This all started with an idiot post by Chris Rufo that "the economy is strong and income has never been higher." Why would someone in the Trump coalition say something so retarded not a couple months removed from the election? Because people are still mad about legally flooding the country with Indians. archive
Chris then kicked off the party in earnest by insisting that everything is doing great because someone, somewhere got a $70k job at Panda Express. archive
This is basically "full employment." The Panda Express near my house is offering $70k/yr plus benefits for the assistant manager. You can make $100k/yr working at Chipotle for a few years and working up to store manager.
People are talking about H-1B foreigners replacing American engineers AND THIS IS YOUR INPUT IN THE CONVERSATION??
-
Boomercon influencer "Wanye Burkett" had a Helen of Troy moment that kicked this off (he deleted) (archive)
I literally don't care if the entire country burns down and everyone I love dies, that would be better than giving an inch to "right wing" 24-year-olds who are indistinguishable from progressives except they hate immigrants
-
Matt Walsh appears, of course. No boomercon situation would be complete without the Daily Wire's Ron Swanson showing up to give us the astroturfed bearded family man position archive
-
Reminder that Chris just hired a porn star lib for a $300k journalist position (archive)
-
My absolute favorite part is Rufo retweeting a guy who did exactly what he's recommending (worked his way up to manager position in fast food) without reading the whole thread where the guy says it was a horrible experience that he would only wish on his worst enemies archive
If Vivek's "Saved by the Bell" post was his Waterloo, this is the Con Inc Pearl Harbor. The entire conservagrifter alliance turned out to get decimated on X. Bottom line is, nobody would be taking issue with "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" except the people preaching that want to import foreigners to replace the people they're talking to!!
"Learn to code" has now become "learn to shovel fried rice." Amazing economy!!
If someone can get 70k working for Panda Express then inflation has hit a hell of a lot harder than we realized. The value of our currency is dropping like a rock if someone can get that kind of salary as entry an level fast food worker.
It's assistant manager, so you would have to grind for years of 4am lo mein cooking sessions and dealing with riffraff customers for the privilege.
From the former Chik-Fil-A guy I linked at the bottom, who worked out a deal to get auto-promoted to manager
I've seen entry level jobs at $16-17, which is still way higher than it used to be. In Texas it's probably $12/hr. The hard inflation stat from Biden's reign is 20%... everything is 20% less value (or worse) than it used to be. Which is insanity.
Either way, Rufo is a privileged imbecile who should be forced to make a career out of Taco Bell. But I'm sure he's too high skill for that
Rufo apparently lives in Gig Harbor, WA. I have been to Gig Harbor, and $70k/year isn't going to get you very far there. You'll certainly never be able to afford a house on that.
I worked at Wendy's when I was a kid, minimum wage was still $5.15 at the time. So of course I made $5.15/hr. They offered me an assistant manager position right before I graduated high school.
The college girl who already was an assistant manager told me to turn it down. They offered her $8/hr at 40/wk but as salary, not hourly, but they always scheduled her for 50 hours a week, and she had to come in during any lunch or dinner rush when someone quit or no-call/no-showed. She said that was at least once a week, sometimes she'd have to be there for lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday despite already having worked 50 hours between Monday and Friday. Several times she had to work open to close, like 6am to midnight, because someone had quit or been fired and someone else had called in "sick". She told me several times she made less than minimum wage because she worked so many hours in a week.
After I said no thanks, they started fucking up my scheduled hours, some days I'd be on schedule for 10 or more hours, some I'd only be there for 2 hours during lunch. Basically just long enough to waste gas driving there and back and get dirty enough to have to shower twice within 3 hours. I quit.
Also, don't eat Wendy's chili. It's disgusting how it's made/kept.
This is exactly what Rufo and the whole clown car need shoved in their face. Same thing if you work in a sitdown restaurant for tips. They don't even have to pay you minimum wage so if you have a bad night, you just worked hours for free.
Exactly.
And this wasn't even 20 years ago. $8 x 40 x 52 = $16,640/yr
Has inflation really pushed that same exact shit job to $70,000/yr in less than 2 decades?
If so, we're all fucked regardless of how old we are.
According to this inflation calculator $17,000 in 2005 has only inflated to $28,039 in 2025.
Our entire economy is built on LIES! Bankers, Deep State, Capitalists, Corporations, Israel, Lizard people... whatever you want to call them, it's clear they are riding us to certain economic doom.
