Imagine seriously believing that an unelected, supranational cabal of WEF bureaucrats passing censorship laws = “democracy”, and that a USVP urging them to restore free speech and open communication = “fascism”.

This. I mean, it's nothing new, but I don't see how it is possible to spell it out any clearer than Vance's speech.

You came out of nowhere to win the first round of an election? You're a russian agent, election cancelled!

You are praying a couple hundred feet from an abortion clinic? Jail.

You burned a koran and your friend got murdered by muslims? Also jail.

You posted an unapproved meme online? Believe it or not, jail.

Anyone who looks at that and says "yeah, that sounds good to me!" is beyond saving short of a radical, genuine change in thought patterns.

Well, I doubt the bots will pay for access to the paid subreddits, so there goes a big chunk of the userbase. And I doubt the average redditor can afford to pay for the paid subreddits so there goes another chunk of the userbase. So, I imagine those things will be ghost towns.

Oh, just shut up, you absolute spaz. These brain implants (neuralink and others) are a massive threat to personal health, freedom and safety for probably 99%+ of the population (basically everyone unless you are a quadriplegic or have some severe brain damage), and while "my brain explodes due to wrongthink" is on that list it is so far down the list that it's basically irrelevant.

Posting stuff like this though will just make the average person write off any concerns because they'll just see yet another "but muh Joos!" schizoposter and ignore it.

While I'm OK if Wide is the optimal/meta approach, I will die on the hill that Tall should be a valid playstyle for these games. I like taking over a couple islands or a section of a content with a choke point and focusing on making my cities glorious a lot more than just conquering everyone. (And, well, if there is a later-game resource that doesn't exist in my area, I guess it's time to make a new colony to get it).

The nation-switching thing is complete garbage though. If I'm playing Civ I want an alt-history thing going, and I want to play as a particular nation not just as a numerical bonus. If all I care about is the numerical bonuses, there's much better 4x games out there (I'd highly recommend Age of Wonders 4) for that.

They all refused; not because they don't want the Palestinians, but because they don't want to see the Zionists steal any more lives and displace more people.

BS. Maybe (probably) it wasn't the entire reason, but even a cursory look at the past 50-100 years shows quite clearly that any country (Western or Middle Eastern) which takes in large groups of Palestinians has issues with them. And with one exception, there's basically no one in the middle east able to take them safely.

The PLO tried to take over Jordan in the early 70s, but lost and got kicked out.

They went to Lebanon, and first created their own autonomous zone there and then kicked off a 15 year civil war which resulted in Israel occupying southern Lebanon up until 2000 and Syria occupying northern Lebanon up until 2005.

Syria has historically been supportive of Palestinian groups but they are in no place to take anyone in at the moment due to the whole country basically being destroyed at the moment.

Egypt literally built a wall to keep people from Gaza out, and is actively expanding a buffer zone between them and Gaza.

Iraq? Thanks to George W Bush, the place is a massively unstable political and economic wreck and is in no position to help anyone.

That basically just leaves Saudi Arabia. They are politically and economically stable enough to take in Palestinians, but what possible reason would they have to do so given that pretty much every other country in the area has issues with the Palestinians?

I don't see the difference between dropping chemical weapons on civilian populations or bombarding them with degenerate ideas that destroy their lives, their families, and their cultures in order to derail their politics and economies.

The only difference is that the first one is faster and more obvious.

I'll add Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Your basic anime/JRPG story, so nothing to write home about there, but a pretty good action combat system with fairly capable AI for the party members (can do multiplayer too though).

I will say, be prepared for a lot of grinding if you play it. It honestly feels like it was designed as a gacha game, but then they took a lot of the microtransaction and live service stuff out. So, instead it's grinding for random rolls from the chests if you want to get into the higher difficulty levels. And time-wise the story is maybe like 10-20% of it and the rest is random missions to get resources/xp/gold/etc.

BioWare confirmed Dragon Age: The Veilguard wouldn’t get any post-launch DLC

That was announced back at launch (I think maybe even pre-launch)

Fact checked and sourced? That's a laugh. Let me know when it is actually fact checked (not just "my friends said it is correct") and your sources are more than Mr. "Anonymous Source" and tweets.

