrimination.