The coming crash will be worse than the 1920's. Our currency was at least still backed by gold during the Great Depression, it still had actual value back then.
I'm surprised he hasn't lost his shit at Trump's proposal to make tips + overtime pay TAX-FREE.
Trump's trying to actually make working at a restaurant not suck and not increase costs on the small business owner but then here you got fucks like Rufo just trying to ruin it for EVERYONE because he still believes in the tradcon globalist view that everyone who comes to the US is valuable as long as they "work hard".
Buddy, if you "work hard" at a fast food place as an immigrant, you're not generating the same kind of value to society as an auto factory worker who works hard creating the machines we use to transport goods and services.
Around here the Little Ceasars are all run by Indians. During the summer they don't run the AC (presumably to save money), and with the ovens going it's 90+ degrees in the store. It's uncomfortable to be in there a few minutes to pick up a pizza let alone be in there for an 8+ hour shift.
Worked McDonald's in high school for a bit. The manager there made 40k/year salary and worked at least 55 hours a week, but that was decades ago.
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1879267123681501199.html
Yes, this is the part they are desperately trying to hide. If these H1B engineers and tech workers are truly the best of the best like Silicon Valley claims, then they why are they getting paid at the same salary as a Panda Express manager? The math isn't adding up.
Good point, some reasons:
I have no idea how much a $FAST_FOOD_JOINT manager should be making in a not-totally-screwed-up economy, but this used to work like this:
How it works now:
Here is our first vicious circle: not enough kids means more adults at these jobs, making it harder to have more kids, and making having kids more expensive, since teens cannot get a part-time job.
Now for the big vicious circle, a self-feeding loop of hate. Why not just hire more employees to fill those jobs? The taxes and forced payments imposed on businesses by the government:
So Social Security and Medicare are Socialist, while ESI is neo-feudalism. Neither are capitalist. Also, 85% of K-12 children are in government schools, including colleges, while almost all the private universities take federally-guaranteed loans, so they are beholden to the government.
So don't tell me about the failures of capitalism.
What would a capitalist, rip-it-all-out capitalist health care system look like? Something like a Health and Retirement Savings Account (HRSA) bank, which do not exist... yet:
https://somercet.blogspot.com/2020/08/the-health-care-mess-and-how-we-got-here.html
Thank you. Not only that, but there's one manager per store. If someone caps their advancement, hits manager, and stays, no one else at that store can be the manager.
"They can transfer to another store." Well then, no one at that store currently can be the manager. Having one decently paying job per site does not make for a strong economy or society.
The boomers do have somewhat of a point that demotivation is an issue, but they're the ones who set the wrong expectations in the first place. They grew up when a college degree had value. Not when it was a entry-level requirement. People are still fed the idea that degree => good job. And a lot of them believed it enough to go into sizable debt. Finding out they were lied to and are now starting with a huge handicap is a shitty surprise. It's kind of understandable that so many of them are doomers.
When I worked at a country club, my boss started as a busboy and was promoted due to merit and experience. But if I wanted to get promoted, I was expected to have a degree in hospitality management. The days of starting off in the mail room and working your way up are long gone.
I was helping a younger relative look for work this week. We looked at TopGolf. They wanted 5 years of experience at a hotel or restaurant and a degree in hospitality management. For a goddamn guest services position!
This is a symptom of privatized colleges and free community college: every little job now has its own "technical certification." Get ready for a bevy of 2-year degrees in "Cinema Guest Management," "Grocery Bagging Technician" and "Soft Serve and Confectionery Operator." 🙄
Given how many of those motherfuckers think eggs go on the bottom, I don't completely hate this idea.
Eggs do go on the bottom, just covered with packing material like lettuce or chips(read: bags full of air with some crumbs thrown in for good measure). If you're putting soup cans on top of eggs then yeah you need to be dragged out back to the loading bay and shot.
🤣
Sheesh, I got a pin for good behavior just two weeks into working at Hardees thirty years ago. Degrees weren't on anybody's radar, not even management I don't think.
For one job i got in when the company was very small. Interview was like 2 of the other engineers for an hour. When the company got bigger interviews required personality tests, full-day interview schedules, everyone had to interview with at least one Executive-level manager (for line engineers like me that would have been my boss's boss's boss), that sort of thing.
