If you were smart and not-even-necessarily-that-capable (maybe capable but inexperienced), what you'd do is get a smooth talking black guy who can look the part to be the face of a remote job. He'd get the pick of jobs and can demand more pay than the white man to boot. Probably better promotional opportunities. Now, this stand-in can't have to work too much, or the economics don't work out. But to just make an appearance for pay raises n sheeit, it shouldn't cost too much.
So basically what you said, but don't tell anyone and take advantage of remote working trends. Nobody's even getting screwed in this situation; you're just arbitraging the market which overvalues blackness.
