I'd love to see the Third Amendment violation lawsuit.
I'd add the Fifth Amendment as well. It's impossible to argue that this isn't a deprivation of property without due process.
I was about to say that this whole idea seems unconstitutional, not that the left cares.
at least the newyawkas can exercise their 2nd amendment against these invaders... oh...