Used to comment to my boss that I'd never have been hired for my own position under that system. As a young engineer I would have hardly been able to speak coherently under those conditions. And it did in fact cause at least one engineer (who had a PhD, so no stranger to being interrogated by a bunch of experts) to break down during the process.
This is backwards. The degree didn't have value, the people who had value pursued the degree because it was the only way to further the path they were already on. Now everyone gets a degree because society put the cart before the horse and believes that diploma mills can spontaneously induce a huge increase in IQ.
I don't think I buy that.
If the degree doesn't have any value, how does it further their path? If you're saying it had value, but only specialist value, I can see that. But obviously they had some value because most people didn't pursue them for fun.
It's not that the degree completely lacks value, so much as the bulk of the value is in the individual who was pursuing the degree and society mistakenly assumed that if everyone got a degree then everyone would attain the value of being someone with a high IQ.
They pursued it because it was the literal only path to learning more about microtransistors or whatever weird esoteric shit they were into. No books at the library on it, just some university course offered by one of four guys in the whole country who knew anything on the subject that they didn't already know. But you can't just throw any random student in there and expect them to be the same kind of person who was ending up there organically. The guy who ended up there organically goes on to do weird vector math and make Quake, whereas the average student goes on to make spreadsheets.
I get what you're saying now and I think we agree. We were just focused on different eras.
My mind had been stuck more in the Boomer's era, which I think is later than what you're talking about. The period where entry level jobs didn't require a degree, but management and up usually did. Or if you were going into a specialized field.
>vector math vs. spreadsheets
I don't know if that was a deliberately funny comparison, but if it was, nice.
I mean I'm just using comparisons drawn from my own experience. I'm just some mediocre code monkey doing simple things with .csv files or equally mundane stuff while John Carmack is off finding new ways to do math in order to optimize the Quake engine. We're not the same. He's the guy who would organically end up in a university because it was a means to an end while I ended up there because society told me to.
Oh. I just found it funny because spreadsheets are analogous to matrices and the similarities between a column/row and a vector are pretty striking. ie: SUMPRODUCT() is literally a dot product operator.
First there was the GI Bill: a classist gib to veterans to attend "higher education." Did you need money to start a business? Tough! Go get a degree, and take out a loan.
Then they created student loans, because all the 4-Fs needed a degree, too. (And the cost somehow kept mysteriously rising...)
Now, student loans disrupt the then-current system of taking, say, an electrician who spends his time correcting the electrical engineers' schematics, and sending him to EE school (or sending a similarly excessively talented machinist to mechanical engineering classes). You've already selected that electrician for, aptitude, talent, and enthusiasm.
Now you have 18-year-olds taking IT classes because they never had a job, but they programmed in BASIC a few times. No on-the-job leaning about which part of the system you find really fascinating. No wonder we're losing.
No kidding: I knew an electrical engineer who was told by his boss to go get a EE degree. Your high school guidance counselor can't compete with that.
China, Israel, or India, These faggots all suck cock for one of them.
FACTS! ☝️
Matt Walsh coming in like a Harris voter
Historical perspective? Lol, someone with an x account should give him a historical perspective on what happens when an entire generation of young men believes they have nothing to live for. And these are American men who keep getting passed over for hiring and promotion because of DEI policies and the great replacement, so it's a very well armed generation.
And no, that's not calling for rule 2 action, simply a recognition that, historically speaking, we are in a very dangerous situation right now.
"They" know that too, which is why they forced Biden out, entertained us with a circus election, and now want us to "calm down" because "our guy" supposedly won. But notice how Trump's handler -- Vance -- is doing all the talking as of late? J6 Pardons? "Eh, we have to consider the facts." Mass deportations? "Eh, temper your expectations." And Trump appointed Soro's long-time fund manager to head the U.S. Treasury. Huh? That's the guy that shorted the Asian economy and is banned from setting foot there. That guy is going to save our economy?
It's almost an open secret that Trump's benefactors will be given the war with Iran they've wanted for decades.
Ya basically. Trump is a pacifier.
Not to mention "no more wars" Trump has gone all wacky deluded expansionist by deciding to annex Canada, Greenland and Panama overnight.
And his cringe MAGA base instantly support it as though he campaigned on being the new Putler for years.
Instead of, you know, holding the Republican party's feet to the fire over walking back mass deportation, J6 pardons and Cabinet pick promises.