Hopefully the people who are changing the titles get fired as well, for intentionally violating the order.

Option 1) Is it actually a "hellish, anarchical failed state"? If so, why does the US have to take people from there?

Option 2) If it is as lovely a place Conan says, why are people so upset about having to go back?

Nah, doubt she was involved. JFK Jr though, dying in a plane crash 6 months after a 4-term NY senator announces is resignation, with Hillary going on to win the election, that one activates the almonds.

This seems utterly pointless and stupid. Doesn't matter what platform it releases on, if people want to make R34 art of it they will so your "we must preserve our artistic vision" argument is invalid. And you saying this basically guarantees people will be spite-making R34 art of your game. In fact, this is probably going to inspire someone to take a jailbroken PS5 and get naughty mods working on it simply because of this decision.

Not just "one of their employees". Bulmahn has been with Paizo for 2 decades, and his Twitter bio calls him Paizo's "Director of Games". He's also the guy who created Pathfinder 1st Edition.

“We did not, and could not, remove content,” wrote Lori Robertson, the managing editor of FactCheck.org, which has partnered with Meta since 2016, in a blog post. “Any decisions to do that were Meta’s.”

"Hey boss, Mr. Degregorio over on 3rd street decided to not pay his protection money this month."

"What do you mean Mr. Degregorio had his legs broken and shop burned down? I certainly had nothing to do with that. It was the boss's decision!"

They REALLY don't want to admit him and his family are alive and safe in Russia

I thought that was common knowledge?

No idea how many times he managed to get banned here, but he had plenty of time to get it out of his system if it was coming out.

No, hoax is the right word. Well, hoax or extreme levels of idiocy even for CNN (which is quite a stretch, I know).

First, why is there only one locked door in the whole prison?

Second, why do they cut the camera when "shooting the lock off" (which is it's own issue)?

Third, why does the guy look fairly put together despite having supposedly been in jail for ages?

Fourth, and most importantly, a guy who has been in pitch blackness without food for 4-5 days is going to be shaky on his feet at best. Without water for 4-5 days like they claimed? You're going to be lucky to be alive.

This thing was full of red flags for anyone who spent even a few seconds looking at it. Now, granted, I assumed CNN staged the thing (which Ward has a history of doing) rather than an intel officer faking it to try to escape capture but either way it's a fake.

So I'm in the bathroom bored, doing business, and type into Google, "I'm pooping amuse me."

I would go consult a doctor because if your poops are so long that you need amusement during them you have a serious condition.

The western artists have shown themselves how generic the slop they make that they can't even tell what a woman is so AI is already surpassing them.

That's a big part of it I think. And the Hollywood writer's strike tied into it. If someone is doing good work then even if the AI stuff is cheaper there's arguments to be made for keeping the person. But, a lot of the writers and artists these days just keep pitching misses (and wide misses at that) over and over. If you're already failing over and over then there's no excuse to not replace you with a machine that does the job faster, cheaper and better.

HBO is doing a Harry Potter series? No interest in watching it, but gotta stock up on popcorn for the trannies to start screeching about how HBO is genociding them and should be boycotted.

I don’t watch the nfl usually for obvious reasons but their stupidity usually trickles down to the NCAA.

While I fully agree with you that there are plenty of reasons to avoid the NFL, I can't think of any of those reasons that don't apply just as much to NCAA games. In fact, in many ways, the NCAA is much worse than the NFL.

At least the NFL doesn't (I think, anyway) insist that states need to fund a certain number of professional women's sports if they want their NFL team to be eligible for the playoffs. To get into the Bowl subdivision in NCAA football, though, a school needs to fund 16 varsity sports teams, at least 8 of which must be all-female and 6 of which must be male or coed.

While the NFL does have cringe inclusive hiring practices, so does the NCAA. And the NCAA also has a bunch more woke garbage including a "Guidance on Inclusive Language" document they published the first version of back in 2010.

And the NCAA considers it a "core guarantee" that all schools in it provide their student athletes with, among other things Mental health, Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and Sexual violence prevention education and training.

And more.
