Star Trek for me. A fantasy world where Conservatism actually works and becomes the only philosophy, globally. A world where the past has been so meticulously preserved, the arts of the 1920s-1960s are defining traits of pop culture hundreds of years later. That world is now "muh luxury space communism."

I count it as a blessing, though. If fags hadn't burned all this stuff down, I would still be in there. I would still be consuming product (albeit 40 year old product).

It's been the Clinton cartel's embezzlement engine for more than a decade. Where have you been?

SFW stands for Safe For Work, which isn't the same as "non-nude."

Jesus, as the Logos, is the physical embodiment of Truth.

Lying about one of the most prominent saints is not telling the truth.

"Do as thou wilt, as long as no one sees it" is how we got here. There's no such thing as "doesn't hurt somebody else," because a sick mind in private contributes to a sick body politic in public, which harms everyone.

There is only sin and righteousness.

"Heh, ACCELERATE," he whispers in his closet as the cheka kick in his neighbor's door.

Whenever someone uses the phrase "classical liberal", all I hear is:

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. I'm not a radical retard! I used to call myself a retard, but the DNC left me behind. Now I realize I'm a classical retard!"

As far as the global war on my existence goes, I'll accept the millennial American perspective that White is a skin color.

In a perfect world, though, Meds (among others) are definitely out. The folks who get such a kick out of quoting "13/60" have a real hard time with the fact that the FBI exists because of the organized crime of a demographic that was 2% of the population at the time (and for once we're not talking small hats).

Title IX was passed in an era where men attended undergrad over women by a difference of 55-45=10 points.

Now, women attend over men by 60-40=20 points, twice the difference from when Title IX was passed, yet there are no male protections, despite Title IX being ostensibly sex-neutral.

Title IX was passed when the male/female split in colleges nationwide was 55/45 - a ten point difference.

Now it's 40/60, a twenty point difference the other way, and there are no protections for men.

Keep that in mind, White Americans.

Absolutely. But as (pretty much) the only one who could get the ship to do anything, Rush was the only one who was indispensable, and he knew it.

I don't disagree with what everyone here is saying about SGU, but I did really like what they did with Young, the military leader in that show. Basically, he's a fuckup without being an idiot or bad at his job. He's just in way over his head and makes wrong calls. It was a 'love to hate him' thing, but with a protagonist, which I'd never seen done before at the time.

That said, it was all subtext and not at all intentional. They were going for "Rush and Young are both strong personalities who are each correct sometimes. Also, every SG show has nominal power sharing between the military and civs." The problem is, Rush was correct almost every time and held all the trumps. Young had absolutely nothing on him and should've accepted it was no longer his mission.

It's very curious that the malfactors we are currently faced with are not just generically 'evil', but specifically despise the tenets of the Christian God, even when they don't know what those tenets are. Really, really, really makes you think.