It's all very strange. I can't exactly explain it, but something is happening behind the scenes. You know how your parents would rush to tear down the Christmas decorations the day after, as if that's what they've been waiting for all along? That's the "vibe" I'm getting from Trump. "Okay, campaigns over. Thanks for everything, suckers. Now if you'll excuse me, I've made promises to benefactors that need to be fulfilled. Everyone get back to paying your taxes."
However, we must take back the Panama Canal. Giving it away was Carters biggest betrayal.
We take it back and we grab China by the fucking balls!
That's disappointing. He just spent 6 months talking about how bad inflation has been to turn around and say it's not that bad guys
Bullshit, I've seen my grocery bills.
First, thank you OP for putting in the work to summarize this.
Second, the real thing to focus on is not why Panda Express managers are making 70K a year, but why workers in far more difficult and skilled positions are making less in comparison. We are scolded that H1B is necessary to attract "the best," but if they truly are "the best," then why are H1Bs being paid the same salary as a fast food restaurant manager? The narrative and the math aren't adding up.
Third, we spent four full years with these same shithead influencers complaining about the economy, but as soon as immigration is on the line, they do a complete 180 and start parroting the same Biden-era lies about the economy that they once complainined about. It's all so tiresome and transparent. Having lived through 9/11, COVID, BLM riots, and the Trump years, I don't why I am surprised anymore to see history being rewritten in real time, but it never fails to shock me when they try. They truly hate us.
There was one reply Rufo retweeted which was basically "You could live the 1950s lifestyle on this budget so I don't get why you're complaining."
First of all, lol no. That's enough to buy your home and raise a family on a single income and have a comfortable retirement if you live in Smallville. How many fast food manager positions are there in Smallville? Two? Three? You're gonna be the one in a thousand who gets that position? If you live somewhere with an active tech industry (you know, the places that have the jobs you're qualified for), your cost of living is gonna be way higher. And god forbid you're trying to find work in your hometown, rather than being an economic migrant in your own country.
Second, what happened to 70 years of growth? What happened to four generations of sacrifice between now and then that we can only afford 1950s wealth to our own people? Well I know what happened to that wealth. You formed an Everyone But White Men coalition, paid off the peons, and took the rest for yourselves. Or at least, some people did - Rufo gets paid more in momentary influence than actual wealth, because he apparently has the disposition of a woman who settles for being the third wife in a polygamy.
It's also telling that Rufo and Walsh et al. are using outlier examples of wageslage manager jobs at multinational fast food outlets.
Their Americana strawmen would be a lot more convincing if the setting was a mom&pop wafflehouse or an independent truckstop diner.
Wow. That thread is an absolute goldmine for soundbites from neoliberals in conservative clothing. I keep wanting to pick one part out to repost for visibility and comedy but there's actually too many, so I was eventually just left scrolling while flabbergasted. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns a million men into nazis.
My lasting take aways:
the absolute religious fervour that the 'broadminded classical liberal' descends into once you introduce the possibility of deporting their based hardworking brown immigrants or their descendants, as with Wayne's outburst.
how all of this is enabled by latent feminism and boomers' resentment of their sons. There's a disturbing pattern, impossible to unsee once noticed, that these fucks will wriggle endlessly in order to spin a narrative of expectation management and harsh competition for men, but when it comes to women they still have the participation prize parade lined up, and suddenly you remember where all the 100k/year remote working fake corporate jobs are actually going. Rufo employing a random former pornstar is an extreme example, but this mindset of feminist boomers who hate their sons has apparently been destroying us for nearly a century.
Bruh, you're a racist idiot. Without immigrants, who's going to pick our fruit, bruh? Who's going to clean my toilet? You're too busy quoting "Mein Kampf" with Nick Fuentes to think about the big picture. Just imagine all the sweet, sweet Latin pussy you can score from desperate Latinas looking for an easy path to citizenship? Ask your landscaper to introduce you to his daughter, bruh! 😎
Yeah, so about that... you're on to something.
Damn, nice find. Wayne Burkette again... It could have been a tweet from anyone at all and it would have been an interesting illustration of the point, but the fact that it's one of these very same boomercon caricatures from the thread is eye-opening.
