I'd love to see the Third Amendment violation lawsuit.
I'd add the Fifth Amendment as well. It's impossible to argue that this isn't a deprivation of property without due process.

I think technically it falls under the 5th unless you can convince the judge and jury that the aliens are soldiers of the government. If you can't, then it's a takings case.
All of them are military age males, it's not a stretch of the imagination. Will be fun watching the US government arguing that this doesn't violate 3A because they are an invading army from outside America and the 3rd only covers the US military.
Like I say, you'd need a very good judge for it to work. The feds would fall back on the "refugees and asylum seekers" BS, and most judges would defer to the fed witnesses.
They have also kicked Americans out of hotel that allows long-term stays (de-facto apartments basically) to make room for the aliens.
They are subsidizing this so the hotels will make bank off of tax dollars.

I'd make any homes that were awarded in family court or bought with alimony or child support eligible for this "program". They weren't legitimately purchased in the first place so I'm fine with stealing them and using them for other purposes.

I hate to sound like Imp, but most women are so self absorbed and allergic to introspection that they won't ever go "hey, that thing I did was stupid, let me undo it". If you put a dozen rapey illegals in every New Yawk danger hair's home, six months from now Salon would have articles like "I get paid to get laid, thanks to Mayor Adams!"
Its hard to learn a lesson when the moment things get tough you can just turn on a few tears and turn to daddy (actual, husband or government) to fix it for you.