And one might say - well that's just human nature. For a man to set up a challenging childhood for his son and a protective one for his daughter, that's just fatherhood focussing on the essential nature of male and female... and in isolation that part is correct. The problem is that these boomers were coached to apply their natural, instinctual mindset to a modernised society which is already running contrary to any natural order. Once feminism rules the roost and the genders are interchangeable in the workplace, the idea of 'demand the world from your son; gift everything to your daughter' just turns into 'give your daughter the job your son was due; also gift her every forgiveness and cheap advantage you robbed from him.'
It also completely forgets the idea of men creating a familial legacy to be carried on by their sons, something surely best accomplished by gaming this globalist shitshow in your son's favour, and not by chastising him for doing a 50 hour work week while Gurmeet from Hyderabad works 51 for the same wage.
BTW this isn't some pet cause of mine, I only noticed this anti-son thing today, in this thread (unless you count the wider societal anti-male sentiment, including circumcision and the tendency of harpy mothers to trannify their sons, I notice that plenty). Rando twitter accounts were pointing out this tendency I hadn't previously been able to put a shape to. Disturbing. Fucking retard boomercons, man.
I've seen the misandry before. I never had a problem with disciplining my daughter, but I only managed to have one kid, so who knows how it would have gone down or what other factors apply (Mom is a pretty tough cookie).
I say this as a man who was moving out of my friend's house (been paying rent, helping fix the joint), when his kid half sister showed up (driven by her friends), said, "My parents kicked me out, and I..." and started crying. I panicked, broke into the house (I had already locked it up), handed her the key, then phoned my friend and left a voice mail telling him he had a new tenant. :-D
(I inquired later, and got the eye-rolling response, "Oh, yeah, they kicked her out for being a teenager." lol)
But many years have taught me that men are acceptable to women only for the resources they bring (outside of attraction). Any society that interferes with that basic drive is committing auto-genocide. Look at the numbers: black Americans have it even worse than whites.
Conservatives did not win 2016 or 2024. MAGA did, and people need to learn the difference.
I keep trying to tell people that Conservatism and Republicans are the enemy too, but so many people just want this to be a binary because it's easier to wrap their heads around.
There's the issue of voting that constrains some people. Team red is nominally on "my" side in these pressing political issues and has an established base of support to potentially win an election, or at least fend off the most extreme ideologies of team blue.
What do "we" have to fall back on without an already-organized party?
Therein lies the problem. The already organized party is actually working against its constituents interests, just not as egregiously as team blue. The actual solution is to build a new party that does represent one's interests, but the logistics of making that happen are a herculean task that no one's sure how to tackle, so no one makes the attempt or the attempt ends up looking retarded. I think if we knew the formula for how to successfully establish a new political party that represented our interests we'd see efforts underway already. In my mind the lack of said party being built is indicative of our lack of knowledge for how to construct a new one and make it successful. Until we figure that out, our political process is going to be bad reruns ad nauseam.
Or we already know it's not possible within the American two-party framework, and the only path is to take over one of the other two and build a new party from within? That's what MAGA is. We just need to make it official and start kicking out the old guard and remodel the place.
It's a shame that none of these fuckers will ever get what they deserve. It's a travesty that their bloodlines are allowed to continue.
Make flyover country into a no fly zone. They hide in their gun free enclaves on the coast because they fear us.
Be the change you want to see in the world!
I'm just waiting for the Boomer-instigated wars to start. We'll see what happens when a bunch of hopeless, bitter 24-year-olds are told to die halfway across the planet so some fat, 72-year-old geriatric can live a couple of years longer.
It's almost an open secret that Trump's benefactors will be given the war with Iran they've wanted for decades.
You've said this multiple times but what is your basis for it? Will you go back and reflect on where you went wrong when it inevitably doesn't happen?
I agree with most of what you post around here but this seems like baseless retardation posted smugly as if you're confident about something you shouldn't be that confident over.
It comes from years of working in a competitive, high-ticket sales field and close following of politics. Trump (and Vance) are already peppering us with the conditional phrasing. These are claims they can refer back to once they eventually betray you and go with your competitor. This is Trump's last term, meaning it's all business from here on out. He doesn't need to keep us happy anymore. Nothing is off the table, everything is up for sale.
Will I apologize IF I'm wrong? Of course. Of course I hope that I'm wrong ... but I was right about Rubio in 2010 with the Tea Party, I was right about Romney in 2012, I was right that DeSantis would try to steal the throne from Trump, and I'll be right about Vance next. That said, of course I want America to win, but all I'm seeing are imposters and controlled opposition.
Okay, we'll see I guess. I certainly wouldn't need or care for an apology, I just ask people to look back and reflect. God knows I've seen retards (not you) post so much shit over the years that doesn't pan out and I'm left wondering if they ever acknowledged it and tried to correct going forward.
We'll know this Monday. If he doesn't pardon the J6 political prisoners on Day One, or at least in the first week, then we'll know. That really seems to be the universal "litmus test" for many MAGA supporters, especially over at PDW. If he won't move his ass to spring his own supporters out of jail, then he likely won't be rushing to deport any "bad hombres" either. We'll see.
NYT: Trump Grants Sweeping Clemency to All Jan. 6 Rioters
So far, so good. This was an important show of good will from Trump. 👍
His basis is he doesn't like Trump
Latent schizophrenia.
The 'gig economy' is a neoliberal exploitative model that treats workers as disposable temp workers. It was adopted by both the Dems and the Republicans in the late nineties as the answer to a globalist economy.
The 'gig economy' is per definition a component of the globalist mentality that has lowered living standards in the West.
During the 'Great Recession', you could also get a job at McDonald's when you lost your high-paying job at Wallstreet. rofl Are we back at the 'Great Recession' standards now?
Amazing how all of these corporatist scumbags have dropped the mask
My litmus test for who is actually on the people's side remains who is against both illegal and legal immigration.
Didn't take long for the pro-replacement retards to take the mask off, going as far as parroting Democrat lies to justify it.
Any minute now Hannity is going to come out jerking it to a picture of Christopher Wray
Just like a Glenn Beck, Hannity was a drunk loser on Conservative Radio that sold his soul to become these controlled opposition "fire brands."
I hate them all so much. I literally cannot stand to hear them speak!
🤣🤣🤣
Damn, homie. That hit hard.
Sad but true.
I/o is Asian? His tweeting style reeks of jew to me
Asian and potentially female. It's obvious because of the directionality of the tweets for months, zero regard for white people.
But that could be any non-white. What makes it particularly Asian and female?
Rufo is one of the few openly right-aligned guys in a position to be hiring right wing guys for six figure jobs and he's hiring Biden voters instead.
Chris Rufo also had that fallout with the passport bro Canadian ex-economist Chris Brunet who was working for him via the Manhattan Institute.
Brunet IIRC wrote something critical of one of their donor's wife re: Claudine Gay-style plagiarism or such. Rufo, who is backed by Jewish money, told Brunet to take it down.
Brunet ended up getting let go and went nuclear on X against Rufo for awhile.
Nick Fuentes and the Groypers adopted Brunet and his cause for about 2 weeks. Then Brunet got in another Twitter fight with the abrasive Groypers, the alliance fell apart and everyone hates everyone.
No waaaay people with bullshit jobs who have entire staffs do everything for them so they can record a podcast or some bullshit for two hours a week are out of touch?
For fucks sake. Nobody is saying close the door (I know most of you are saying that here, but you don't win elections in a country like the US like that, maybe in smaller countries yes). What we've been saying for the past 4+ fucking years is to put fucking LOCKS on the door and make sure the fucking locks work. Reward companies for hiring LOCAL and country-born US citizens. Remove all fucking DEI shit that discriminates against HUWITE people. In fact, REWARD companies for removing that DEI shit. Make it more profitable and better for the average white citizen to work at a US company. Provide federal whistleblower protection for people who whistleblow companies that try to implement DEI/DEI-like policies.
If immigrants are to come in, prioritize ones from the more "civilized" (read: HUWITE) countries. i.e. Western Europe, Australia (jokes about Australians here), etc. If you come from a second or third world country make them jump through more hoops. Require that they will get a job, but don't give them fucking H-1Bs for it. If they have any criminal record, automatic deportation. If you're going to keep the H-1B program, stop fucking importing them from India where their salaries are shit. IF you want to import "Asians", bring in Koreans and Japanese.
Screen all Chinese immigrants to ensure they're not actual agents for the CCP (what was that program called they are doing right now?)
Make the cap even smaller for the number of immigrants we accept.
Basically, yes, we are going to KICK DOWN the ladder immigrants abused to get into the US for the past 10 years, this is the same ladder techbro-run shitheel corporations like Google, Microsoft, etc. used to hire cheap "smart" labor.
Trump had a really good anti-immigrant policy during his first term. But they need to go FARTHER.
